Well, you have to be someone a woman would want. You have to be physically fit, you have to be strong, you have to be smart, you have to be the quintessential alpha male. If you've got these things, women will come to you, and when you find a good woman, it will be far easier to court her.
I know you've probably heard it a million times, but it really does work. Ever since I started working out, getting fit, and have taken a serious interest in expanding my knowledge, I have noticed that women are far more comfortable around me, and I've managed to have a couple flings with qt girls through school (nothing serious, however, as I quickly found that these girls were pretty cucked). I by no means am perfect, or anywhere near it, but I'm working on it, and I'm improving.
Another thing that must be realized is that you'll probably never find a truly "red-pilled" girl, and the ones you do find will be under hot contest by other far-right individuals, so unless you're super-alpha and basically smell of pure alpha-ness, you've got but a slim shot. Your best bet is to start off with a girl that is at least somewhat conservative (or completely oblivious to the workings of the world). If she is anti-feminist, and supports some traditional values (wants to have a family, traditional marriage, etc), you've already got a good groundwork. Slowly "red-pill". Start by exposing her to the true evils of the world, and the beauty of the past. Don't go too far too quickly though, or you'll scare her off most likely. There are plenty of threads and articles out there on how to "red-pill" a girl or a family member, so I'd recommend checking those out.
But the most important thing to remember is that things WILL NOT be easy, and it will be a constant struggle for self-improvement for not only you, but your possible wife and children.
