Did anyone ever play this?
I used to play it years ago and it was pretty based as far as i remember, one of the best cooperative board games i've ever played, i should still have it somewhere in my basement…
The expansions also look interesting, some add new game mechanics and scenarios, making the game longer and more intriguing, and if i recall correctly one even lets one player play as Sauron, unfortunately though i never had any of those
Also, general Tolkien-based board games thread

I played it a few years ago once or twice. I liked it. It's pretty easy to lose, but you can win if you use your items wisely.
I have a Hobbit card game by the same manufacuters. It's a trick taking game that is pretty easy to get into.

this
you have to print cards even tough you buy everything (speaking from experience)
there are some cards you have to have in most of the decks you build
ive been playing this game for like a 2 years with friend of mine
basically its a coop game against semirandomized enemy deck
the best (and sometimes the worst) part is building super op decks with supersynergi combinations of cards

Why do you have to print them out if you buy them?

you get 3 copies of every card
if you want to build more decks there are some cards you need in multiple decks

Lame. I guess I'll just print the game out directly. Do they sell cardstock to print out on, or do you just glue them to playing cards?
