One can hope, but the general public eats up any shit that is given to them, so I doubt it. Even if they are against it, it's not going to stop the kikes from shoving it down their throats.

It's so rare that people understand why Frodo is the lead and not Aragorn.

That's probably just because he read the books.
Only people who have only seen the movies get tricked.

You mean the same movies which put all that emphasis on the Hobbits, and even have everyone bowing to Frodo and Sam once everything's done?

The more I think about this, the more it stresses me out. I’m an optimist at heart, but there is just SO MUCH that could go wrong, and so little that could go right, I’m at a total loss.
How even COULD you make a tv series set in Númenor / Late Arnor respectfully? In theory, there must be an ideal setup even if it’s still just glorified fanfiction. How would you do it?

I'd set it in the years before the Downfall. First few episodes would be worldbuilding and the defeat and capture of Sauron, then the series would follow Sauron worming his way into power as an advisor, focusing on the Faithful's struggles as they were treated worse and worse by the King's Men. Climax and end of the series would be the downfall, final scene would be Elendil and the other survivors establishing Arnor

Taking bets. How many episodes will it take before Ar-Pharazôn declares he will Make Númenor Great Again?

The anti-elf stance of most Númenoreans will be changed to a racism thing for sure. I don't even want to see how many niggers are in it (exclusively on the side of the Faithful of course)

Why does it have to be fanfiction? Unfinished Tales has loads of source material that could be adapted. I'd actually like to see a Fall of Gondolin Miniseries myself

Tolkien abandoned his only narrative set in Numenor for a very good reason: it's just not an interesting enough setting to hold the viewer's imagination captive. It's a paradise island corrupted from within over centuries of covet and lust for further power. Like the traditional Platonic Atlantis story, it tells far more as a parable for mankind rather than as a structured story on the lines of the Hobbit/LoTR or the Children of Hurin.
