Anime means Animations.

Is it Japanese Anime/Japanese Animation despite it is outsourced like it has animators from other parts of Asia.

Like Saint Seiya, Code Geass Lelouch Of The Rebellion R1, Code Lelouch of Rebellion R2, Death Note, Overlord,Hellsing Ultimate, Hellsing Ultimate Ova, Black Butler,Attack On Titan,Bleach, Naruto, Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust,etc...

Are all the ones mentioned are they Japanese Animation/Japanese Anime?

It depends how much Japanese involvement makes Japanese Animation/Japanese Anime.

It depends how much japanese involve in creative process makes it Japanese Animation/Japanese Anime.

I up and decided to rightly bump a thread herese. As to what OP whiches to know, observe this as such:

1. Anime o'er in the slant realm of pokemon island just and one takes to mean cartoons
