The first 3 episodes are an improvement over the manga, but afterwards they run out of budget and start fidgeting with the chronology of events. Just switch back to the manga. They even censored male nipples. Those damn prudes! But a fun manga regardless. Back when things weren't as derivative as they are now.
Imagine being as female as to spoil shit though. In my experience only females do that when it's the only thing they have power in.
