Absolutely not, just rather see the focus towards something logical, with evidence to support it.
They control the money. The means by which almost all transactions are done. Money, power, greed, corruption, and spice it up with bread and circuses to keep the peasants distracted. A false belief is still belief, could be wrong, but there is no evidence to support the claims.

Bankruptcy doesn't require your birth certificate to file.
They do want SSN and Drivers license though.
It is still possible it is viewed that way by them, would have to see evidence to support the claim

Let me be clear about the alleged bankruptcy of the United States of America. Supposedly, in order to get out of the national bankruptcy, the banksters required the UNITED STATES to pledge all birth certificates as collateral. Supposedly, this was done by through the legal fiction of putting each person's name in UPPER CASE LETTERS. The social security number is supposedly also involved somehow.
