The URL mentions "AIVDsDOsAzip"
This must be a copy paste mistake.
There is no dot.
When I type AIVDsDOsAzip on Google I get 2 totally random Dutch (?) sites:
AIVD overheidsinstelling Zoetermeer
AIV computerondersteuning op lokatie
But when I google for AIVDsDOsA.zip (with dot) I get:
https://github.com/pankoza2-pl/malware
This makes more sense , as this Githhub repo also mentions the Horror4Trojan.zip in previous URL
But what does that URL do? It doesn't load a virus to my computer.
You can safely download the files at the Github repo as they are password protected to avoid accidental loading
Pass for some archives is: withnothing
Pass for NoEscape is mysubsarethebest
I don't know what it all means, maybe there is yet another return address flaw
Maybe a wise specialist can figure it out
