Moim zdaniem żółtko jest dobre, nie trzeba unikać smaku. Osobiście dawałem na bułkę i masło jeszcze. Wspominasz o białku, a ono jest najmniej wartościowe, przecież tam masz sporo różnych substancji. Poza tym surowe białko słabo się trawi, po to się je na surowo żeby zachować te rzeczy, które niszczy obróbka termiczna. Odnośnie kreatyny, to nie pakuję, ale spróbowałem żeby zobaczyć jak będę się czuł i nie było różnicy. Kolagen wpłynął na stan skóry na twarzy. Masło orzechowe ma słabej jakości tłuszcz i odradzam. Witaminy D weź więcej. Cynku nie sprawdzałem, ale rozważałem. Potas mi trochę pomógł na początku, ale pewnie głównie przez przesadzanie z solą. Jeszcze witamina C jest ważna, biorę 1 gram takiej z bioflawonoidami na dzień, ale nie wiem ile brać dokładnie i jaką.
