Hooktube is pointless. The search function is back. Searches containing the term loli are still censored. There may be many other banned terms, but none that I know of. I was only able to confirm he was banning other terms at all due to him announcing the unbanning of a term in the changelog. I know of no list of banned terms nor do I know of any announcement anywhere that terms were banned at all save for this specific term being unbanned.

Not even Jewtube directly blocks you from seeing any results at all when put in certain no-no words. In addition, loli was not the only thing censored. The changelog confirms that Cyrillic was at one point censored, and there is very high probability that he's censored various other things he doesn't like. It's also completely inconsistant. The word hentai is perfectly fine, even though it's for more well known than lolicon, along with various other terms associated with porn. The guy clearly had an axe to grind with lolicon specifcally, not with porn.

There are hundreds of videos on Jewtube featuring the word "loli" in their title that do not contain pornographic content or pseudo-porn/softcore porn. There's also at least thousands of videos that use terms associated with porn yet have little to do with porn. There are so many ways in which simply censoring the results for loli alone are wrong and make it a redflag for a bigger problem. You're being extremely short-sighted.

A large percentage of those 80's toy commercials cartoons were animated by Sunbow Productions an American-produced Japanese Animated studio. There were literally Jap-animation for an American Audience (before the Japanese subcontracted most of their inbween animation work to Korea, and later China, because it was cheaper).
Some shows, like Transformers, were reverse-imported back to Japan.

Lots of cartoons in the 80s and 90s outsourced to Japan, including Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Transformers and a shitload of others. It was the most common practice back then.
If you look closely you can tell this Animaniacs clip was animated by a Japanese studio because it has anime-style backgrounds and scenery art, as well as anime frame timings. Notice how clean everything looks too. American animators tend to be a little more fast and loose with the drawings whereas Japanese animators like doing everything as on-model as can be.
