This is something I wanted to have a vols' help with, namely to remove low effort draw threads and draw threads that aren't made by drawfags.
It sounds harsh and if anyone else feels they have a better way to deal with the issue of threads being made day in day out by beggars and leeches instead of contributing anons, I'm all ears.
My idea was that when the thread dies it's left to a drawfag to make another, preferably with a delivery as OP image and a second image that's a screencap of the request to back it up and justify making another thread since the old one died.

Pen and paper to tablet is going to be aids for the first few months.
Hand-eye coordination is one of the biggest hurdles drawfriends face when making the switch, because looking up at the screen and watching the line appear as opposed to drawing on paper where you can see the pen in your hand and be able to properly control and maneuver it over the paper is extremely jarring. Depending on what kind of tablet you get the pen might be a bit bigger than what you're used to and you'll be suffering cramps for days trying to learn the new size and weight. Learning Photoshop takes a lot of time and you'll probably want to visit artists blogs or w/e for pen presets, shading guides, and how to effectively use layers. Also the feeling of pen on plastic over pen on paper is going to take time to get used to. Trying to draw on a tablet also feels extremely floaty when starting out and applying pressure doesn't feel all that right.
But all of this mainly takes time
HOWEVER
Even with all this shit and hurdles the end results will be worth it.
Fixing mistakes in Photoshop is miles easier. There wont be any gross accidental smudges. You'll save loads on coloring materials, paints, primers, etc.
Tracing on a tablet is way easier too
If you really dont like tablet though, you can grab a scanner and post your sketches that way in order to avoid breaking the bank with a top-tier camera. Or posting shitty fone pics

I'm doing this way to fast, but there we go.
Bigger issue here is some minor anatomy errors, mainly, body too short, lengs too long, armas a tad too short.
Tip of the fingers should go all the way down the upper thigh, and thighs should be more almost as long as the torso.
Facial features are a bit too far away. I ended up drawing her eyes too big (I should have made a more solid construction) but since she's supposed to be young, i'll roll with it.
Tits should be pushing each other on that pose, and the torax and the hips should be a bit longer.
Gotta go but hope this helps.

That sounds like it'd be easy to game by outsiders. The kind of people who show up expressly for the sake of getting free shit, with no concern for the artists, the imageboard or its denizens. Having it be a separate entity would just attract even more of the sort. We get enough of that as-is.
Keeping requests ephemeral is a good thing. That way there's a connection and immediacy to that keeps them timely and leaves those undeserving to be fulfilled by the wayside, to fall into oblivion. Except for those that get reposted verbatim in every goddamned thread by the same fuckboys who want the kind of things they'd be too embarrassed to commission for money, but that'd be preferable to having walls upon walls of outdated garbage and repeats, with no real interaction between the requester and the drawfag beyond delivery.
It's not drawfagging at that point anymore, and it's certainly not for the betterment of our imageboard.
