As I said, there's zero evidence to support the claim that there's an exclusivity license. Considering the metric fuckton of Vita games that are also on PC, like Blue Reflection, Gust games, Criminal Girls, ect., I find it extremely hard to believe there ever was an exclusivity agreement. The nail in the coffin of the console exclusive theory for me, though, is that PQube has outright stated "Never say never" when asked if the game could come out on Steam.

As for Nintendo, that's probably a no go for two reasons. First, Matrix Software would have to rebuild the game from the ground up. Incoming wall of text. There were quite a few good things about it, but here's some highlights.

1 - no shitty RNG. I've played a few roguelikes, and they usually have RNG shit like weapons could possibly break when attacking enemies. OLZ doesn't resort to that kind of shit for difficulty.

2 - characters felt unique in combat. For example, Urara, the loli Sony claims gets raped 30 times, has complete trash for most stats, but she has absurdly high evasion, 25 strength at base (to put this in context, most characters will have 10-12 before raising stats), and a unique skill that makes her invisible to enemies. Meanwhile, Nako has modest all round stats, no active skills that do damage, but she has several skills that make food and heal, making her a great support character.

3 - breast size is an actual gameplay mechanic.

4 - though the girls all fell into archetypes, they broke the mold enough to make them interesting. For example, Urara is your standard cute, kind hearted girl. She's also a hardcore masochist that's prone to screaming things like "Yes, hit me harder! I'm your toy!"

5 - any story dungeon can be run as the fairy girls for massive amounts of omega power and hallucinogens to raise the girls' stats.

Overall, the game just felt decently put together. Sure, it's not amazing, but it was never frustrating or boring, and it has a ton of optional content that can be pretty fucking hard.

It didn't take too far to unlock. I think it's by the time you get to the first 15 floor dungeon, but I'm not sure. All I really remember is that it was a fairly early unlock. Just keep checking with Yumi for it. Just so you know, to maximize your drug haul, you'll have to go with Chichi as your main because her active skill, Omega Festival, turns half of all enemies in a room into monzetsukon. If you're looking for quick omega power, Pai's Omega Carnival does the same thing but converts all enemies directly into omega power. You'll still get tons of omega maining Chichi, though, since the fairies directly convert any weapons, shields, or underwear directly into omega (other items are picked up as normal, making the fairies good for gathering item upgrade books and bread).

Are you talking about Omega Labyrinth Z? It's a Vita game, not a PS4 one. There's patching options with a hacked Vita but the PS4 scene just isn't developed enough to start fan patches for it.

Definitely not there, currently trying for the second 15 floor dungeon, having trouble because of getting swarmed by spear wielding enemies, so I've been stockpiling Weapon Upgrade books in case I find one myself.

If anything it's usually the other way around - developers make games for the Vita because that's the successful platform, and Sony has to essentially beg them to make a PS4 port so they can pretend the damn thing has games.

Trolling aside. We can learn the language and patch the game ourselves via ROMhacking, but remember pQube, D3, and Matrix Software still want to make money.

Yes, import the game new and learn Japanese to enjoy it yourself if you have to. However for those that simply do not have the time to learn Japanese remember the message is clear: Sony denied YOU the opportunity to enjoy the game officially localized without needing ROMhacking (and most likely piracy) to enjoy it. Sony also denied the developers and publishers the opportunity to make that money by cancelling the localization AFTER it was approved by PEGI and ESRB.

The best thing pQube can hope for if they want their localization work saved is to hope D3 green lights a PC port. Otherwise the precedent is clear on what Playstation games is allowed and not allowed to exist in the west.

If Playstation is going to shoot themselves in the foot by cancelling Japanese games for PS4 western release because they're too lewd, then they may as well admit PS4 never had games to play in the first place.

Kingdom Hearts III will probably be the only game in that series I will never play unless it gets a PC port because of what Sony is doing with their localization of Japanese games. The Vita ports of lewd Japanese games were the one thing I was looking forward to on PS4 since Monster Hunter World is pure shit, but fuck buying a console that has NO GAEMS.

Most hobbies require practitioners to pick up essential skills to pursue them, and knowledge of the Japanese language is one such skill for video game enthusiasts.
