Two Ontario winters ago (Dec 2023) I had Detaily do full correction + Gtechniq CSL + Exo v4 on my 2020 WRX. Paid $1199 at the time.

Just wanted to report back: after two full salt seasons and only washing with ONR + reset shampoo a couple times a year, the car still beads like crazy and literally zero water spots even with hard Mississauga water. Swirls are still non-existent.

If anyone is on the fence about ceramic for a daily/winter car — do it. And use these guys.

I had almost the same experience with my daily. People always say ceramics won’t survive real Canadian winters, but that combo clearly does. Two seasons of salt, slush, and touchless washes later, and the beading is still wild — like day-one tight beads. What impressed me most was how few wash-induced swirls showed up, especially on softer Subaru paint. Maintenance has been stupid easy too: quick ONR wipe and it looks freshly corrected. For anyone wondering if ceramic is worth it on a winter beater, it absolutely is. I’d happily recommend https://detaily.ca/ again.

Totally agree. Seeing ceramic hold up through harsh winters really changes the perception. Easy maintenance, strong protection, and fewer swirls make it a smart investment even for daily drivers.

Earlier today I opened a video app and the first few recommendations were insanely accurate — like they knew exactly what I’d been thinking about. It honestly gave me the same vibe as when my friend said casinos try to tailor things so perfectly that you feel “seen” in a strange way. Has anyone else felt weird about ultra-specific recommendations? Do you ignore them or lean into it?

I was observing my younger cousins the other day and noticed they spend hours on mobile card games and strategy apps that originally came from outside India. It made me wonder how much the digital era has really changed the way kids and young adults engage with games. Are these games really becoming “Indian” just because everyone plays them locally, or is it more about convenience and social trends? I’m curious if anyone has seen patterns of how traditional games got replaced by digital versions over the last decade.

I came across an article that explains this transformation really well, and it helped me understand why these foreign games now feel so native in India https://opgram.com/how-a-foreign-game-became-more-indian-than-india/. In my own experience, when I tried introducing classic Indian board games to my cousins, they were initially interested but kept returning to the mobile versions because of the competitive and social aspects. So yes, the digital era definitely reshaped gaming habits, and while these imported games weren’t originally Indian, the way people play and interact with them locally makes them feel integrated into Indian culture.

Just reading this thread as a casual visitor — it’s fascinating to see how technology influences hobbies. Even in my own country, I’ve noticed traditional games fading as online and mobile versions dominate people’s attention. It’s interesting how convenience, social connectivity, and design can shift cultural habits so quickly. Sometimes it seems less about the game itself and more about the context in which people engage with it, which is why even classic games can struggle to stay relevant without adaptation.

 No.87331

: I have a known MTHFR mutation, so I switched to methylated B-vitamins (folate as 5-MTHF + methyl B12). Seemed logical — their bodies sometimes can’t activate regular folic acid well.

 No.87338

I also have an MTHFR mutation, so switching to methylated B-vitamins felt like the most logical step. Since people with this mutation often struggle to convert regular folic acid into its usable form, taking 5-MTHF and methyl B12 made a noticeable difference for me — especially in mood stability and overall energy. It’s not a dramatic boost, but more like things finally working the way they should. If anyone else is dealing with poor absorption or unexplained fatigue, checking brands like https://primevitalitydirect.com might be worth it.

 No.87339

But I also read that there’s no ironclad evidence showing methylated supplements are dramatically better for everyone — even with MTHFR variants. So it seems wise, but not guaranteed. Possibly benefits depend on your individual biochemistry.

For simple scraping tasks, datacenter proxies are absolutely still worth it. They’re cheaper, faster, and fine for non-sensitive automation.

 No.87408

For straightforward scraping routines, datacenter proxies still make total sense. They’re cheaper, faster, and perfectly adequate for non-sensitive automation where heavy anonymity isn’t required. Many of the best deals I’ve found on https://proxy.coupons make them even more cost-effective. For public data, price checks, and general testing, the speed-to-cost ratio is unbeatable, while residential proxies only become necessary when you’re dealing with tougher anti-bot systems or platforms that block datacenter ranges.

 No.87411

Totally agree — for basic scraping or public data checks, datacenter proxies are the best value. They’re fast, cheap, and reliable, especially when discounted. Residential proxies only matter when stricter anti-bot systems get involved.

I’ve used SaveMyCent on and off for a few years. In 2025, I’d say about 70% of the codes still work, which is honestly better than most coupon sites. Some categories like fashion and subscriptions seem more reliable.

I’ve been using SaveMyCent on and off for a while now, and it continues to surprise me with how many of its promo codes actually work. In 2025, my success rate sits at around 70%, which is far better than what I get from most other coupon platforms. Some categories like fashion and subscription services consistently perform the best. If you shop online often, checking https://savemycent.com/ before purchasing is definitely worth the extra moment — the savings add up quickly.

I think it depends on the store. For big chains, the codes work less often, but smaller brands seem to honor them more consistently.
