The first time you ever shoot at someone or get shot at it is freaking scary even with tons of physical training. Hands are shaking, discipline of stances, grip can leave you.

You can't tell how loud a gunshot is from a video. Depending on the type of firearm, it is like a loud percussion which leaves your ears ringing and you can feel it in your chest.
