Do you have any idea how much I've stressed over my lack of an ability to code for this last decade? I'd figure someone would have made a simple gui based OS for the zero at this point and they have not. What do you expect me to do? Say thanks? Learn something I can't learn? I was raised on no OS, and my first that I got to finally see near adulthood was win9x, not dos.
It's not part of MY BASE PROGRAMMING to do basic operations without help from a gui. I can't get the wifi module pasted in. I can't install any software. Installation from the tar is literally impossible unless you have an over average IQ and I don't have that.
Even the guides don't match. I followed a guide step by step, the wifi module when tested ouputted "OK" then still detected no wifi. I tried pasting it in with a secondary Linux, Lubuntu, it still copied with errors into it's optional folder. Its fucking impossible. Why is there zero OS for the pi zero that can fit on a 4gb sd card that comes with a gui?
On top of it all, I spent over 100 usd on the peripherals for the thing and I've never used the piece of shit. It was going to be a glorified ebook reader, but as it is I'd have been better off buying literally anything else. An mp4 player with txt reading capabilities is probably 25 usd. This shit wasn't. Even if I get it to work the lcd won't likely ever work, so I have to spend ANOTHER 50+ USD on some tiny monitor for it's hdmi. It's such bullshit. There's no logical reason why I should not take a giant shit on this thing, microwave it, then snap it in half and throw it in the trash can, then light that trash can on fucking fire.
Fuck you nigger. As if you use the terminal. No one does that shit other than some faggoty admin of a site with shitty rules.
If I try something like 9 times and it's not that many steps and yet it kept failing then something is off, and I'm not that stupid. No one made good software for the raspberry pi's. At least not for the pi zero. It's all either unfinished garbage or memory leak garbage. Can I program? No, but win9x didn't give me problems.
