The older computers are safer and more private. It is safer to access/download anime content with an older computer than a newer computer. I'm using a 10+ year old computer for downloading/uploading anime. I want to protect my computer from the FBI while downloading/uploading anime girls......

I think your pc can run some games. I think you can play old touhou games. I have almost all touhou games downloaded. I don't have the remake of touhou 6. I did not purchase it. I have a lot of fangames. I don't think all fangames will work well if your computer is very old. I doubt that you will be able to play scarlet curiosity very well
I think you can play kancolle. You need to set it up yourself because it's region locked. I did it easily. There's a guy on YouTube who has made a document with details on how to install it. But you might find it too hard
Do you live alone? In your house? Do you live with your parents? I don't think I will be able to live with my parents by 36. They will probably marry me off to a man. I am not sexually nor romantically attracted to men. I can't afford that. I will probably kill myself if I have to do that

I don't have a console. I play on my pc. It's a gaming pc. I use emulators to play games. I play fire emblem games on yuzu. And p3p. I like p3p because I can play with kotone. I don't like the fact that I can't romance female characters. But I still like persona 3
