You don't have to stop overeating. You have to quit all UPFs. Eat stuff with real nutritional value, instead of bliss point drugs that do nothing but force your body to store fat, since they are addictive. Avoid takeout, cook your own food with raw ingredients. Eat snacks that let you feel full after having them.

Ok, got it, quitting all ultra processed foods, that would actually be like 40% of what I eat and drink, because I eat a lot of wafers, biscuits, crackers, etc. and soda drinks

Find something to do. Address your problems. After all, overeating almost always stems from underlying issues. You could change your diet a hundred times, but if you don't resolve your problems, no amount of celery will help - and it might even make things worse.

Don't want to use things like that, I want a natural solution, maybe there is some food or foods that naturally have appetite decreasing effect or something like that

Only eat in the morning and the evening, skip lunch. Drink water before eating, enough so that you won't overeat. Whenever you feel hungry throughout the day drink a lot of water. Enough to make you nauseous. Not only will your stomach be filled (no hunger, albeit it does not last long, then you'll drink again), but you'll also associate the nausea with appeasing your hunger, which will in turn make you less likely to eat. I did this and dropped slightly more than 10 kilos (22 pounds) in a month, no exercise needed. However, you'll develop that stinky iron breath and taste, it comes from ketosis I believe? If you can find another way to make eating repulsive, then do it. Like spraying your food with something that smells bad, eating in places that smell bad, watching content that you find disgusting while eating. I'm talking rotten eggs bad or more for the smell, not just something slightly unpleasant. For nutrients take supplements. And don't do it for long periods of time, I did a month so it's okay I guess but I wouldn't recommend anything that exceeds it. Also with this you'll lose fat AND muscle, if what you're looking for is appearing fit then there's no shortcut, you'll probably have to exercise unless you want that twink build. And you might develop an ed if you believe in these? No clue, you'll have to know when to stop. And when you decide to stop, make sure you reintroduce food progressively, i think you might end up in the hospital if you don't. Some story about that woman who ate a banana after a 5 day fast, I don't know

Forgot to say it but if you're under meds that have the oh you might gain a liiittle bit of weight but that's okay because we big pharma always know what's best wink wink heart side effect then you'll probably have a harder time. I'd say quit that shit cold turkey because I probably wouldn't have lost weight without putting it a lot of effort if I was still using them, but you'll probably know better, if you want to function well in society and achieving this is dependent on your treatment, then don't. I'm not telling a schizo to quit his meds just for him to go full rampage crazy psychotic mode and kill someone, if that happens you could be put in a facility where they forcefully administrate the stuff you quit and you'll become the size of your couch once again

You're free to do whatever you want, but I think ditching supplements will actually affect you negatively. If you eat less your body gets less iron, zinc and other micronutrients or whatever they're called, so you'll probably feel extremely tired in the long run, anemia, brain fog and all that shit, but your body will also burn less calories at rest. And so the strategy I suggested will decrease in efficiency. But that's ultimately your decision to take

That won't do shit. Yes, you'll lose a lot of weight, but then you'll get off ozempic, and then you'll regain all weight. BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED YOUR HABITS. Look it up, there's new studies exploring exactly that - how weight changes after you get off a glp-1.

 No.161856

Losing weight is determined solely by one variable: how many calories you eat vs how many you burn. If you eat less than you burn, you will lose weight, if more - you'll gain weight. This fact is undeniable. If you accept that, we can cover the rest of important practical stuff.

>>161704

This is the most important thing. UPFs are exceptionally terrible for health and are designed to be addictive. They make you eat a lot, so you get fat, so they're doubly bad. If you want a dessert, buy something homemade or bake it yourself from raw ingredients. It's impossible to make UPF from raw ingredients unless you have a chemical lab.

If you cook all your food from raw ingredients, you arr already 80% there because your body will be able to properly regulate the feeling of hunger. Physical activity will also help with that - another 10%.

 No.161857

Let's talk about the remaining 10%.

Protein is the most important nutrient, basically eat it as much as you can - the new recommendations say 1.6g per day per kg of body mass.

Carbs are good for many reasons, you should not remove them. If you cut them to near 0, you will quickly lose 5 kg or more, but it will all be water weight, not fat. You will quickly regain that when you eat carbs again.

Eat a lot of veggies, bare minimum is at least as much as you eat meat. Packed with micronutrients, make you feel fuller and they contain very few calories.

I recommend lots of fiber. Keeps you ful for long even if you're on a big deficit.

Speaking of deficit, 0.3-0.5kg per week is the optimal rate of loss. Do not go faster than 1kg per week - it's not healthy and your discipline won't last long enough.

Organize your meals however you want. But generally, err on the side of smaller meals more often. From my experience, 1 meal a day is absolute misery and just idiotic trough and through, 2 meals is doable but still pretty bad, and 3 is the sweet spot.
