Surely, this should be obvious. If someone uploads/posts cp, then the likely-hood of a search warrant happening exponentially increases because uploading it is an even bigger crime than merely downloading it. I think they teach people in school that downloading child porn is illegal, correct? Didn't they teach students in school that they shouldn't be downloading/uploading cp? Yeah, just downloading cheese pizza can potentially get a search warrant, uploading it greatly increases the probability of a search warrant happening. Yeah, everything is legal to download, except for cp. Cp is definitely illegal to download.
