step 1: find a bad guy
step 2: find a dumb guy
step 3: have the bad guy suggest to the dumb guy that being a tranny is nice and promise it leads to having friends. dumb guy wants a nice life and friends but does not know how to get it.
step 4: have the bad guy ask the dumb guy if he wants to commit to being a tranny.
step 5: dumb guy says yet because bad guy suggested it and made the promise prior.
step 6: dumb guy changes his gender.
i have no reason to believe that there is any more to it. that's how they make em.
