Reading the study, I saw the words Caffeoylquinic acid, and Chlorogenic acids, bringing to mind Hydroxychloroquinic acid.

So I looked up studies about the correlation between caffeoylquinic acids and influenza. Turns out, there are several, one in particular published just after the Swine Flu epidemic of 2009.

I don't know if there's a correlation between coffee consumption and flu infection. It's only anecdotal, but I drink a lot of coffee, and haven't had the flu since 1991 (I remember it distinctly as a major event in my life occured at the time), and only remember having the flu before then a couple times when I was a kid.

Maybe some med professional anon can read these studies and others and get a better look at the correlation between coffee consumption and the CCP virus.
