The Congress finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States, although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States. It constitutes an authoritarian dictatorship within a republic, demanding for itself the rights and privileges accorded to political parties, but denying to all others the liberties guaranteed by the Constitution. Unlike political parties, which evolve their policies and programs through public means, by the reconciliation of a wide variety of individual views, and submit those policies and programs to the electorate at large for approval or disapproval, the policies and programs of the Communist Party are secretly prescribed for it by the foreign leaders of the world Communist movement. Its members have no part in determining its goals, and are not permitted to voice dissent to party objectives. Unlike members of political parties, members of the Communist Party are recruited for indoctrination with respect to its objectives and methods, and are organized, instructed, and disciplined to carry into action slavishly the assignments given them by their hierarchical chieftains. Unlike political parties, the Communist Party acknowledges no constitutional or statutory limitations upon its conduct or upon that of its members. The Communist Party is relatively small numerically, and gives scant indication of capacity ever to attain its ends by lawful political means. The peril inherent in its operation arises not from its numbers, but from its failure to acknowledge any limitation as to the nature of its activities, and its dedication to the proposition that the present constitutional Government of the United States ultimately must be brought to ruin by any available means, including resort to force and violence. Holding that doctrine, its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. It is the means whereby individuals are seduced into the service of the world Communist movement, trained to do its bidding, and directed and controlled in the conspiratorial performance of their revolutionary services. Therefore, the Communist Party should be outlawed.

We need to Dig on these people. They are part of a large very connected group in the northern california. They are paedophiles and have are making a lot of money with cocaine and kids.

They have bikers running drugs and who knows what else. They have the D.A. in their pocket. They have judges throwing out cases involving them. They have the sherriff deputies helping them as well.

They throw a lot of money to druggies in the trailer parks, then they offer to babysit while they send the parents out for a day on their boats. These kids are being molested and videos made. I know of 3 different times cops came out. The victim was given restraining order to stay away. The victims were ordered to have all guns removed from their houses.

These people are sick.

They are connected to Fbi agents which are family to Kathy.

They have a sleepover party where they all sleep in tents in their backyard. Over 100 people every year. They drink heavily and cocaine is being passed around and the kids are swapped around after the music stops. There are police officers there.

Kathleen Nelson - maiden name Whitney. Had to close her childcare center after a report was filed but i cant find the report anywhere. She now works as a sub teacher at the schools. Glenn and kathy are from the east coast. Kathy is from cape cod area. House on the beach. Glenn i believe is from new york. They lived in sunnyvale CA where her network is based but moved to the central valley after stuff got hot over in sunnyvale. They live in Manteca CA now.

Glenn Nelson - Machinist, heavy drinker

Kevin nelson - has been caught molesting kids 3 times red handed. Caught with hands in a little boys pants. He was caught by the kids grandfather. Then the next day just walked in the grandfathers house uninvited and did it again and was chased out. Police put a restraining order on the grandfather. He was told he is not allowed to take pictures of the pedos activities that are across the street from his house. Kevin was given a job at the local schools. Kevin also raped a girl at a highschool party in front of her friends.

Daniel nelson - best friends with the D.A.'s son. Daniel has disappeared in the last year.

Jennifer Lopez ( not the famous one) - works as the person in charge of hiring people to work at the schools. She got Kathleen hired and kevin hired without background checks. She is kathleens neighbor and attends her pedo parties. Jennifer's son has also been accused of molesting kids. Jennifer's mother that lived with them was going senile, she started telling the neighbors what they were doing to the kids. They left her alone last year then came home to her dead in the pool. Thats the only time she was left alone. Jennifers next door neighbor worked/works for the Pentagon. And the next house down is the head court

John lopez - jennifers husband, works as head of maintenance for the school district. Also is a masonic leader.

Lolo lopez - john and jennifers son that was accused of molesting kids.

Don mount - best friends with lolo lopez, has plans to open a facility to care for kids with developmental problems. Kathleen, Glenn, Jennifer lopez, johnny and jennifer mount(dons wife) all have a part in this plan to open up the facility.

jennifer mount - runs an adult care facility in Lodi ca. That place should be looked into. Its called Wine Country adult facility.

Manteca's Ex-police Chief Bricker - lives between Kathleen and jennifer lopez. He knows what has been going on but told me he cant do anything because its out of his jurisdiction.

Judge McCann- dirty corrupt judge that works with the court stenographer. I dont believe she is a real judge, but she stands in for the judge when requested. She never took an oath. But she oversees custody cases involving pedo parents and gives the kids to the abusers. You can look her up on youtube there are many people she has done that too. She is also friends with kathleen somehow.

Kathleen also connected to CPS and has a few contacts there. A few friends that call kids parents after kathleen makes an anonymous report. They tell the parents the kids will be taken out of their care if they dont do what they are told.

These people are just the tip of the iceberg. They are making millions. They are buying homes and cars like crazy. They put the homes and car in other peoples names and then they all swap cars periodically and houses. The men also go to an annual camping trip in bohemian grove. Its in july. Then they have the campout at the nelson's house in August.

Kathleen said in court that a therapist said that everything kevin had done to those little boys and girls was normal. Its in the court records even though the lawyer tried to have it removed.

Alejandro - takes the reports of crimes against children for the sherriffs department. Then warns the perps that they are being turned in so they can come up with a cover story or leave and claim they were gone in tahoe at the time of the crime. Sometimes he doesnt even write the claims down so there is no record.

Did Obama detain illegal Mexican children as an experiment?

Public outcry over President Donald Trump’s now-terminated family separation policy inspired several defenses of the practice, with many conservative politicians and pundits arguing that it was a continuation of policies from earlier administrations.

According to one blog site, Trump’s policy was no worse than a pilot program put in place under President Barack Obama.

"Obama administration kept illegal Mexican kids in detention camps as ‘experiment,’" said a June 16, 2018 headline from the Lid, an online blog.

Facebook flagged this story as part of its efforts to combat false news and misinformation on Facebook's News Feed. (Read more about our partnership with Facebook.)

Citing a Feb. 11, 2015, report from the Washington Post, the Lid story compared Trump’s policy to Obama’s Juvenile Referral Process, a pilot program in south Texas that sought to cut down on smuggling by detaining and questioning unaccompanied minors — known as "circuit children" — suspected of helping Mexican drug cartels transport people and narcotics across the border.

The story said Obama’s program resulted in border agents "tossing some of those kids into internment camps as an experiment."

"Under Obama, young illegal immigrants were put in ‘facilities’ so they could be squeezed for any information they may or may not have about drug cartels," the story said. "A program to detain kids is okay under a Democratic Party president, but preventing kids from going to jail with their parents is considered un-American when the president is a Republican."

We decided to check this claim out and see how Trump’s policy compared with the Obama program; we found significant differences between the policies and their outcomes. The Lid did not respond to a request for comment sent via Facebook Messenger.

Trump’s policy

Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued an April memorandum announcing a "zero-tolerance" policy, according to which all immigrants apprehended for illegally crossing the U.S. border were referred for federal prosecution.

Three full years ago today the FBI came to our door and took my wonderful husband from our home. It's been 36 months, 156 weeks, 1,095 days since Jerry DeLemus has had a home cooked meal or slept in his own bed.

That day started out like every other day until there was a knock on the door at around 8:00 AM. I remember asking the agent, "When will he be home?" What a stupid question that was. Little did I know at that time.

He committed no crime and had been home from Bunkerville, NV since 2014.

I remember how so many of you rallied to our side and came to the Courthouse in Concord within just a few hours of hearing the news.

And ever since then you have helped us in every way you can. Your time, talents and treasures and most importantly your prayers have sustained us throughout this entire time.

If the system plays out its heinous game of collateral damage we will have to endure yet another three years of this tortuous time apart. Nevertheless, we shall prevail because Truth prevails and Yeshua Messiah and YeHoVaH are Truth.
