Let’s decode Q2675. We have a photo of 2 jet fighters and a filename.
Piece of the puzzle 1: Identifying the Jets
A reverse image search on the photo and some additional hunting gets us to the photo archive of the Department of Defense link where we learn this photo is a pair of U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles flying over northern Iraq after conducting airstrikes against ISIL targets in Syria, Sept. 23, 2014. We also learn this U.S. Air Force photo was taken by Senior Airman Matthew Bruch.
Piece of the puzzle 2: The Pivotal Date Feb 15
You all caught that 2 F15s was code for the date 02/15=Feb 15 which is the deadline for the negotiations with the Dems before another possible Government shutdown. But there is more to it. In this article, we learn that The Eagle first flew in July 1972, and entered service in 1976. We are also informed about the aircraft’s structural defect history and that 15 February 2008 was a pivotal date in the life of the F15. Coincidence? This is the day the USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) cleared all its grounded F-15A/B/C/D fighters for flight pending inspections, engineering reviews, and any needed repairs. ACC also recommended release of other U.S. F-15A/B/C/D aircraft.
Piece of the puzzle 3: The Hidden Dates Feb 20 2019 and Feb 21 2019
Let’s take a closer look at the dimensions of the picture. It’s a 220X152 pixel image. Do you see it? What is 220? You can read it 2-20 and it becomes Feb 20. How about 152? You can read it 1-52 or 1-[31+21]. This is the 52nd day after the month of January starts or, since January has 31 days, the 21st day after the month of February starts. 152 therefore represents Feb 21, which confirms that translating 220 to February 20 was the correct decode.
Piece of the puzzle 4: The Connection to Q2674
Q2674 was posted at 13:22:24 and Q2675 was posted at 13:22:49, which is 25 seconds later. The filename of the picture ends with a Y=25. Coincidence? Q2675 is connected to Q2674 which describes the [D] Party Con or how the Dems use the institutions we fund with our tax money as a conduit to funnel funds back to them through campaign contributions. The example of Planned Parenthood is used to illustrate this reality. Q2674 is therefore about the misuse of our tax money under the disguise of Government funding.
Piece of the puzzle 5: The Filename and its Hidden Message
The filename is made of the 4 groups SYS, CONF, SPEC, and Y. Let’s write their respective Gematria values: SYS=63, CONF=38, SPEC=43, Y=25. Since we know the context is Government funding from piece of the puzzle 4, we can decode each of these components as follows: SYS=63=THE EAGLE, CONF=38=GOLD, SPEC=43=FEEDER, Y=25=ACCEDED. We get the message: THE EAGLE GOLD FEEDER ACCEDED.
Solution
Img Peruvian Coffee for those who caught that the F15 Eagle, through the eagle, represents the US Government link. Since Feb 15 2008 was the pivotal date for the F15 Strike Eagle, represented the end of its structural defects and was essentially the day the Eagle received the go to fly, Feb 15 2019 also represents the end of the structural defects (like the [D] Con) in our Government funding process. Do you see it? Since the wall is already being built, what is the Maestro REALLY negotiating behind the scenes? That should be THE question for us, the Q Community that knows the truth right? Well, he is fighting the misuse of our Tax Money and shutting down cons like the [D] Con described in Q2674. If on Feb 15 2019 the negotiations with the Dems are satisfying to POTUS and he is ensured that our Tax Money will not be stolen like in the past, he will accept the proposed government funding plan and authorize the Eagle to fly: THE EAGLE GOLD FEEDER ACCEDED. On the other hand, if a satisfactory agreement is not reached with the Dems regarding transparent Government spending, we are told that the date to watch for the Maestro’s next move is February 20 2019 or February 21 2019.

In response Chinese Vice Premier Hu Chunhua cancelled scheduled trade talks with Britain’s finance minister Philip Hammond just "hours" after the remarks, Reuters revealed Thursday.
The talks had been set for the coming weekend, with reports specifically noting Chunhua canceled the meeting "in protest at Williamson’s speech on Monday."

Why does a small East Texas town called Onalaska have more than 1,000 registered aircraft - and no airport?
Nestled along the piney shores of an East Texas lake, Onalaska lacks an airport.
A WFAA review, however, has found more than 1,000 registered aircraft claiming an Onalaska address. That’s equivalent to one plane for every three Onalaska residents, which is more per capita than anywhere else in the country.
In fact, more planes are registered to Onalaska than the number of registered planes in entire cities such as Seattle, San Antonio, San Diego, or even New York.
Just as surprising, the aircraft are registered to only two Onalaska P.O. boxes. That’s because the aircraft owners do not live there. Not even close.
WFAA has learned Onalaska is ground zero for a practice that allows foreigners to anonymously register their planes, and one that critics say makes the United States an easy target for drug dealers, terrorists and other criminals seeking to register their planes.
"When you can conceal the true ownership of a plane, you're putting a lot of people in jeopardy," said Joe Gutheinz, a former Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) special agent. "If you're a terrorist and you have a way of concealing your secret ownership of a plane in the United States, you're going to do it."
But industry advocates told WFAA that large corporations and foreign partnerships often need to use trusts because of the FAA’s strict citizenship requirements.
To register a plane, owners need to be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident. However, the FAA will allow foreigners to register their planes by transferring a title to a U.S. trustee.
For $5, an owner can register a plane with the FAA.
Planes registered to the name of U.S. trust carry an "N" tail number. It’s a distinction that experts say carries advantages, including allowing planes to receive less scrutiny than when carrying a tail number from a different country.
Trust company officials who handle such trusts told WFAA that they use “due diligence” when vetting owners to ensure they are reputable. However, others disagree and say too little information is readily available in the FAA registry, allowing foreigners to shield their true ownership from law enforcement

In a random review of the five major trust companies with the most registrations, federal investigators found the companies "could not or would not provide" the identities of three of four foreign owners requested.
One of the trustees even requested that investigators subpoena the information. The trustees that did provide the information took two months to do so.

On this day in history,1933 America’s President-Elect Franklin D. Roosevelt survived an assassination attempt in Miami, Florida when an unemployed brick layer fired five shots at Roosevelt’s open touring car. FDR escaped injury, but four others were wounded, and Chicago Mayor Anton Cermak (who was shaking hands with Roosevelt at the time) was mortally wounded.
After the 1932 election and prior to his March 4th, 1933 inauguration, FDR decided to take a yacht-trip off the coast of Florida. Upon his return, he attended a rally in Miami to meet influential party leaders before returning to New York. FDR’s yacht sailed into Biscayne Bay late on February 15th and he was escorted to the amphitheater bandstand at Bayfront Park. All 7000 seats in front of the stage were filled to capacity, with thousands more in the aisles and around the park. FDR was in one of three open cars that parked by the bandstand; he stayed in the car because of his polio.
In the third row of the seating area was Giuseppe Zangara, who had purchased a five shot .32 caliber revolver for eight dollars just days earlier. He was roughly twenty five or thirty feet from Roosevelt. FDR spoke for less than one minute, and then was greeted by dignitaries. Zangara stood on his wobbly folding chair and fired five shots. Several people pinned him to the ground and he was taken off to jail. Meanwhile, the presidential procession rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital to try to save Cermak’s life. He died nineteen days after he was shot however.Zangara was an Italian immigrant who spoke very poor English, but was very open about his desire to “kill all kings and presidents” in order to punish them for all the pain inflicted on the poor, as well as for his own personal pain.
On March 20, 1933, Zangara was executed for Cermak’s murder in Florida’s “Old Sparky” electric chair, railing against capitalists to the end. When asked whether he would shoot Roosevelt again if given a chance, he answered affirmatively.
It had been exactly 33 days since the shooting in Bayfront Park to Zangara’s execution. The five week period that culminated in the electrocution of Zangara was considered by many as the swiftest legal execution in 20th-century American History.

Hundreds of vets are suing over these defective combat earplugs
Hundreds of veterans are filing lawsuits against a government contractor that manufactured and sold defective combat earplugs to the military.
The earplugs didn’t maintain a tight seal and allowed dangerously loud sounds to slip through without the wearer knowing.
The lawsuits allege that Minnesota-based 3M Company designed the earplugs in a defective manner and failed to warn users of the defect or to provide proper instructions for their use, according to a copy of one lawsuit provided to Military Times.
The failure allegedly resulted in hearing loss, tinnitus and loss of balance in those who used 3M’s trademarked, dual-ended Combat Arms earplugs during their military service between 2003 and 2015.
The lawsuits were filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas — Waco Division.
One hundred lawsuits were filed by two Houston-based law firms: Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz and Bell, Rose & Cobos.
“Due to the widespread damage caused to veterans by 3M’s actions, these cases are just the tip of the iceberg of lawsuits that will be filed in order to hold 3M accountable,” Mo Aziz, one of the attorneys involved, said in a statement.
3M previously agreed to pay $9.1 million to resolve allegations that it knowingly sold its earplugs to the Defense Logistics Agency without disclosing defects that decreased the hearing protection, according to the Justice Department.
The allegations by the U.S. government were brought against 3M through the enforcement of the False Claims Act.
Although that case has been resolved, all claims within the settlement were allegations only, and there was no determination of liability, the Justice Department said.
That hasn’t stopped veterans from lining up to seek punitive damages from 3M after developing hearing issues from 3M’s “gross negligence,” according to the lawsuit copy.
“Since late 2003, 3M touted its Combat Arms earplugs as capable of allowing users to hear commands from friendly soldiers and approaching enemy combatants, unimpaired, in the same way as if they had nothing in their ears," the lawsuit reads.
The documents allege that 3M employees knew about the earplug defects as early as 2000.
Although testing conducted by 3M found that the earplugs were defective, the company falsified certification stating that the testing complied with military standards, according to the lawsuit.
“It is an absolute disgrace that 3M would purposefully provide defective equipment to U.S. service members, knowing that those service members would rely on that defective equipment in combat," Andrew Cobos, another attorney named in the lawsuit, said. “Their fraud resulted in lifelong injuries to America’s warriors. 3M’s actions cannot, and should not, be tolerated.”
In 2006, the U.S. government entered into a contract with 3M, in which the company supplied an estimated annual quantity of 15,000 earplug packages, with 50 pairs per package, at a guaranteed price of at least $9 million in sales for the year, the lawsuit states.
The earplugs were sold to the military until 2015, when 3M discontinued the product. However, the defective pairs were not recalled and thus are still likely used by soldiers and sold by other vendors, according to the lawsuit.
