Then 5 days later in the Q drops on 11/7 we have a picture of North Korea. 5 days later in reality (2/26) is the same day North Korea is in the news for chemical weapons. The next day in the Q drops was the anniversary of election victory 11/8. The next day in reality is today, 2/27, and POTUS announces reelection bid. This confirms that we are on the same time line. Matt Drudge makes himself look a little foolish to those not in the know by making a big deal over something that seems trivial (*of course* POTUS is running - the headlines were actually a message to we Anons that we are still on the November timeline.

But the figure does not include about $175 million in surrounding infrastructure improvements, for which city officials expect taxpayers to pick up the tab.

The Obama Foundation previously said the center is estimated to support nearly 5,000 new jobs during construction and 2,500 permanent jobs once it opens. It also claims that in its first 10 years, the center is expected to have a total economic impact of $3.1 billion.

I think the author is implying that the mixing is done in the transmitting satellite and since most receiving equipment is DSP or SDR (both completely digital) these days the ELF signal would be undetected unless you knew to look for it.

It could be a workable scenario to produce the wanted 800mhz signal along with an otherwise undetected ELF signal.

The problem I see is that transmitting an ELF signal from above the ionosphere and expecting it to reach the surface is a bit far fetched.
