Financial Bounty Hunters Testify: Clinton Foundation Operated As Foreign Agent

The Clinton Foundation operated as a foreign agent ‘early in its life’ and ‘throughout it’s existence’ and did not operate as a 501c3 charitable foundation as required by its and is not entitled to its status as a nonprofit, stated two highly qualified forensic investigators, accompanied by three other investigators, said in explosive testimony Thursday to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
John Moynihan and Lawerence W. Doyle, both graduates of the Catholic Jesuit College of the Holy Cross and former expert forensic government investigators, gave their shocking testimony before congress based on a nearly two year investigation into the foundation’s work both nationally and internationally. They were assisted by three other highly trained experts in taxation law and financial forensic investigations. The forensic investigators stressed that they obtained all the documentation on the foundation legally and through Freedom of Information Request Acts from the IRS and other agencies.
Utah Attorney General John Huber, appointed by former Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate the Clinton Foundation and the issues surrounding the approval to sell 20 percent of U.S. Uranium assets to Russia, declined to attend the hearing. Chairman Mark Meadows, R-NC, who oversaw the hearing stated that it was disappointment that Huber declined, leaving Congress in the dark regarding the DOJ’s investigation.
Investigations into the Clinton Foundation have always been plagued by politics but Moynihan wanted to make clear in his opening statement that this investigation was one of many his firm has conducted on nonprofits and had nothing to do with politics.
Doyle and Moynihan have amassed 6,000 documents in their nearly two-year investigation through their private firm MDA Analytics LLC. The documents were turned over more than a year and a half ago to the IRS, according to John Solomon, who first published the report last week in The Hill.
“At this point I’d like to answer two questions, who are we? We are apolitical,” Moynihan told the committee. “We have no party affiliation to this whatsoever, No one has financed us… we are forensic investigators that approached this effort in a nonpartisan profession, objective, and independent way…we follow facts, that’s all.”
“We have never been partisan,” he added, speaking on behalf of all five members of his group testifying to Congress. “We come from law enforcement and wall street where each of us has dedicated our entire lives and praised the rule of law doing the right thing pursuing facts. we follow facts. that’s all.”
“None of this is our opinion,” he went on state. “I emphasize none of this is our opinion. These are not our facts. They are not your facts. They are the facts of the Clinton Foundation.”
He disclosed the reason his firm decided to take on the Clinton Foundation and the fact that they paid for the investigation out of their “own pockets.”
“Are you doing this for money,” said Moynihan to the committee. “Yes, this is how we make a living.”
Moynihan and Doyle swapped back and forth between there testimony and opening statement, making it clear they were working as a team. But the most shocking statements came from Moynihan’s statement as he read the laundry list of violations by the Clinton Foundation.
Moynihan stated “Foreign agent,” as he began to read from a long list of violations discovered during the course of their investigation.
The Clinton Foundation “began acting as an agent of foreign governments ‘early in its life’ and throughout its existence. As such, the foundation should’ve registered under FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act),” he said. “Ultimately, the Foundation and its auditors conceded in formal submissions that it did operate as a (foreign) agent, therefore the foundation is not entitled to its 501c3 tax exempt privileges as outlined in IRS 170 (c)2.”

Probable cause of financial crimes from Clinton Foundation was provided to the IRS and DOJ from JFM and Associates, a compliance advisory firm.
Accounting from filed 990 forms shows that Clinton Foundation was not in compliance with 501(C)(3) charter.

FBI wants local police, prosecutors to link into national DNA database
The FBI wants to link DNA-reading machines in police stations across the country into a federal database. That way, suspects' DNA can be checked to see if they are connected to any other crimes, the Washington Post reported.
The database is called CODIS, which stands for which stands for Combined DNA Index System. Through the system, a Rapid DNA machine — about the size of a large desktop printer — can analyze DNA in about two hours, according to the report. Normally, that process can take days or weeks.
Some local police departments and prosecutors have been using the machines to help solve crimes for about five years. But this would mark the first time the machines are connected to a national database.
What is the reason?
Back in 2015, then-FBI Director James Comey told Congress the technology "would help us change the world in a very, very exciting way." He also said it would allow "booking stations around the country, if someone's arrested, to know instantly — or near instantly — whether that person is the rapist who's been on the loose in a particular community before they're released on bail and get away or to clear somebody, to show that they're not the person."
In addition to the federal government, 30 states currently allow the collection of DNA at the time of arrest, according to the report. In 16 states, the data can be analyzed immediately. And in 14 states, a DNA sample may be collected at the time of arrest, but would not be analyzed until after an arraignment on charges.
CODIS would allow the identification of more crime suspects. It would also reduce the burden on crime labs and the time investigators spend waiting for DNA results.
When is this being rolled out?
Last year, Congress approved legislation to authorize the Rapid DNA network. The FBI plans to begin rolling it out slowly in 2019, according to the report.
"Our goal in 2019 is to be able to have a pilot project done where we actually develop a DNA profile in a booking station, with no human review, and have it electronically enrolled and searched in the national database," Thomas Callaghan, chief biometric scientist for the FBI Laboratory, told the news outlet. "We have to ensure that the quality that's done in a lab can be done in a booking station."

he Clinton Foundation operated as a foreign agent ‘early in its life’ and ‘throughout it’s existence’ and did not operate as a 501c3 charitable foundation as required by its and is not entitled to its status as a nonprofit, stated two highly qualified forensic investigators, accompanied by three other investigators, said in explosive testimony Thursday to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
John Moynihan and Lawerence W. Doyle, both graduates of the Catholic Jesuit College of the Holy Cross and former expert forensic government investigators, gave their shocking testimony before congress based on a nearly two year investigation into the foundation’s work both nationally and internationally. They were assisted by three other highly trained experts in taxation law and financial forensic investigations. The forensic investigators stressed that they obtained all the documentation on the foundation legally and through Freedom of Information Request Acts from the IRS and other agencies.
Former Utah U.S. Attorney General John Huber, who resigned when he was appointed by former Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions to investigate the Clinton Foundation and the issues surrounding the approval to sell 20 percent of U.S. Uranium assets to Russia, declined to attend the hearing. Chairman Mark Meadows, R-NC, who oversaw the hearing stated that it was disappointment that Huber declined, leaving Congress in the dark regarding the DOJ’s investigation.
Investigations into the Clinton Foundation have always been plagued by politics but Moynihan wanted to make clear in his opening statement that this investigation was one of many his firm has conducted on nonprofits and had nothing to do with politics.
Doyle and Moynihan have amassed 6,000 documents in their nearly two-year investigation through their private firm MDA Analytics LLC. The documents were turned over more than a year and a half ago to the IRS, according to John Solomon, who first published the report last week in The Hill.
“The investigation clearly demonstrates that the foundation was not a charitable organization per say, but in point of fact was a closely held family partnership,” said Doyle. “As such it was governed in a fashion in which it sought in large measure to advance the personal interests of its principles as detailed within the financial analysis of this submission and further confirmed within the supporting documentation and evidence section.”
At the onset of the hearing, Moynihan wanted to make perfectly clear that the intention to look into the Clinton Foundation was not political but based on their work with the firm.
“At this point I’d like to answer two questions, who are we? We are apolitical,” Moynihan told the committee. “We have no party affiliation to this whatsoever, No one has financed us… we are forensic investigators that approached this effort in a nonpartisan profession, objective, and independent way…we follow facts, that’s all.”
“We have never been partisan,” he added, speaking on behalf of all five members of his group testifying to Congress. “We come from law enforcement and wall street where each of us has dedicated our entire lives and praised the rule of law doing the right thing pursuing facts. we follow facts. that’s all.”
“None of this is our opinion,” he went on state. “I emphasize none of this is our opinion. These are not our facts. They are not your facts. They are the facts of the Clinton Foundation.”
He disclosed the reason his firm decided to take on the Clinton Foundation and the fact that they paid for the investigation out of their “own pockets.”
“Are you doing this for money,” said Moynihan to the committee. “Yes, this is how we make a living.”
Moynihan and Doyle swapped back and forth between there testimony and opening statement, making it clear they were working as a team. But the most shocking statements came from Moynihan’s statement as he read the laundry list of violations by the Clinton Foundation.
Moynihan stated “Foreign agent,” as he began to read from a long list of violations discovered during the course of their investigation.
The Clinton Foundation “began acting as an agent of foreign governments ‘early in its life’ and throughout its existence. As such, the foundation should’ve registered under FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act),” he said. “Ultimately, the Foundation and its auditors conceded in formal submissions that it did operate as a (foreign) agent, therefore the foundation is not entitled to its 501c3 tax exempt privileges as outlined in IRS 170 (c)2.”

The National Science Foundation says two technicians working on a fire-suppression system at an Antarctica scientific station were found unconscious and died.
The foundation said Wednesday the two had been working in a building at McMurdo Station, which is on Ross Island. It says they were found on the floor by a helicopter pilot who had landed after spotting what appeared to be smoke from the building.

If we take the hearing at its face value, the whistleblowers submitted evidence 4 times and only recently did anyone at DOJ take notice.
This would indicate that an investigation into the CF is relatively new and that Huber and his crew have not been "on it" very long.
Repeated submissions of letters and evidence go unheeded until recently- the 757s going to Little Rock being the only reliable indicator of something going on.
The dudes were into a lot of hyperbole and into the weeds and their two-step answers were difficult for everyone to follow.
Q has hinted that Huber was disclosed by Sessions because he needed to give up a name. Huber's office calling the dudes back for clarification and "thank you" is intriguing.
One can hope that one of the other US Attorney's offices took the evidence and has been very, very quietly investigating and that part of Huber, being burned publicly by Sessions, is a head-feint.
The facts as we are given them would suggest DOJ incompetence or protection of the Clintons - or both.
I'm torn on their unwillingness to share the documents given to the IRS & FBI with the committee. You never tell Congress that you have filed documents and then won't produce them. Congress likes paperwork.

We know they're mercenaries because they get paid off the recovery of taxes and other statutory rewards. They should have simply been clear about this. Michael Flynn is demanding to see the FBI’s first interviews with the retired three-star general after explosive information contained in a sentencing memo released Tuesday night revealed that senior FBI leadership suggested he not have a lawyer present, nor warn him that his interview was subject to penalties if he failed to provide all the answers, according to the 178 page Defendants memorandum submitted to the court.
U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office Wednesday night to turn over all the government’s documents by mid-day Friday. The exculpatory documents requested by Sullivan include any memorandums regarding Flynn’s case because of the extraordinary circumstances of the information, according to Sullivan’s request. Further, Sullivan is also requesting any documentation regarding the first interviews conducted by former anti-Trump agent Peter Strzok and FBI Agent Joe Pientka -known by the FBI as 302s- which were found to be dated more than seven months after the interviews were conducted on Jan. 24, 2017, a violation of FBI policy, say current and former FBI officials familiar with the process. According to information contained in Flynn’s memorandum, the interviews were dated Aug. 22, 2017.
Anything beyond five business days is a problem, eight months is a disaster.
FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jeff Danik told SaraACarter.com Sullivan must also request all the communications between the two agents, as well as their supervisors around the August 2017 time-frame in order to get a complete and accurate picture of what transpired. Danik, who is an expert in FBI policy, says it is imperative that Sullivan also request “the workflow chart, which would show one-hundred percent, when the 302s were created when they were sent to a supervisor and who approved them.”
“The bureau policy – the absolute FBI policy – is that the notes must be placed in the system in a 1-A file within five days of the interview,” said Danik, who added that handwritten notes get placed into the FBI Sentinel System, which is the FBI’s main record keeping system. “Anything beyond five business days is a problem, eight months is a disaster.”
“In a case of this magnitude there is no question what is going on,” said Danik. “These agents went in the White House and had a case with a possible witness of his stature and didn’t write it up until almost eight months later? That is is unconscionable – it’s not fair to the defendant and absolutely goes against FBI policy.”
Problems and concerns regarding the 302 interview conducted with Flynn was first reported by this reporter in December, 2017, when a former U.S. intelligence official revealed that “the recent revelation that Strzok was removed from the Special Counsel investigation for making anti-Trump text messages it seems likely that the accuracy and veracity of the 302 of Flynn’s interview as a whole should be reviewed and called into question.”

The hearing was a good start to get the ball rolling with the public but there are a couple issues. The first is that Sarah Carter and Jon Soloman represented those 2 guys as whistleblowers. That implied to most people they were going to be insiders, they are not. They are outside whistleblowers but they did talk to inside whistleblowers and presented that info to the FBI and IRS.
Secondly and I thought this was revealing was Meadows reaction to finding out Huber's people just contacted them.
