And there's another useful piece of context: subsequent large studies did not find increased miscarriage or other major adverse pregnancy outcomes associated with COVID vaccination. A 2023 systematic review encompassing millions of pregnancies found no safety signal across the evaluated outcomes."

Former ABC News journalist Terry Moran dropped a huge bombshell while recently appearing on the ‘Fifth Column’ podcast, claiming that while he was still with the network in 2021 and was going to do a story about Covid-19 being due to a lab leak, the story was spiked at the last minute because of Anthony Fauci.

This raises a lot of important questions. How did Fauci have the power to spike a news story at a major network? Why didn’t this immediately blow up as a huge scandal? Why didn’t Terry Moran raise the alarm about all of this while it was happening?

If you recall, back in the early days of Covid-19, no one was even allowed to suggest that it happened because of a lab leak, even though that was a completely logical explanation. People could lose their social media accounts for even suggesting it.

FOX News has details:

In an interview published Friday by “The Fifth Column” podcast, Moran recalled a time he said he felt the “heavy hand of censorship” at the Disney-owned network.

Moran said in early 2021, he had seen discussions from “smart and serious” people online floating the possibility that COVID had leaked from a lab and that ABC’s “Nightline” allowed him to pursue a story about the theory.

Moran recalled talking to various scientists and Trump administration officials in a piece that he said did not make any conclusive claims but nevertheless “laid it out.”

“We broke a little news that that lab had been funded by the Chinese military, despite the ‘Bat Lady’ [Chinese virologist Shi Zhengli] saying no, it hadn’t… And we kind of laid it out,” Moran said. “And at the end of the day, my own personal feeling was, you know, it’s probably a little bit more likely it’s natural. But if you told me it had leaked from the lab, fine. It’s probably not cooked up. It’s probably not a ‘Frankenvirus.’”

“And the day that it’s supposed to air, it gets reviewed, and it comes back to me, and it is incomprehensible,” Moran continued. “And I had never been angrier. I’m in the booth–”

“Are these lawyers?” podcast co-host Michael Moynihan asked.

“Lawyers, standards and, I was told, Fauci,” Moran responded. “And I said, ‘I can’t do this.’ And they’re going to air and it’s a 15-minute piece or whatever. And I’m cursing and screaming in the the booth.”

Minnesota — where he blew up

In December 2025, Shirley and local researcher David Hoch visited a group of Minnesota child-care facilities receiving substantial public funding. Shirley highlighted locations that appeared empty, inaccessible, closed, or otherwise inconsistent with the amount of Child Care Assistance Program money associated with them. His original group of facilities was associated with roughly $27 million in public payments since 2020, according to subsequent reporting.

That video became enormous — millions of YouTube views and well over 100 million views on X — and helped focus national attention on Minnesota program fraud.

But here's an important distinction for our research:

The video itself didn't prove that those day cares fraudulently billed $27 million.

That's considerably different.

But then something significant happened

The investigation didn't simply disappear after Minnesota disputed Shirley's conclusions.

In April 2026 federal agents executed search warrants at about 20 Minneapolis child-care centers as part of an ongoing suspected-fraud investigation.

That's interesting because it means two things can simultaneously be true:

Shirley's initial evidence did not establish that the specific facilities were committing fraud, while there really were serious enough fraud concerns in the broader system for federal investigators to conduct major searches.

That distinction will probably matter a lot when we eventually make a timeline.

Shirley's second Minnesota investigation

He subsequently moved into non-emergency medical transportation — companies receiving Medicaid money for transporting patients to medical appointments.

Shirley reported finding companies at addresses where the apparent operation didn't match what he expected from the amount of government money flowing through them. He estimated roughly another $16 million connected with the transportation/daycare operations he examined. Again, that's Shirley's allegation/estimate, rather than $16 million already adjudicated as stolen money.

Then he went to California

This is probably the part you may have missed.

By March 2026 Shirley was doing essentially the same kind of field investigation in California, but expanding beyond day cares into hospice/health-care providers and Medicaid-funded operations.

He visits addresses, compares what physically exists there against public records showing government payments, asks neighbors/workers questions, and looks for things such as apparently inactive businesses or unusually large public reimbursements.

He has alleged extremely large irregularities there as well. One later interview described his California findings as approximately $170 million associated with operations he investigated.

Again I'd put a giant research asterisk beside that:

$170M associated with suspicious entities ≠ $170M proven stolen.

That's exactly the kind of gigantic-number problem we've talked about before — once a number gets into a meme, people naturally read it as the amount of proven fraud even when it actually represents payments being questioned.

And there is a much bigger pre-existing Minnesota fraud story

This is where Shirley's work sometimes gets mashed together with something he didn't uncover.

Minnesota already had major federal fraud investigations underway, most famously Feeding Our Future, involving fraudulent claims for federally funded children's meals. DOJ had been prosecuting that scheme long before Shirley's December 2025 video.

Attorney General Pam Bondi later said federal authorities had charged 98 people in Minnesota-related fraud investigations, with more than 60 convictions at that point.

Those convictions shouldn't simply be credited to Shirley.

What Shirley arguably accomplished was something different: he took an existing complicated government-fraud story and physically went to addresses associated with public money, put them on camera, and made ordinary people ask “what exactly are taxpayers paying for here?”

That's why his reporting had such an enormous political effect even before every allegation was proven or disproven.

This is actually a great example of the research method we've been talking about: don't decide at the beginning whether “Shirley proved everything” or “Shirley was debunked.” Keep separate columns for Shirley allegation → public records → state response → federal investigation → charges → conviction/acquittal.

Then the timeline gets stronger every time another piece lands."

Parents Sue California School For Taking Students on ‘Field Trip’ to Mosque – Girls Told to Wear Hijabs, Given Qurans

Parents are suing Palo Alto High School in California after the students were taken on a ‘field trip’ to a Mosque last fall and given Qurans as a part of the school’s “Social Justice Pathway” program.

The female students were told to wear an Islamic head covering (hijab).

Parents of former Jewish students, a Hindu parent, and a Zoroastrian parent filed a lawsuit against Palo Alto High School, Palo Alto Unified School District, and the school’s principal, Brent Kline.

The lawsuit alleges that photos of the children were posted online without the parents’ consent.

The children were also exposed to Zahra Billoo, a radical Islamic activist and executive director of the Bay Area’s office of terror-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations).

Zahra Billoo slammed the parents who filed the lawsuit in a statementto The San Francisco Chronicle and accused them of attempting to intimidate the school districts.

“Public schools and the government have an obligation to remain neutral toward religion, but what neutrality does not mean is shielding students entirely,” Billoo said. “The job of educators is to teach students, and expose them to different worldviews. That’s what happened here.”

“One of the most important ways we combat hate is to learn about each other,” Billoo said. “I am concerned that this group of parents not only wants to counteract that for their own children… but is attempting to intimidate schools and school districts from doing necessary work of educating the next generation.”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis this summer announced his intent to designate CAIR as a terrorist organization.

The California Post reported:

Parents of Bay Area high school students taken on a field trip to a mosque are suing over the visit — alleging students were encouraged to wear hijabs and given Qurans.

A group representing two Jewish parents of Palo Alto High School students, three former Jewish students, a Hindu parent and a Zoroastrian parent is suing the school over claims the children were exposed to the idea that Islam was aligned with social justice work.

The group, Community Members for Religious Neutrality in Public Schools, says students in the school’s Social Justice Pathway program took a trip to the mosque last fall and were handed Qurans while female students were encouraged to wear hijabs, the Islamic face covering viewed by some as oppressive to women.
