The ship Caffa, which was seized this spring, can now be handed over to Ukraine. This after the Supreme Court (HD) rejected the appeal, reports TV4 Nyheterna.
Caffa was boarded by Swedish authorities off Trelleborg on March 6. According to the Coast Guard, the bulk carrier is listed on Ukraine's sanctions list, "where information indicates that it is transporting grain stolen from Ukraine."
The Ystad District Court ruled in June that the ship may be handed over to Ukraine, and the Court of Appeal later ruled the same. The case has now been refused leave to appeal by the Supreme Court, which has reviewed the material but found no reason to grant leave to appeal.
According to TV4, this is the first time a court outside Ukraine has ruled that a Russian ship linked to stolen Ukrainian grain should be handed over.

True, I know all this. I was solicited and invited to work for Solomon Brothers starting on 9/10/2001 for $350k per year. They occupied most of Building 7 and had the floor right below Cantor Fitzgerald, where the first plane hit. They made a lucrative offer just like the did to President Trump when he was supposed to visit Istanbul after his Middle East visit. When Alaweed showed up, I was 100% they were planning on assassination him and Comey gave out the comms. Ate Shells, Rock 6 O'clock, Slated 47. They also targeted Barron. Behind all of these was Alaweed, and Vegas too.
