I know people, who were once like you, hippies in mentality,
brainwashed that organic using no fertilizer or pesticides other than organic method
is the way to go.
Only a couple of weeks back another mentioned in passing,
that he just can't produce the volume to make his land profitable.
What that means is there's not enough money to hire help.
It's a downhill slide for most trying it.
As for supermarket so called organic product, most of those products are dubious
as to the strict organic method.
