Facebook has approved a $10million allowance to beef up Mark Zuckerberg’s family security.
The million-dollar pre-tax allowance is a jump from last year’s $7.3million allocated for home security, body guards, and private air travel – the biggest sum ever for a Fortune 100 company CEO according to research firm Equilar.
The allowance, which was announced in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Thursday, was boosted 'to address safety concerns due to specific threats'.
This allowance will be in addition to the continued funding of Mr. Zuckerberg's overall security program to cover the costs of security personnel for his protection; the procurement, installation, and maintenance of certain required security measures for his residences; and the usage of private aircraft for personal travel,' Facebook wrote in a filing.
Facebook will pay Zuckerberg the pricey allowance for him to allocate accordingly for security, residential improvements, and equipment.
The company added it considered Zuckerberg's 'position and importance to Facebook' in establishing the allowance, as well as his salary, which was just $1 last year.
The $10million amount is the most Facebook has allocated for Zuckerberg's security. In 2015 his security cost $4,256,004.
COO Sheryl Sandberg also has a security program which amounted to $2.7million last year, a fraction of Zuckerberg's $7.3million in 2017 - which breaks down to $20,000 spent a day, according to CNBC.
CNBC also reported that Zuckerberg has a team of 16 guards working security in rotation at his Palo Alto home.
Zuckerberg's security budget is massive compared to other company CEOs. In comparison Amazon's Jeff Bezos spent $1.6million on security in 2016, Apple's Tim Cook spent just $224,000 in 2016 and Warren Buffett allocated $387,000 that same year.

Facial recognition technology does not yet have "the diversity it needs” and has “inherent biases”, a top Google executive has warned.

On face recognition, there has been considerable concern among Silicon Valley workers, and civil rights groups, about the application of the emerging technology - particularly when it comes to law enforcement. Amazon’s Rekognition software, which allows clients to use Amazon AI tech to power facial recognition, was being used by at least two police forces in the US.
There are major misgivings about the accuracy and readiness of the technology which has seen widespread, controversial use in China.
In the US, the misidentification of members of Congress was discovered by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which published its findings on Thursday. Amazon disputed the ACLU’s conclusions about its technology, saying the group had used the wrong settings.
Ms Greene said that while Google does use facial recognition to help users identify friends in pictures, its underlying technology was not open for public use.
"We need to be really careful about how we use this kind of technology,” she told the BBC.
"We're thinking really deeply. The humanistic side of AI - it doesn't have the diversity it needs and the data itself will have some inherent biases, so everybody's working to understand that."
She added: "I think everybody wants to do the right thing. I'm sure Amazon wants to do the right thing too. But it's a new technology, it's a very powerful technology.”
Google’s image recognition software has been offensively inaccurate in the past. In 2015, it identified a black couple as being “gorillas”. The firm apologised.
Two members of Congress have written to Amazon chief executive Jeff Bezos to talk about the alleged issue with his company’s system.
Speaking of facial recognition more widely, the ACLU said: "Congress should enact a federal moratorium on law enforcement use of this technology until there can be a full debate on what - if any - uses should be permitted."

The US House of Representatives has approved the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), allocating $716 billion to the US military. Here are some of the massive bill’s more interesting provisions.
The House Resolution 5515, also known as the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for the fiscal year 2019, passed on the House floor on Thursday, with 359 representatives in favor and 54 opposed, most of them Democrats. If the Senate approves it on schedule, it would be the first NDAA in almost 20 years to be passed ahead of the fiscal year start on October 1.
Much of the bill extends and recycles provisions from previous NDAAs, but the conference report submitted by Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, contains some intriguing provisions.
Banning China from RIMPAC and telecoms
The Senate draft of the NDAA would have banned China’s ZTE Corporation and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries from doing any business with US government or private sector companies, but the latter provision was dropped in the compromise bill.
Section 889 still bans government purchases of ZTE and Huawei equipment, for the purpose of “public safety, security of government facilities, physical security surveillance of critical infrastructure, and other national security purposes.”
Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, and Dahua Technology Company are also listed in the ban.
Furthermore, Section 1259 bars the People’s Liberation Army Navy from participating in the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) multinational maritime exercises for at least four years.
Before allowing China to attend RIMPAC, the Pentagon will have to certify to congressional defense committees that Beijing has “ceased all land reclamation activities in the South China Sea; removed all weapons from its land reclamation sites; and established a consistent four-year track record of taking actions toward stabilizing the region.“

Section 1282 would stop any deliveries of the F-35 fighter jet to Turkey until the Pentagon and the State Department produce a report on the status of US-Turkish relations.
It calls for the report to assess US “military and diplomatic presence” in Turkey and the possible consequences of removing Turkey from the F-35 program, in light of Ankara’s determination to purchase Russian S-400 air defense systems.

Buy our weapons, or else
The Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA), adopted last July, mandates penalties against countries that buy weapons from Russia – including a ban on selling them US weapons.
Section 1294 of the newly passed NDAA contains a loophole, engineered to avoid some of those penalties. Waivers can be issued if the US intelligence community confirms the buyer is not engaging in “significant transactions”with Russian intelligence and security agencies, and the government in question is taking steps to reduce the share of Russian military equipment in its inventory, as well as cooperating with the US government on “other security matters that are critical to United States strategic interests.”
This is widely seen as leaving the door open for Washington to woo India, which also wants Russian S-400s and other weapons systems but is also flirting with the Pentagon. Seeking allies against China, the US has already reached out to New Delhi, going so far as to rename its presence in the Far East the “Indo-Pacific Command.”
What about the Space Force?
Much is being made of the NDAA not funding the new US Space Force, whose creation President Donald Trump ordered in June. The key word, however, is “yet.” Section 1607 requires the Pentagon to develop a “space warfighting policy” by the end of March 2019, and produce a report on US space capabilities.
Meanwhile, Section 1675 envisions deploying space sensors as part of the missile defense system. The Pentagon was also told to complete a federally funded feasibility study on boost-phase missile defense capability using drones and “kinetic interceptors” by December 2021.

I'm having a lot of enjoyment following Q and the anons and helpers. I do feel more positive about the direction of our country than I ever have before and am looking forward to things to come.
I've been following the mass exodus of politicians, career politicians, ceos and the like; and watching pedophiles and pedo rings coming down and all that progress makes me very happy. I'm enjoying the show of congress, RR and BM, and the exploding heads of the MSM.
But I have concerns (not a concernfag per se) - it is such a short time to mid-terms and we are not winning that battle decisively yet. Vote held today I'm afraid we'd lose the house. If indictments are going to have an impact on the mid-terms those things need to be unsealed soon and they have to be projected to the public. We have to own the house and senate to get immigration reform through and there is no wiggle room there. We have to own the house and senate to insulate the President from impeachment proceedings - not because he is in danger of removal, but because it would tie his hands so much in the process and it is just wasted time we don't have. Only six months until we need to start campaigning again for 2020.
So still trusting the plan, whatever that is, but I am unable to redpill anyone while I have these fears and doubts.

When I was a 6 or 7 old boy,

I had worked on his July 4 post and its image during the blackout, but never got anywhere. the real pic is later found, and the neck area on the forged pic is covered by what is presumably a tee shirt so as to hide the pearl necklace SS is wearing in the photoshoot.
A simple search with Cortana yields no original pic, but does contain another pic at the same photo shoot, proven by the articles of clothing.
Because of the photoshopping, presumably it is the hair style which stuck out, as my tech capabilities limit me but I'll be damned if my eyes EVER fail me.
CANNOT FIND THE ORIGINAL PIC via Cortana based on the shopped pic…only one pic stood out in that reverse search, and only because I saw the pic posted here with the proofs of original pic…
I know when to humble myself, and I know where my limitations lie and how I can exceed them should I wish to…
But the pearl necklace post with the spoiler pic….it is my belief someone clued anon in, and the exchange of information prodding into the right direction, the pearl necklace, that is what I believe happened to lead to the original…
Make no mistake, I do understand now that someone with more experience than I with this type of shit may have covered that base by having a checklist of details and needed no prompting, I know now should I ever need to do the same thing and find an original that was used, necklaces where the cropping is just right but just wrong at the same time would be the next best thing when a direct facial expression match is not fruitful. I may be completely wrong.
My theory is MI brought us here because of our maturity. I was tested before I was shown..extensively…I don't care to get into the details, perhaps at the end of it all, yes.
