After 40 years of research, having a Top Secret Clearance in the Military; I have seen that the BAR is a foreign entity to America. The BAR has usurped the Judiciary of all counties and states and fed courts without any civilian oversight. They dictate from the Bench subjecting Americans to their personal Power trip. Always supported by the BAR against the people. There is no accountability to the corruption of the judges, they ignore their own rules and statutes. They dictate as if the "People" who created govt. are under them as slaves to a Master. The judicial is supposed to include the right of the people to tell a judge to start a Grand Jury of the people and then separate himself from that Grand Jury.
The Grand Jury is s separate entity from government and is not controlled by statute, court rules, DA, or any other BAR member. The BAR has interfered with the true Peoples right to convene a Grand Jury as well as the right of the Grand Jury to Investigate on it's own making a "presentment" This allows the BAR to continue having control over the judiciary, the courts, and the tyranny of the people from their Communist Organization. This Blocks the people from investigating and rooting out corruption in the BAR controlled judiciary as well as all levels of government. This provides a very nice level of protection of the Tyranny of the Judiciary Of the BAR, by the BAR, for the BAR turning Americans into subjects under the control of the BAR tyranny. This is a subject that is ignored at all levels
