It is my theory that CA voter fraud is so institutionalized that it would take an outside entity (FEDS or court ordered monitoring) to make the CA vote even close to accurate. I think the CA statehouse and at least one CA US Senate seat could actually turn back Republican if the vote were conducted fairly.
