Venezuela Accuses Brazil’s Lula of Faking Injury To Avoid Kazan Summit and Escape Putin’s and Maduro’s Rage for Vetoing Venezuela and Nicaragua in BRICS

Latin American left is in turmoil. Consider these three data points from the last few days:

First, Russian President Vladimir Putin, at the eve of the BRICS summit, declared that he would not be participating in November’s G20 meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – as you can read in Putin To Sit out Next Month’s Rio G-20 Meeting ‘Not To Become a Distraction’.

Putin has an ‘arrest warrant’ against him issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC), that is a supranational tribunal not recognized by the US or Russia or China.

Brazil, as a small-minded upstart regional power, is part of the ICC, and while President Lula da Silva is a close ally with Putin, he was not willing to pay the political price of ignoring the ‘court’.

In the Putin announcement there is some criticism to Lula, when the says that a bilateral agreement could have been reached to circumvent the ICC.

The second data point is that, immediately after the Putin announcement, Lula da Silva had a ‘domestic accident’ and was counselled by doctors not to fly to Kazan, Russia for the BRICS summit.

In Brazil the rumors started that Lula would be faking or else exaggerating the issue to escape Putin’s anger with basically being disinvited to the G20.

So Brazil was represented by the Foreign Affairs minister and played a very minor part in an event dominated by Russia, China and India – until it surfaced that Brazil had vetoed the entry in the BRICS groups of both Venezuela and Nicaragua.

[One for the sham of a Presidential election, the other for persecution of Catholic Priests in the country]

That’s a stunning turn of events that divided the Latin American leftist network in a big way.

So, now, in the third data point to consider, we have a furious top level Venezuelan official airing the same rumors about Lula’s ‘accident’.

While he presented no evidence, the Prosecutor General of the Public Ministry of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, said yesterday (26) that President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva ‘manipulated’ his head injury before the Kazan summit to escape the consequence of vetoing the entry of the government of Nicolás Maduro in the BRICS group.

Saab, who about a month ago accused Lula da Silva of being a CIA agent, and said that the Brazilian president ‘should be investigated’.

CNN Brazil reported (translated from the Portuguese):

“’Direct sources close to Brazil inform me that President Lula da Silva manipulated an alleged accident to use him as an alibi in order not to participate in the recent BRICS Summit’, wrote the [Prosecutor] general, in a text signed by him, on the account of the Public Prosecutor’s Office on social networks.”

Saab said that the ‘accident’ that prevented Lula from traveling was a lie to evade ‘his responsibility to President Putin, the other presidents present and, in particular, President Maduro’.

The prosecutor general showed a video of the first public appearance by Lula where he shows officials the scar his head.

“But for Saab, Lula ‘reappearing smiling and unharmed, makes it clear that he used that ’accident’ to lie to Brazil, to the BRICS and to the whole world, a fact for which he should be investigated’.”

So the rumor got a shot in the arm with the Venezuelan official’s rant.

“The [prosecutor] general also said that there is a ‘great malaise in the Latin American left’ for what he described as an ‘undignified and nefarious performance’ by the Brazilian government in ‘vetoing and cowardly attacking Venezuela’. Saab accused Lula of following ‘in an obedient manner the instructions of the historical enemies’ of the Venezuelan people.”

As for Russian President Vladimir Putin, he stated at the end-of-BRICS-Summit press conference, commenting on Brasilia’s rejection of the results of July’s presidential elections in Venezuela and subsequent vote against its participation in the BRICS group.

That is what I am speaking of here. That final piece that puts it all together for so many; not all, but many across the planet. Setting the stage for the ascension, for their ascension, setting the stage for the final great solar flash of light.

That is what have all come here for..All of you, and that you volunteered so long ago and here you are now, right at the cusp, at the culmination just prior to the crescendo, that is waiting for you.

Think about that for a moment. Think about how far you’ve come, from so many lifetimes working towards this exact moment and the moments to follow after.

Bill Gates tries to squirm out of court case but the Dutch aren’t having it

Arno van Kessel and Peter Stassen are two Dutch attorneys who have worked together on several notable cases, particularly those related to the covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath. One of those covid cases is against Bill Gates.

Gates tried to claim that the Dutch court had no jurisdiction over him. Last week, the court ruled that it did.

Arno van Kessel and Peter Stassen are representing seven claimants who alleged harm from covid injections. The case against Bill Gates and others, facilitated by the Stichting Recht Oprecht Foundation, is a significant development in the Netherlands. The case is being heard at the Leeuwarden District Court in the Dutch province of Fryslân (Friesland).

Proceedings officially began on 14 July 2023 when bailiffs travelled across the Netherlands to serve summons to the 17 defendants. Two of the defendants, Bill Gates and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, live in the United States so the Public Prosecutors Office was also served as well as summons being sent to the two men, by courier, to their addresses. The case was due to be first heard on 22 November 2023.

Last year, Stichting Recht Oprecht’s Charles de Recht interviewed van Kessel and Stassen about the civil case being launched by a group of seven vaccine-injured Dutch citizens against Prime Minister Mark Rutte, former Minister Hugo de Jonge and several members of the Outbreak Management Team, which advised the government.

“The proceedings are being conducted on the legal basis of tort,” Stassen said. A tort is a civil wrong that causes harm to another person by violating a protected right.

Stassen added, “The central [tenet] is that covid-19 is not a disease but an unlawful project as part of The Great Reset.”

“What makes this case special is that the entire Dutch state, this means all state ministries and institutions, are being sued by our clients for deliberately committing an unlawful act against them. And, in fact, against the entire Dutch people,” van Kessel said.

Kessel went on. “Not only the state but also several executive leaders are being sued in private by our clients for deliberately committing an unlawful act.”

“This has never happened in the history of the Kingdom of the Netherlands,” he said.

The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”

There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”

They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)

RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”

Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)

RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”

Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”

Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)

RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”

Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)

RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

The defense for the embattled rap mogul has argued that the Feds are leaking confidential grand jury material – which does appear to be the case.

So his lawyers submitted a gag order request, and won a small but vital victory when the judge ‘slapped down federal agents suspected of leaking information in his sex trafficking case’.

Defense attorneys came forward with the demand for a gag order on the feds after details of the depraved alleged ‘Freak Offs’ leaked to the press, in which a Fed source involved called the orgies “sick s–t.” – as you can rea on Hollywood Scandal: NY Post Uncovers Disturbing Details in Diddy ‘Freak Offs’ Tapes After Accessing Trove of Secret Videos and Documents.

Federal Judge Arun Subramanian in his decision, wrote that the gag order will ensure that nothing interferes with Combs ‘having a fair trial’.

“’Those remarks, if made by an agent involved in the investigation or prosecution of this case, are plainly improper’, Subramanian wrote. ‘To be clear, this order isn’t based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the court has made no findings at this juncture relating to [Diddy’s] allegations that information related to the case has been leaked’, Subramanian added.

‘The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with a fair trial. The Court will take appropriate action for any violation of the rules’, he added.”

While the gag order request came after the latest ‘Freak Off’ leak, there have been numerous instances of materials circulating to the press.
