Stored in a NAT network address translation table which the carrier uses at the routing level to store your imei. Ip addresses in class 3 are used at the carrier or local level which you don't see, you only see the public ip address you are sharing with hundreds of uses. The carrier locally has assigned you a class 3 address which is not public but local to there network. You see the public ip that your particular phone is assigned to which in turn is located In a group of local class 3 addresses which you don't see. This is because there are not enough public ips available to assign one to everyone.
