Previously, we discussed on this website the anti-worm drug Mebendazole (Ref.), which based on a good amount of scientific and clinical evidence, shows relevant anti cancer potential. However, as we saw, it’s not only science. Instead, there are case reports published in peer review papers showing that patinets with some aggressive cancers have experienced great response to Mebendazole.

In the same article (Ref.) we explored the mechanism behind the anticancer action of Mebendazole, and found out that Mebendazole acts in a similar way as a group of chemotherapies such as Taxol. Yet, in contrast to chemotherapies, due to the way Mebendazole works, its toxicity is incomparably lower. Because of its good safety profile, the drug is an over the counter drug in most of the countries.

I specifically like the anti-worms, anti-parasites, antibiotics, antiviral drugs, as a pattern start to emerge suggesting that the origin of cancer may be related to such a trigger (e.g. viruses, parasites, etc.) in much more cases than we currently are aware of. Multiple findings and observations, that I will discuss in a different post, indicate that such triggers may initiate cancer when they land in a “fertile ground”, represented by specific genetic weaknesses combined with a compromised immune system (due to e.g. stress, lifestyle, medication, etc.). This is why, I would seriously consider using anti-worms, anti-parasites, antibiotics, antiviral drugs as a part of more comprehensive treatment approaches that could also include conventional therapies. As long as the toxicity is low, it could make sense to cycle various drugs of this type.

Fenbendazole and Joe Tippens

Fenbendazole or FenBen is a dewormer or anthelmintic in the family of drugs called benzimidazoles( I coined it Benz), which have been safely used as anthelmintics for roughly six decades.

Broad-spectrum anthelmintics comprise three main groups (benzimidazoles [BZ] and probenzimidazoles, imidazothiazoles and tetrahydropyrimidines, and avermectins and milbemycins); they are highly effective against the majority of roundworm species. The majority of benzimidazole carbamate anthelminthics in veterinary and human clinical use were approved nearly 50 years ago.

There are three members in the benz family, and they are fenbendazole, mebendazole and albendazole.

Fenbendazole is an an animal anthelmintic. The experience of human use of fenben is very limited. I found only 2 published data in 1976. (Ann Trop Med Parasitol. 1976 Jun;70(2):205-11. Effectiveness of single doses of Fenbendazole Hoe 88I against Ascaris, hookworm and Trichuris in man; Bruch K, Haas J. Fenbendazole in doses of 1.0 g and 1.5 g per person were effective against Ascaris and gave substantial egg count reductions against hookworm (mainly Necator americanus). PMID: 779682). In contrast, mebendazole has a long track of safety in humans, even for long term use in humans.

Dr Mukhopadhyay from MD Anderson first discovered mebendazole has potent anti-cancer activity in lab experiments in 2002.

Joe Tippens Protocol

Joe Tippens pioneered the human use of FenBen. Tippens uses Panacur C from Merck Animal Health. Each gram of Panacur C contains 222 mg of fenbendazole.

Panacur C one packet of powder (contains 222 mg of fenbendazole) each day for three days, and then four days off. You take the fenbendazole with or without meals.

Comment: Although we don’t have human data, it seems to be safe at this dose, but again, consult your doctors.

Vitamin E: 400-800 mg daily. Tippens uses Gamma E by Life Extension or Perfect E by Vitamin Discount Center.

Comment: I will reduce the dose Vit E to 200 mg or IU if you have heart disease.

Curcumin: 600 mg daily. Tippens uses the product Theracurmin HP by Integrative Therapeutics.

Comment: Generally safe. I use BCM-95®CG (Biocurcumax™) in my clinic simply because it was studied in clinical trials.

CBD oil 25 mg daily.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.

Findings.

(a) Section 3 of Executive Order 13732 of July 1, 2016 (United States Policy on Pre- and Post-Strike Measures To Address Civilian Casualties in U.S. Operations Involving the Use of Force), requires the Director of National Intelligence, or such other official as the President may designate, to release, by May 1 each year, an unclassified summary of the number of strikes undertaken by the United States Government against terrorist targets outside areas of active hostilities, as well as assessments of combatant and non-combatant deaths resulting from those strikes, among other information.

(b) Section 1057 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91) similarly requires the Secretary of Defense to submit to the congressional defense committees, by May 1 each year, a report on civilian casualties caused as a result of United States military operations during the preceding year (civilian casualty report). Subsection 1057(d) requires that the civilian casualty report be submitted in unclassified form, but recognizes that the report may include a classified annex.

(c) Section 1062 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232) expanded the scope of the civilian casualty report and specified that the report shall be made available to the public unless the Secretary of Defense certifies that the publication of the report would pose a threat to the national security interests of the United States.
