Judge McAfee Orders Immediate Review of Trump RICO Co-Defendant Appeal Arguing Fani Willis Overstepped Her Authority

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ordered an immediate review of Trump RICO co-defendant Harrison Floyd’s appeal arguing District Attorney Fani Willis overstepped her authority when she sought an election-related indictment.

Harrison Floyd, a leader for Black Voices for Trump, was charged with three counts: Count 1, RICO, and Counts 30 and 31, “conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements and writings” and “influencing a witness”.

Floyd’s lawyers filed a motion last week asking the judge’s permission to appeal his previous ruling on a Plea in Bar filed last year.

The filing argued Fani Willis overstepped her authority when she sought an election-related indictment against Floyd without a referral from the State Election Board.

After months of back-and-forth, Scott McAfee finally granted a Certificate of Immediate Review.

A co-defendant in the Georgia racketeering (RICO) and election subversion case against former President Donald Trump will be allowed to immediately appeal a series of trial court rulings against him to the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Monday granted a certificate of immediate review allowing Harrison Floyd, the former leader of Black Voices for Trump, to request a hearing from the higher court about his procedural motion to dismiss the case.

McAfee has, on several prior occasions, denied arguments advanced by Floyd that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was operating beyond her jurisdiction when her office began an “election-related” investigation and, subsequently, when the charges were filed.

Floyd has been pressing the issue since October 2023, arguing Willis’ office “did not have authority to investigation or presentment authority to bring election-related charges against the Defendant absent a referral from the State Election Board.”

The state replied to those arguments last November and Floyd’s attorneys replied to the state last December, court documents show.

BALTIMORE UPDATE: Analysis from specialists in predictive behavioral analytics, counter-terrorism, hazardous materials, maritime attacks, cyber, national security & intel - this is their view:

Based on their training & experience, they believe this was two types of operation:

1) “Penetration testing” where they are probing/testing to identify vulnerabilities in our responses and defences,

AND

2) a shaping operation to set the conditions and prepare the battlefield for a potential future event.

The concern is that other critical infrastructure disruptions/hits recently that appeared to be independent, isolated events, MAY not be. For example, the Ohio chemical disaster, train derailments, fires at food processing plants etc when taken in isolation do not appear to be that significant but when taken together, could indicate shaping or stacking operations that are paving the way for a bigger event where they do any number of these types of operations together. That could potentially paralyze the U.S..

So the critical question our government should be answering right now is this:

“When will they trigger a multiple episode that causes the paralysis effect?”

Some of the indicators are how many incidents have occurred within “a relatively short timeline” & what they see as the departure from what is “normal”.

They believe those in charge will make sure the investigation into the bridge crash “goes nowhere quick”.

And one of the goals here is to give the public mental anesthesia while they test this, using train derailments or exposure to chemicals in Ohio where they told everyone to shelter indoors - to ask questions like: Did they comply? Is this going to successfully deceive & cause behavioural change?

They use the media to create the assumptive narrative - do not want the facts analyzed because they do not want people processing the truth. Truth naturally leads to questions they do not want asked.

But it would be “foolish and naive at the expense of national security not to question the Government narrative on the Baltimore bridge crash given the level of corruption in spheres of power and influence in this country today”.

With many years of experience in “spoofing” - the tactic used in cyber warfare to hack into someones’s system and deceive in order to achieve a certain outcome - they recognized multiple indicators watching the video that tell them the GPS signal was likely hacked. It would have led them to believe they were not as close to the bridge as they were and may be why in the video you see the crazy lean to port and then to hard starboard as they realized they were not on course in spite of the GPS indicating they were.

In information warfare terms, here are some of the tactics they see being used now that many of you will recognize:

1) Engineered complexity - where they throw in nonsensical variables (information) to distract. This is designed to keep you from serially processing multiple channels & give you processing overload that prevents you from toggling different channels of information.

IE: they create processing decoys to distract you from truth.

2) They are trying to reframe the issue by focusing on details that do not matter. They do this by throwing in a variable that is not relevant to the main equation.

3) Common sense, skepticism and intelligence are huge “overlays” that get in the way of manipulating human behavior so they analyze you to learn how to create channel overload as you toggle/handle different channels of information such as the speed of the boat, temperature of the water etc.

3) They need to load you up with enough variance to create channel overload so you create an error that they can use to discredit you. One way is to create doubt in yourself. Most effective because you make yourself less efficient when your brain is processing self-doubt. And it will propogate into the future.

The relationship between televangelist T.D. Jakes and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has come under renewed public scrutiny following raids on two of Combs’ homes Monday by federal agents and a recent lawsuit filed by Christian music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones alleging a slew of sex, gun and drug crimes.

In 2022, a video of Jakes attending Diddy's 53rd birthday party in Los Angeles caused a stir among Christians on social media with many questioning why he was at the party and whether it was appropriate for him to be attending a party thrown by Diddy, knowing the reputation of those parties.

An unnamed source told Tuff News TV that R&B singer Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, had turned over to investigators a burner phone that belonged to Kim Porter, the late model and mother of Diddy's children, who died in 2018.

Cassie, who settled a lawsuit last November in which she accused Combs of rape and repeated physical abuse over nearly a decade, allegedly shared a USB device containing recordings of Diddy's alleged "sex parties," where he reportedly hosted several powerful people, including Jakes.

Lloyds Bank is entering the rental market by buying up new build housing thus depriving first time buyers the chance to buy and they will land up paying a rent at least twice as much as the mortgage.

A law should be introduced that:

1. No new home can be sold to the rental market, only to buyers who will make it their domicile.

2. Buy to Let should be restricted to properties that need some updating. That would ensure developers actually do some work to make their profit and give renters a decent home to live in and meet environmental standards.

3. More safe Shared Ownership schemes where people can buy a new build and can staircase their mortgage when they earn more be introduced and monitored by the government. Hello Homes in the East Midlands have a brilliant scheme: why not extend such a scheme nationwide

4. On help to buy schemes, if the prospective buyer can pay the high rental costs then they should be allowed a mortgage to match it. Remember it wasn't these young people who caused the banking crisis; it was the banks and they have the audacity to penalise hard working young people, most of whom are are on moderate incomes and paying off their student loans to add to their misery!

Why is this important?

First Time Buyers cannot get on the property ladder. Young people are forced with the prospect of having a lifetime of renting. Their rentals are often poor quality, particularly down the lower end and do not meet basic standards now required for helping the environment. High deposits and a high income to get even the basic of homes is now out of reach of most young people. They are paying rents which are much higher than what they would pay on a mortgage. Now Lloyds Bank is entering the rental market by buying up new build housing thus depriving first time buyers the chance to buy and they will land up paying a rent at least twice as much as the mortgage.

Prospective homebuyers do support this. You are paying a high price to line other peoples' pockets with your rent and no prospect to buy. Parents - you want to see your children settled in their own home. We don't all have a money tree as the government likes to think - the bank of Mum and Dad (you're busy saving for your retirement and many of you will be still paying a mortgage!) All of us want first time buyers to have a realistic chance of owning their own home. It's good for them and good for the country - Buy to let has got out of control. Rental homes should not be a source of income for big business especially those like banks who should be helping people to get a mortgage not depriving them of one!

I'm a much older person who got my own home on a low deposit, and the mortgage was given much more easily. Today, house prices have risen much higher than wages and will be made worse by big banks and others who see this as a source to boost their funds. I want young people to be able to buy a home more easily.
