10 U.S. Code § 271 - Use of information collected during military operations

(a)The Secretary of Defense may, in accordance with other applicable law, provide to Federal, State, or local civilian law enforcement officials any information collected during the normal course of military training or operations that may be relevant to a violation of any Federal or State law within the jurisdiction of such officials.

(b)The needs of civilian law enforcement officials for information shall, to the maximum extent practicable, be taken into account in the planning and execution of military training or operations.

Time for Common Sense

Since the founding of the Republic, we the people of the United States have preserved the national legacy of the founders to protect our fellow Americans, who are God-fearing, law-abiding, defenders, of freedom. For two centuries defense of the US Constitution has protected First Amendment freedoms that have preserved our liberties, property, and religious freedom. We see this belief as self-evident.

Regrettably, in the Twenty-First Century, we find that our property, liberties, and religious faith are no longer secure, but rather are under daily attacks by Marxist enemies of our constitutional Republic. They would redistribute wealth creating a dictatorship in which the state owns everything. In so doing, they would destroy property owners, the clergy, and the middle class – a genocide the likes of which have not been seen since Mao transformed mainland China into a Peoples’ Republic. Their proposal would create a so-called workers’ paradise – a society in which everyone owns everything.

These fanatic enemies of the Republic have waged unremitting assaults upon our national heritage, family values, and the Constitution. They have done so utilizing constitutionally protected rights, liberties, and academic freedom to propagate fallacies of social injustice, undermine our academic institutions, defund law enforcement, and sabotage free enterprise. Their purpose is to destroy our Constitutional Republic.

These public enemies avail themselves of American liberties to defeat the Republic. It is unconscionable that enemies of the Constitution should be allowed to employ US constitutionally protected rights to destroy the Republic. Yet, that is where we find ourselves. Our enemies employ our political system to destroy our Republic. Our failure to protect ourselves creates what amounts to assisted suicide by our Constitutional Republic. The problem is aggravated by widespread crime to overturn honest and fair elections by Democrats, who conduct themselves in a manner best described as Jacobins or communist radicals.

The question American citizens ask is how can we defend our freedom in the face of ruthless attacks by Communist Revolutionaries? Delivering ourselves from their deliberate assaults requires the employment of law enforcement and national security agencies to apprehend and punish those responsible for breaking the law.

Given the capture of federal agencies (DOJ, FBI, CIA, IRS) by communist traitors, we find federal law enforcement authorities working to further the Communist Revolution in America. Our best response appears to be defunding criminal federal and state agencies while utilizing what remains of the legally functioning criminal justice system to clean out communist traitors working as federal and state employees.

White House Set To Approve Depleted Uranium Munitions For Ukraine

The Biden administration is set to transfer depleted uranium shells to Ukraine for the first time since the Russian invasion began The Wall Street Journal reports Tuesday.

Internal administration debate over the controversial munitions has been ongoing for several months, but an admin official quoted in WSJ says at this point there are "no major obstacles" to sending it, which will be used to equip M1 Abrams tanks provided by Washington.

This came at the request of the Ukrainians themselves: "The Pentagon has urged that the Abrams tanks the U.S. is providing Ukraine be armed with depleted-uranium rounds, which are regularly used by the U.S. Army and are highly effective against Russian tanks," WSJ writes.

Already the UK has been providing armor piercing rounds which contain depleted uranium for its Challenger 2 main battle tanks. This was first announced by Britain's defense ministry in late March.

The condemnation from the Kremlin in response to London was swift, with a Russian foreign ministry statement at the time saying it was tantamount to using a "dirty bomb" - given the highly dangerous remnant health effects on the battlefield.

While the UK defense ministry asserted that "Such rounds are highly effective in defeating modern tanks and armored vehicles," Moscow responded "These shells not only kill, but infect the environment and cause oncology in people living on these lands."

There have been ongoing attempts over the years of international watchdogs to get depleted uranium shells banned by international treaty. EU parliament, for example, has long pushed for a ban.

A defense analyst cited in the fresh WSJ report describes why they are so sought after by Ukrainian forces:

"The projectile hits like a freight train," said Scott Boston, a defense analyst at the Rand Corporation and former Army artillery officer. "It is very long and very dense. So it puts a great deal of kinetic energy on a specific point on an enemy armor array."

But, as the report also notes, "The proposal has been debated at the White House, where some officials have expressed concern that sending the rounds might open Washington to criticism that it was providing a weapon that may carry health and environmental risks."

It is the "chemical toxicity" of the metals used which poses the biggest danger, also as upon explosion it is turned into toxic dust which is dispersed on the battlefield and can have a permanent presence.
