Russia's shift to hypersonic weapons is likely a means of contending with American superiority in size, technology and sheer number of aircraft carriers. The U.S. Navy intends to maintain a force of 12 nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.

The age of Russian superweapons is upon us – at least that's what President Vladimir Putin wants us to believe.

And they are cause for concern because the United States' traditional early warning systems might not be able to see those weapons coming.

U.S. Aegis missile interceptor systems require 8-10 seconds of reaction time to intercept incoming attacks. In those 8-10 seconds, the Russian Zircon missiles will already have traveled 20 kilometers, and the interceptor missiles do not fly fast enough to catch up.

DC Deputy Mayor Chris Geldart was charged with assault and battery after getting into a fight in the parking lot of Gold’s Gym in Arlington earlier this month.

According to Fox 5 DC, Geldart grabbed a personal trainer’s neck in the parking lot after an altercation.

The victim, Dustin Woodward, said Geldart has been causing problems at Gold’s Gym for a while and not just that one location in Arlington.

Woodward said Geldart abuses his power and is known at multiple Gold’s Gym locations.

“In the video, DC’s deputy mayor is on the right (in tank top & shorts), Dustin on the left (in long-sleeve and workout pants) – and according to Arlington Police, an argument stemmed from Chris allegedly opening up his car door and hitting the parked car of Dustin’s girlfriend. The dispute escalated to the point where Dustin says Chris was cursing and screaming, which caused him to turn around and tell Dustin to “shut up.” This is when Chris got in Dustin’s face in a confrontational style. Election Integrity Experts Identify Privacy Flaw Affecting All ICP/ICE Dominion Voting Systems Across 21 States.

J. Alex Halderman, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, claims to have identified a critical privacy flaw in the election infrastructure sold by Dominion Voting Systems in the United States.

Halderman, a non-partisan analyst whose work has been cited by both left and right wing news sources, shared the website DVSorder.org on his social media channels on Friday.

What Is Affected and Where?

DVSorder is a privacy flaw that affects Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) ImageCast Precinct (ICP) and ImageCast Evolution (ICE) ballot scanners, which are used in parts of 21 states. Under some circumstances, the flaw could allow members of the public to identify other peoples’ ballots and learn how they voted.

The states potentially affected are: California, Alaska, Minnesota, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania, as well as the territory of Puerto Rico.

Can This ‘Flip the Votes’?

The researchers explain:

This vulnerability is a privacy flaw and cannot directly modify results or change votes. Nevertheless, the secret ballot is an important security mechanism, and some voters—especially the most vulnerable in society—may face real or perceived threats of coercion unless the privacy of their votes is strongly protected.

Many jurisdictions publish data from individual voted ballots, such as cast-vote records (the votes from each ballot) or ballot images (scans of each ballot). This data is usually supposed to be randomly shuffled, to protect voters’ privacy. The DVSorder vulnerability makes it possible to unshuffle the ballots and learn the order they were cast. This sometimes makes it possible to determine how specific individuals voted.

How Does This Flaw Work?

The technical details are as follows:

When a ballot is cast on a Dominion ICP or ICE scanner, it is assigned a random-looking “record ID” number, which uniquely identifies each ballot within a batch from a particular machine. After voting is complete, data from the scanner gets loaded into a central computer called an election management system (EMS). The EMS shuffles the ballots to mask the order in which they were cast, but each ballot is still labeled with the original record ID.

Unfortunately, the Dominion ICP and ICE scanner software is flawed such that ballot record IDs are assigned in a predictable manner. This allows anyone to unshuffle the ballot images or cast vote records and learn the order in which they were cast.

They conclude: “All versions of the Dominion ICP and ICE for which we have located public ballot-level data appear to be vulnerable to DVSorder, including versions that have been certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). The problem is specific to the ICP and ICE; ImageCast Central scanners and ImageCast X DREs do not appear to suffer from the flaw. (The ImageCast Central (ICC) intentionally labels ballots in the order they are scanned.)”

Foreign-Born Democrat Comes for Virginia’s Kids, Fights to End Parenthood

The new legislation marks just the latest attempt by Democrats to seize control of Virginia's children.

A foreign-born Democrat in Virginia’s House of Delegates is introducing legislation to criminally charge parents and remove their kids from their homes should they not “affirm” the supposedly LGBT sexuality and gender identity of their underage children.

The disturbing legislation, conceived by far-left foreign-born Democrat Elizabeth Guzman (HD31), comes following pushback on the social transitioning of kids deemed “trans” by their public schools without parental consent. Guzman says she will be introducing her anti-family bill at the start of Virginia’s next legislative session.

According to Guzman, parents who stand in the way of government employees and other groomers from declaring their child LGBT and assigning them new pronouns and even a new name are guilty of child abuse and should face the wrath of Child Protective Services and the criminal court system.

Guzman told the local DC media covering her Northern Virginia district, which has been demographically and politically transformed by open borders in recent years, that the government, not parents themselves, get to decide what’s best for kids.

“The law tells you the do’s and don’ts” of parenting Guzman claims.

If parents don’t “affirm” their underage child’s supposed LGBT identity, “it could be a felony, it could be a misdemeanor,” Guzman said, before threatening the employment of parents who don’t go along with her disturbing agenda.

“We know that a CPS charge could harm your employment,” Guzman said. “Because nowadays many people do a CPS database search before offering employment.”

National File spoke with children and parental rights activist Anne Taydus, of Virginians For Children First, about the new proposed legislation.

Taydus says that she, her organization, and a grassroots army of Virginia parents will fight Guzman’s disturbing legislation every step of the way.

“People do not realize the implications of this madness,” Anne Taydus told National File. “It is swinging the door wide open for the age of consent to be scrapped.”

“Children do not belong to the state. Period,” Taydus went on, blasting the godless, anti-family agenda of Virginia’s extremist Democrat Party, and explaining that legislation like this, which breaks apart the family and puts kids under the jurisdiction of the state, is not only unconstitutional but is the political form of child grooming.

“Legislation like this is fundamental to the grooming of children by sexual predators in government and elsewhere,” Taydus said.

“For decades the secular world has manipulated parents into handing their fundamental rights in the upbringing of their children over to the government through policies and legislation that sound noble on the outside but are truly designed to keep parents in the dark. CDC Admits 98 Million Americans Received Polio Vaccine In An 8-Year Span When It Was Contaminated With Cancer Virus

The CDC has quickly removed a page from their website (Page was removed but you can view a screen shot image HERE) admitting that more than 98 million Americans received one or more doses of polio vaccine within an 8-year span from 1955-1963 when a proportion of the vaccine was contaminated with a cancer causing polyomavirus called SV40. It has been estimated that 10-30 million Americans could have received an SV40 contaminated dose of the vaccine.

SV40 is an abbreviation for Simian vacuolating virus 40 or Simian virus 40, a polyomavirus that is found in both monkeys and humans. Like other polyomaviruses, SV40 is a DNA virus that has been found to cause tumors and cancer.

SV40 is believed to suppress the transcriptional properties of the tumor-suppressing genes in humans through the SV40 Large T-antigen andSV40 Small T-antigen. Mutated genes may contribute to uncontrolled cellular proliferation, leading to cancer.

Michele Carbone, Assistant Professor of Pathology at Loyola University in Chicago, has recently isolated fragments of the SV-40 virus in human bone cancers and in a lethal form of lung cancer called mesothelioma. He found SV-40 in 33% of the osteosarcoma bone cancers studied, in 40% of other bone cancers, and in 60% of the mesotheliomas lung cancers, writes Geraldo Fuentes.

It is said mesothelioma is a result of asbestos exposure, but research reveals that 50% of the current mesotheliomas being treated no longer occurs due to asbestos but rather the SV-40 virus contained in the polio vaccination. In addition, according to researchers from the Institute of Histology and General Embryology of the University of Ferrara, SV-40 has turned up in a variety other tumors. By the end of 1996, dozens of scientists reported finding SV40 in a variety of bone cancers and a wide range of brain cancers, which had risen 30 percent over the previous 20 years.

The SV-40 virus is now being detected in tumors removed from people never inoculated with the contaminated vaccine, leading some to conclude that those infected by the vaccine might be spreading SV40.

Soon after its discovery, SV40 was identified in the oral form of the polio vaccine produced between 1955 and 1961 produced by American Home Products (dba Lederle).

Both the oral, live virus and injectable inactive virus were affected. It was found later that the technique used to inactivate the polio virus in the injectable vaccine, by means of formaldehyde, did not reliably kill SV40.

Just two years ago, the U.S. government finally added formaldehyde to a list of known carcinogens and and admitted that the chemical styrene might cause cancer. Yet, the substance is still found in almost every vaccine.

According to the Australian National Research Council, fewer than 20% but perhaps more than 10% of the general population may be susceptible to formaldehyde and may react acutely at any exposure level. More hazardous than most chemicals in 5 out of 12 ranking systems, on at least 8 federal regulatory lists, it is ranked as one of the most hazardous compounds (worst 10%) to ecosystems and human health (Environmental Defense Fund).

In the body, formaldehyde can cause proteins to irreversibly bind to DNA. Laboratory animals exposed to doses of inhaled formaldehyde over their lifetimes have developed more cancers of the nose and throat than are usual.

American Officials Are Trying to Change the Definition of Antisemitism to Shield Israel From Criticism

In what must be an alarming surge of antisemitism, the council of Montgomery County, Maryland, is planning a vote to adopt a new definition of antisemitism. But why is there a need for a new definition? Antisemitism is racism directed against Jews, pure and simple. So what is so wrong with this definition that Montgomery County feels the need to have a vote to adopt a new one? What is wrong in this county that requires this vote?

The council issued a statement in July announcing that,

The resolution, introduced by the Council and led by Councilmember Friedson, comes in response to the disturbing rise of antisemitism and acts of assault, vandalism and harassment against Jewish community members and Jewish organizations across the County and nation.”

Even if it is true that there is a rise in antisemitism, a new definition will not help. Racism does not need to be redefined in order to be eliminated. What is needed in order to eradicate racism is a commitment to fight it. What is called for is a commitment to anti-racism, and anti-Zionism is anti-racism. The purpose of the Zionist campaign to have the IHRA definition adopted by governmental and non-governmental organizations around the world is that they recognize that there is a growing understanding that the fight against racism must include a fight against Zionism.

Apparently, the public was not notified about the plan for the council to vote on the IHRA definition. It was discovered by accident, and very soon afterward, Montgomery Council received hundreds of emails demanding they refrain from voting to adopt it. Public pressure eventually brought about a postponement of the vote. Now it still is not clear when the vote will take place, but there are concerns that it will be coming up soon, once again, unannounced.

If antisemitism is really such a serious problem in Montgomery County, then why is this not brought up to public discussion? If the members of the council are so concerned, why do they not invite experts to speak about the pros and cons of redefining antisemitism and what might be the best ways to fight racism? If indeed there is a rise in racist incidents in Montgomery County, it is highly unlikely that only Jewish people are being targeted. One may expect that Black residents and other minorities are targeted as well. In which case there needs to be real action taking place: education, human resources, and law enforcement should all be part of this effort to curb the rise of racism in the area.

However, none of that is taking place. Only a secret vote to satisfy a small group of people, who may or may not be Jewish and who identify with a racist ideology called Zionism.

Who is behind this effort?

It comes as no surprise to see that one of the organizations behind this push is the infamous, racist pro-Israel group, the Anti-Defamation League, or ADL, a group that poses as a civil rights organization. In late 2020, I wrote here about an important initiative calling to end all collaboration with the Anti-Defamation League. The Drop the ADL initiative, which included two hundred or so organizations, including faith groups and civil rights organizations, stated that “The Anti-Defamation League has branded itself as a civil rights organization in ways that conceal and legitimize its right-wing activities.”

The Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington, DC, or JCRC, is another Zionist organization pushing Montgomery County Council to pass this resolution. On its website, the group rallies the troops by calling, “we must overwhelmingly pass this resolution to address the alarming rise of antisemitic incidents in Montgomery County. IT IS CRITICAL THAT COUNCILMEMBERS HEAR FROM JEWISH MOCO RESIDENTS AND THEIR ALLIES WHO SUPPORT THIS RESOLUTION.”

The caps and bold are in the original text. The fear that the legitimacy of Zionism eroding is so great that they pull all the stops and frighten the life out of every Jewish resident in the county so that they come out and demand a vote. Furthermore, they claim, “Increasingly in America, it can be dangerous to identify as Jewish.”

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Justice for all records in the possession of FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten regarding an August 6, 2020, briefing provided to members of the U.S. Senate. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) raised concerns that the briefing was intended to undermine the senators’ investigation of Hunter Biden (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02821))

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after the DOJ failed to reply to an August 2, 2022, FOIA request for:

All unclassified records including emails, email chains, email attachments, notes (digital and / or hand-written), briefings, data, documents, letters, evidence, assessments, in the possession of FBI

Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten concerning an August 6, 2020, briefing provided to members of the U.S. Senate, specifically, Senator’s Johnson and Grassley.

In a July 25, 2022, letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray Senator Grassley, ranking member of the Committee on the Judiciary, wrote:

On May 31, 2022, I wrote to you regarding likely violations of Federal laws, regulations and Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) guidelines by Assistant Special Agent in Charge (“ASAC”) Timothy Thibault of the Washington Field Office (“WFO”) based on a pattern of active public partisanship in his then public social media content…. My letter … invited individuals, including current and former government employees, to contact me and my office to confidentially report allegations of fraud, waste, abuse and gross mismanagement by FBI and Justice Department (“Department”) officials including, but not limited to, ASAC Thibault. In response, my office has received a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers.

The information provided to my office involves concerns about the FBI’s receipt and use of derogatory information relating to Hunter Biden, and the FBI’s false portrayal of acquired evidence as disinformation. The volume and consistency of these allegations substantiate their credibility and necessitate this letter.

First, it’s been alleged that the FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden’s criminal financial and related activity. It is further alleged that in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by a FBI Headquarters (‘FBI HQ’) team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease. Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation.

The basis for how the FBI HQ team selected the specific information for inclusion in Auten’s assessment is unknown, but in more than one instance the focus of the FBI HQ team’s attention involved derogatory information about Hunter Biden. Accordingly, the allegations provided to my office appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.

Importantly, it’s been alleged to my office that Auten’s assessment was opened in August

2020, which is the same month that Senator Johnson and I received an unsolicited and

unnecessary briefing from the FBI that purportedly related to our Biden investigation and a

briefing for which the contents were later leaked in order to paint the investigation in a false light.

Hundreds of firearms and 12.6 tonnes of drugs seized in Caribbean operation

Operation Trigger VII leads tomore than 500 arrests across 19 countries

LYON, France – A joint firearms operation between INTERPOL and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) has led to the seizure of some 350 weapons, 3,300 rounds of ammunition and record drug hauls across the Caribbean.

Operation Trigger VII (24 - 30 September) saw officers from 19 countries coordinate controls at airports, seaports, land border and inland hotspots, acting on intelligence pointing to organized crime groups and individuals involved in firearms trafficking. They also searched warehouses, inspected packages and carried out targeted checks at firearms dealerships, shooting ranges and private security companies.

Police made a total of 510 arrests during the week-long operation, including the subject of an INTERPOL Red Notice wanted for murder.

Trigger VII actions also led to the impressive seizure of 10.1 tonnes of cocaine and 2.5 tonnes of cannabis, highlighting the convergence of trafficking routes and the use of firearms used to control the illegal drug trade.

An operational hub was hosted by CARICOM IMPACS in Barbados. Officers from INTERPOL, the Joint Regional Communications Center (JRCC), the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and US Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), worked side-by-side to provide real-time assistance to officers in the field.

Pistols and bullets hidden in cereal boxes

When customs authorities in Dominica x-rayed a suspicious package, they sent information to the operational hub for checks on the sender and intended recipient. ATF and HSI queried their respective databases, and officers found multiple firearms purchases, placing the package under surveillance. When the recipient came to collect the shipment, police discovered 20 pistols and multiple rounds of ammunition hidden in cereal boxes. Investigations are continuing both in the United States and Dominica.

HSI and the Royal Bahamas Police Force worked closely on an international controlled delivery from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau. The package, which had been flagged in the US, was monitored throughout its shipment in order to seize two firearms and arrest the recipient.

A number of emerging trends were identified throughout the operation. In St Kitts and Nevis, for example, officers saw their first seizure of firearms assembled using ‘80 per cent’ pistol frames. Also known as ghost guns, these weapons are unserialized and untraceable as they are often completed at home using specialized kits, allowing individuals to bypass gun laws and checks.

In Curaçao, the Coast Guard stopped vessels carrying a total of 3 tonnes of cocaine and 1.8 tonnes of cannabis. Authorities made 17 arrests in connection with the shipments, believed to have originated in Venezuela. Authorities in Bonaire made similar interceptions of cocaine en route from Venezuela, seizing nearly 4 tonnes.

Several countries reported reverse trafficking routes, an increasing trend, with seizures of cannabis coming from Canada and the United States into the Caribbean region.

It’s the first day of the federal Emergencies Act Inquiry, and already, two liberty organizations say the Trudeau Liberals were ‘not justified’ in invoking the legislation to grant themselves extreme powers.

Ottawa invoked the act in February for the first time in Canadian history to deal with Freedom Convoy demonstrators who were peacefully protesting COVID-19 restrictions like vaccine mandates in the nation’s capital.

“There was no justification whatsoever to invoke the Emergencies Act,” said Brandon Miller, a constitutional counsel for Freedom Corp, which represents convoy organizers.

The private Alberta-based corporation seeks to educate Canadians about their Charter rights and pursue legal action where necessary.

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) reiterated Freedom Corp’s comments.

“The commission is aware that the CCLA had sought judicial review of the decision to declare a public order emergency and argues that the legal threshold was not met, and that the emergency orders that were put in place by the government breached constitutional rights in a manner that was not reasonable or justified,” said CCLA director Carla Zwibel.

Zwibel also said the CLA’s interest in the commission’s work stems from its concern about using emergency powers that circumvent the parliamentary processes and allow the executive branch, referring to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, to rule “by fiat” — meaning an authoritative or arbitrary order….
