ichigan State Police seized a voting machine as part of an investigation into possible unauthorized access to election equipment.
Law enforcement and officials at Democratic Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's office had a warrant and took a voting machine from Irving Township into custody, officials told CNN and The Epoch Times.

When NYC’s Jewish museum bans DeSantis, it sends a clear message to all Jews
History shows us that forced ideological conformity never ends well for Jews, but liberal Jewish institutions keep wanting to give it another go.
In a Wall Street Journal piece, Elliott Abrams and Eric Cohen, respectively chairman and CEO of Tikvah and co-chairmen of the Jewish Leadership Conference, reveal that Manhattan’s Museum of Jewish Heritage canceled a planned JLC event because Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was an invited speaker.
Write Abrams and Cohen: “We were working closely with the museum on the details for the June 12 event — until, out of the blue, we were told by the museum staff that Mr. DeSantis didn’t ‘align with the museum’s values and its message of inclusivity.’ Either we disinvite the governor, they said, or our event was unwelcome.”
The museum gingerly pushed back. On its Twitter account, it said this wasn’t a “free speech or censorship issue” but “simply a contractual and logistical decision,” which doesn’t actually contradict what Abrams and Cohen are alleging.
Yes, the museum made the “contractual and logistical decision” to deny rental space to Tikvah, an organization that has hosted many events at the museum, because DeSantis was to be a speaker. It’s not a “free speech or censorship issue” since that implies government is stopping the speech, and that is clearly not happening here.

Ajournalist who covered the 2020 Antifa and Proud Boy violence in Portland was arrested and charged with vandalizing synagogues and trying to set fire to a mosque.
34-year-old Michael Bivins was arrested on Saturday after he approached a TV station in Beaverton, just outside Portland, “where he demanded to speak to a reporter,” Portland police said. The station, KPTV, reported that Bivins confessed to reporters, who then called the police.
A station employee also told Oregon Public Broadcasting that Bivins was making anti-Semitic remarks.
Bivins was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree arson.
The vandalism occurred at three synagogues and the arson at the mosque. Bivins allegedly broke a window at a synagogue, Congregation Shir Tikvah in northeast Portland, on April 30 and, on May 2 and May 4, respectively, put graffiti and threw a rock through a window, at another synagogue, Congregation Beth Israel, in northwest Portland. He allegedly set fire to the mosque, the Muslim Community Center of Portland, on May 3.
“Additional investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible,” said Portland police, which noted it is “in contact with federal authorities regarding these cases.”
Bivins, a freelance journalist, has written for Al Jazeera, Willamette Week, The Eugene Weekly and other publications, and been cited in The Washington Post.
He covered an alt-right rally in Portland for Al Jazeera, and clashes between Proud Boys and Antifa for the Willamette Week, a Portland alt-weekly.
Aaron Mesh, news editor of the Willamette Week, said the paper is “conducting a review of his work.”

Marine Corps Gen. Joe Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, participated in the 100th Armistice Day commemoration in Paris at the Arc de Triomphe with Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron and some 80 other heads of state.

Victory had come at a terrible cost among the Allied forces, the president said at the Suresnes American Cemetery.
More than 1 million French soldiers and 116,000 American service members had been killed by the war's end. And millions more were wounded. Countless would come home bearing the lasting scars of trench warfare and the grisly horrors of chemical weapons.
On the grounds of Suresnes American Cemetery lie more than 1,500 U.S. service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in the World War I, Trump said.
“Among those buried here are legendary Marines who fought in the Battle of Belleau Wood,” the president said, adding they “fought through hell to turn the tide of the war.”
It was in that battle that U.S. Marines earned the nickname “Devil Dogs,” arising from the German description of their ferocious fighting spirit, the president noted.
Each fallen service member at rest in the cemetery here “gave everything for family, country, God and freedom,” Trump said.
“Through rain, hail, snow, mud, poisonous gas, bullets and mortar, they held the line and pushed onward to victory,” he said. “It was a great, great victory; costly victory, but a great victory … . Never knowing if they would ever again see their families or ever again hold their loved ones,” the president said.
The American and French patriots of World War I “embody the timeless virtues of our two republics, honor and courage, strength and valor, love and loyalty, grace and glory,” Trump said. “It is our duty to preserve the civilization they defended and to protect the peace they so nobly gave their lives to secure one century ago,” Trump said.
