Evidence has revealed the January 6th Commission is lying in its subpoenas to leading right-wing figures.

Tollbooth records belonging to former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik place him 300 miles away from the infamous January 5th meeting at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., with a legal letter (below) seen by The National Pulse accusing Rep. Thompson’s Jan. 6th commission recently subpoenaed Kerik, a close associate of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Their letter asserted:

He wasn’t even in Washington DC, as he was in New York dealing with a family medical emergency. While we knew at the time that the claim was false, we later found out that it was actually a fabrication.

This passage in your letter had a footnote, citing two sources for this allegation, Bob Woodward’s book, Peril, as well as a Washington Post article. However, a review of both cites quickly demonstrates that no such allegation was ever made. The Washington Post article does discuss Mr. Kerik’s involvement in investigating fraud, but makes no mention of this alleged meeting, whereas Woodward’s book does not claim that Mr. Kerik was at the meeting. In fact, a text search of Woodward’s book reveals that the word “Kerik” isn’t even mentioned once.

More German Politicians Support Making COVID-19 Vaccinations Mandatory

A growing number of politicians in Germany are backing the idea of a general COVID-19 vaccination obligation, with some ministers saying the measure would be a “last resort” option, but a possibility.

Debates over compulsory vaccinations in the country have accelerated after neighboring Austria recently reimposed a full lockdown and also announced plans to require COVID-19 vaccinations for its entire population as of February.

Germany’s outgoing health minister Jens Spahn said on Tuesday he does not rule out similar steps, although final decisions will depend from region to region.

Spahn, who has recently been hit with backlash over a comment he made on Nov. 22, claiming by the end of the winter almost everyone in Germany would be either “vaccinated, recovered, or dead,” said making the shots a requirement is “not a decision we can make today,” but the possibility is not ruled out.

Karl Lauterbach, a German scientist and member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), argued during a talk show on the TV station Bild that the country “must move towards vaccination obligation,” The Local reported.

“Without compulsory vaccinations, we obviously won’t achieve the vaccination rate we need to get to,” he stressed.

Stephan Weil, the minister-president of Germany’s Lower Saxony region, said making vaccines mandatory is a “violation of physical integrity” and can thus only be implemented as a “last resort” option.

“There is a legal dispute on this issue at the moment. Critics indicate two points. First of all, there are no long-term studies. Secondly, and this needs to be taken more seriously: mandatory vaccination is a violation of physical integrity, so it can only be a last resort,” Weil said during a news conference, news agency ANI reported.

About 68 percent of the population in Germany is fully vaccinated, with some 7.3 percent of citizens already having received the third shot. The country is currently facing a fourth wave of CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus infections, which prompted more politicians to debate a government-imposed measure making COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory.

Klaus Holetschek, Bavaria’s minister of health, said he previously was against making COVID-19 vaccinations a requirement for the general population, but he now believes officials must talk about this measure and use it as a last resort. Bavaria is located in southeast Germany and is reported by health authorities as one of the worst-hit federal states in the country.

Brian Laundrie suicide: Gabby Petito’s former fiancé died of gunshot wound to the head, family attorney says

Brian Laundrie, who made headlines as a person of interest in the disappearance of his fiancée Gabby Petito, died of gunshot wound to the head, according to a statement from the Laundrie family attorney Steven Bertolino.

Autopsy results confirm the manner of death is suicide, Brian Entin, a reporter for the Miami-based NewsNation Now tweeted on Tuesday.

Laundrie returned to his family’s home in Florida without Petito in September after the couple was traveling together on a cross-country road trip. The case sparked national interest and authorities later found Petito’s body in Wyoming. A corner later confirmed she died by strangulation in a homicide.

In late 2015, as we noted at the time, Congress voted — as part of an unrelated surface transportation bill — to authorize the Department of State to revoke and/or refuse to issue a U.S. passport to anyone against whom the IRS has assessed an administrative lien or levy (even in the absence of any judicial action) for $50,000 or more in tax debt.

This week, the first appellate court to review this law upheld it as Constitutional, although on limited grounds. In its “per curiam” opinion in Maehr v. Department of State, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a decision by a U.S. District Court judge in Colorado dismissing a lawsuit by Jeffrey T. Maehr, one of almost half a million people who have been deemed subject to revocation or non-issuance of U.S. passports, and thus prohibited from legally leaving (or returning to) the U.S., for alleged tax debts.

Two judges wrote opinions in support of the “per curiam” decision, each joined in different parts by the third member of the three-judge panel.

All three judges found (wrongly, we think) that, although there is some sort of “right” to international travel by U.S. citizens, it is not such a “fundamental” right as to make restrictions on the exercise of the right to travel be subject to to what courts call “strict scrutiny”.

8 lessons from years of Truthing: take it or leave it.

1. VERIFY/CHECK before spreading! Truth is the most precious thing, keep it clean.

2. Forget your EGO/EMOTIONS. Truth doesn't care: Truth hurts.

3. Start with establishing #FACTS: WHAT/WHERE/WHEN? Then, look for actors: WHO? Only LATER: reasons and explanations (WHY?/HOW?). 5. ANY group spreading #Truth WILL be targeted by agents trying to poison the Truth, destroy group #cohesion and #credibility, AKA "Poisoning of the well." People don't want to be associated with liars and lunatics. THEY will try to make YOU look crazy, but also their OWN #ControlledOpposition agents. The #tinfoilhat/#conspiracytheory campaign is effective: the sheeple have built up natural defenses against what they don't know #ridicule.

6. THEY know/accept that smart minds WILL connect with Truth every generation (a #NEO). My theory is THEY are envious of people who managed to find out Truth against all odds. However, Truth is too important to get spread wider, so THEY WILL find ways to manage it on micro, but more importantly, macro level. A single truther doesn't matter, but mass awakening MUST be prevented, guided, controlled, through agents and half-truths (lies). The goal is to make the fake-awake feel like they know the truth, while they dont. This is the purpose of #Q, #Assange, #Snowden, and other "#limitedhangout".

7. Truthers using real names are rare because of repercussions that Truthing has. #Truth is generally not accepted by your friends, family, or your employer: it's too uncomfortable to be associated with publicly. ONLY #ControlledOppposition folks from elite families can easily play the #tinfoilhat guy in public. They have nothing to lose: they're VIP already. "Verified accounts" you should trust the LEAST.

8. Every so called or self-proclaimed "Truther", must have or develop the ability to discern Truth from disinformation. This is a basic skill and principle: #discernment, truth or lie should be applied to ALL information presented to you, and ALL parts and pieces of that information, whether you buy into the general principle/message of that information or not. You can NEVER ASSUME. EVER. You can NEVER accept one part and then automatically the whole, because THAT is how they sell LIES. By packaging it in a 90% truth wrapping.

#Discernment does not come fully natural, this can only be honed and perfected by exposing yourself to new information, truthful and deceitful, learning to recognize facts from fiction. This is a very subtle, but extremely powerful and important skill. As MY tutor who took me under his wing told me: "Eat the meat, spit out the bones."

A hacked memo published Wednesday by WikiLeaks sheds new light on the previously reported connections between the Clinton Foundation and a corporate consulting firm run by two longtime allies of the Clinton family.

Plenty of ink has been spilled on how onetime Clinton aide Douglas Band and Declan Kelly, who worked for Hillary Clinton’s State Department, leveraged their connections to the former first family to attract investors to their firm, Teneo. Teneo clients were invited to attend annual meetings of the Clinton Foundation’s Clinton Global Initiative event, and the consulting firm used those meetings as an opportunity to recruit even more new clients.

The documents published by WikiLeaks this week purported to show that these intimate ties between Teneo and the Clinton Foundation made some in Clintonland deeply uneasy, fearing that they could lead to allegations of quid pro quo. One memo released Wednesday describes in detail how Band encouraged Teneo clients to donate to the Clinton Foundation, and pushed those donors to provide consulting contracts and paid speaking engagements for Bill Clinton.

Who first reported on Teneo-Clinton Foundation ties and when

Founded in 1997, the Clinton Foundation came under intense scrutiny from news organizations when Hillary Clinton joined the organization following her tenure as secretary of state. As early as 2013, The New York Times and the New Republic published investigations into the overlap between Teneo and the foundation, highlighting the work that Band and Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s closest aide, did for both Teneo and the State Department simultaneously. That year, the Republican-led Senate Judiciary Committee began investigating whether the consulting firm had improper access to senior government officials in Clinton’s State Department.

The WikiLeaks documents appear to reinforce many conflicts uncovered in previous coverage of the links between Teneo and the Clinton Foundation. The New York Times reported in August 2013 that some at the foundation were uncomfortable with Band’s dual efforts to attract new donors to Teneo, which was founded in 2009, and help to build up the foundation’s coffers.
