Read this from the Texas Department of State Health Services FAQ: “How can I tell if I have the Delta variant? Do labs report that to the state? That information may not be readily available. The [PCR] viral tests that are used to determine if a person has COVID-19 are not designed to tell you what variant is causing the infection. Detecting the Delta variant, or other variants, requires a special type of testing called genomic sequencing. Due to the volume of COVID-19 cases, sequencing is not performed on all viral samples. However, because the Delta variant now accounts for the majority of COVID-19 cases in the United States, there is a strong likelihood that a positive test result indicates infection with the Delta variant.”

I can assure you, the number of patients whose samples are genetically sequenced is tiny, contrasted against the number whose samples are simply run through the standard PCR.

So there is no way to know that the Delta variant now accounts for the majority of COVID cases in the US. And using the standard PCR, there is no way to know ANY specific patient has the Delta. It’s all fiction.

We have this from the American Lung Association: “Regular COVID-19 tests do not detect which variant is involved in a patient’s case—that information does not change the approach to care or therapy. The variant identification requires genomic sequencing, a process separate from regular virus tests and one that not all labs are able to do or do not do on a routine basis for patient care but are done more for public health monitoring.”

Let me break down how this game works. To be excessively generous, let’s say that 3 out of every 1000 positive PCR tests in America are sent to high-level labs, where genetic sequencing is done.

A certain percentage of THOSE sequencing tests come up positive for the Delta Variant. Based on these results, MODELS are constructed.

Now we’re REALLY into fake science. The models estimate what percentage of ALL positive PCR tests are really positive for Delta.

I’m sorry to break this newsflash, but modelers are notorious charlatans. Their dense calculations are as far from science as a Model-T Ford is from a spaceship.

But based on models, public health agencies—who desperately needed a new con, because COVID case numbers were declining—blasted through their media assets the new revelation: THE DELTA MONSTER IS LOOSE AMONG US.

But it gets even worse. Why? Because you can bet the farm that the current model pushing the omnipresence of the Delta Variant was never challenged. It was never handed to several groups of independent scientists who went over it with a fine-toothed comb. That’s called verification. That’s called the Scientific Method. You may have heard of it.

The most notorious modeler in the world, Neil Ferguson, of the London Imperial College, bankrolled by Bill Gates, made a prediction early in 2020: by that summer, there would 500,000 COVID deaths in the UK, and 2 million in the US.

Former Kentucky state Rep. Brent Yonts has passed away after getting “vaccinated” with two injections of an mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine.”

According to reports, Yonts was admitted to the hospital with a severe case of “covid” not long after receiving the shots in accordance with government guidelines. The 72-year-old Democratic representative from Greenville, an attorney, had no preexisting conditions, his daughter told The Courier Journal.

US judge rules biometric processing of public data not protected by First Amendment

BIPA case against Clearview AI proceeds

An Illinois state court has rejected Clearview AI’s motion to dismiss a biometric data privacy suit against it on grounds its construction of a database of photos for facial recognition comparison from publicly available images on the internet is protected by the First Amendment.

Cook County Circuit Judge Pamela McLean Meyerson ruled that the restrictions BIPA places on Clearview’s First Amendment freedoms are limited to those essential for protecting the privacy and security of Illinois citizens, Law360 reports. The judge noted that sharing information publicly does not make it free for any use by a third party.

The suit was brought by the American Civil Liberties Union and other advocacy groups under Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). They are seeking a court order forcing Clearview to delete all face biometrics collected from Illinois residents without consent.

Meyerson further rejected Clearview’s claim that applying BIPA to its data collection practices violates the Constitution’s commerce clause, and that Illinois’ court does not have jurisdiction, ruling evidence of the company deliberately marketing its technology in the state sufficient.

Clearview is also defending a multidistrict biometric data privacy suit being heard in federal court.

International clients catalogued

BuzzFeed News has collected a list of 88 law enforcement agencies based in 24 different countries outside of the U.S. that have used Clearview’s facial recognition.

The list is compiled from internal data discovered in February 2020 by an unauthorized third party, and the publication includes the response or lack thereof from each agency.

Of the 88 entities, 12 denied having used Clearview, 30 did not respond, and 10 others neither confirmed nor denied that employees had used the software.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a classified scenario and drill developed by the United States federal government to detain large numbers of United States citizens deemed to be "national security threats", in the event that the president declared a National Emergency. White House Describes Kabul Drone Strike That Killed 10 Civilians as ‘Succesful’

The Pentagon concedes it can 'not dispute' the account of witnesses who say the drone strike killed 10, including seven children

The White House said Monday that the US has carried out two “successful” airstrikes in Afghanistan since the ISIS attack at the Kabul airport, including Sunday’s drone strike that witnesses say killed 10 civilians, including seven children.

“I would say the fact that we have had two successful strikes confirmed by CENTCOM [US Central Command] tells you that our over-the-horizon capacity works and is working,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters.

CENTCOM initially said Sunday’s drone strike destroyed a vehicle carrying “multiple suicide bombers.” After the reports of civilian casualties surfaced, CENTCOM released a statement that it was “aware” of those reports and is investigating further.

Relatives and friends of the victims of the US drone strike said a missile hit a car that contained a father and his children. They also strongly rejected the idea that any of the dead were affiliated with ISIS. “We are not ISIS or Daesh and this was a family home — where my brothers lived with their families,” the brother of a victim said.

When asked about the slaughter, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby conceded that the US was “not in a position to dispute” the account of the witnesses.

Psaki boasted that President Biden gave military commanders the green light for airstrikes after the airport attack. “I can tell you that the president has made clear to his commanders that they should stop at nothing to make ISIS pay for the deaths of those American service members at the Kabul airport,” she said.

Psaki claimed the airstrikes were “self-defense” and said they were meant to kill “ISIS terrorists.” When asked about the reports of civilian casualties, Psaki said, “I can’t speak to or confirm the numbers or cases of civilian casualties in this case. There is an investigation.”

Shocking Report: Military Is Flying TERRORISTS Out of Kabul — and INTO America

While American citizens stuck in Afghanistan had been required to fill out an online form to be evacuated, a report informs that massive numbers of Afghans are being flown out of Kabul without any proof of identification whatsoever. At least 100 of these refugees are on terror watch lists, and one evacuated man apparently works directly for the brutal Islamic State, infamous for burning people alive and drowning them in cages.

Telling us about the story Friday night was Fox News host Tucker Carlson. He mentioned that after the abrupt closure of the massive Bagram Airfield — an outrageous act that led to the killing of 13 servicemen on Thursday — evacuation of Americans and allies from Afghanistan had to be staged from the virtually undefendable commercial airport in the country’s capital, Kabul.

Carlson then pointed out that the same officials responsible for this debacle are now “overseeing what may be the largest airlift in generations, an airlift of thousands of Afghan citizens into the West and into our country.” But who are these people?

Addressing this, the commentator stated:

The truth is, despite what they are telling you, we have no real idea who they are…. We just learned for example that at least a hundred of the refugees the American military has flown out of Kabul, people we’ve been told repeatedly are heroes by definition are in fact on terror watch lists.

One man we evacuated apparently works directly for ISIS. Today, an Afghan interpreter told FOX News that this sort of thing is happening all the time. People are getting on planes in Kabul without any proof of identification whatsoever. It’s like voting in California. Listen.

Prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina charged 16 people for helping some 850 migrants illegally enter the EU by secretly crossing into Croatia, the Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.

Friday’s indictment is the largest for organized smuggling of illegal migrants in the country’s history. Prosecutors allege that the suspects acted as an organized group from September to December 2020. They allegedly took advantage of the Balkan country’s migrant crisis and received payments from people living abroad to help their relatives illegally cross the border.

As razor wire fences were popping up along EU borders, migrants from the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa started passing through Bosnia to cross the still not fenced off Croatian EU border.

Croatia’s strong and often violent pushbacks created a breeding ground for criminals who saw an opportunity to profit from smuggling people to the EU.

More than 70,000 refugees and migrants have entered Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2017, according to the United Nations.
