The author of three books on CIA operations, Douglas Valentine began his research into the agency's activities when CIA director William Colby gave him free access to interview agency officials who had been involved in various aspects of the Phoenix program in South Vietnam. It was a permission Colby was to regret. The CIA would eventually rescind it and made every effort to impede publication of The Phoenix Program, which documented an elaborate system of population surveillance, control, entrapment, imprisonment, torture, and assassination in Vietnam.
While researching Phoenix, Valentine learned that the CIA allowed opium and heroin to flow from its secret bases in Laos to generals and politicians on its payroll in South Vietnam. His investigations into this illegal activity focused on the CIA's relationship with the federal agencies mandated by Congress to stop illegal drugs from entering the United States. Based on interviews with senior officials, Valentine wrote two subsequent books, The Strength of the Wolf and The Strength of the Pack, showing how the CIA infiltrated federal drug enforcement agencies and commandeered their executive management, intelligence, and foreign operations staffs in order to ensure the unimpeded flow of drugs to traffickers and foreign officials in its employ.
Ultimately, portions of his research materials were archived at the National Security Archive, Texas Tech University's Vietnam Center, and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
This book includes excerpts from the aforementioned titles, along with subsequent articles and transcripts of interviews on a range of current topics, with a view to shedding light on the systemic dimensions of the CIA's ongoing illegal and extralegal activities. These articles and interviews illustrate how the agency's activities impact social and political movements abroad and at home.
A common theme is the CIA's ability to deceive and propagandize the American public through its impenetrable, government-sanctioned shield of official secrecy and plausible deniability.
Though investigated by the Church Committee in 1975, CIA praxis then continues to inform CIA praxis today. Valentine tracks the agency's steady expansion into practices targeting the last population to be subjected to the exigencies of the American empire: the American people, themselves.

Antonia Ashford, associate warden at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn, New York, was charged with murder and weapons possession after her husband was found dead by police in their New Jersey home.
According to prosecutors, Ms Ashford pulled a gun on her husband and shot him in the face. Police found the man, Roderick Ashford, lying on the floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Associated Press..
Mr Ashford was also a Bureau of Prisons employee.
The jail – and the state's Bureau of Prisons – have become infamous for allegations of mismanagement and abuse.
Those issues came to light in 2019 when Jeffrey Epstein, sex trafficker and financier to the ultra-wealthy, died by apparent suicide while being housed at the Metropolitan Correction Center in Manhattan. Three weeks prior to his death, Epstein was found unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck. At the time, Epstein believed that he had been attacked by his cellmate, a body-builder ex-police officer facing the death penalty for federal murder and drug charges.
After Epstein was placed on suicide watch, the man was moved out of the cell.
The inmate denied ever having touched Epstein.
After the jail was criticised for letting Epstein die, the sex trafficker's longtime girlfriend and alleged pimp, Ms Maxwell, was also put on a restrictive suicide watch.
Ms Maxwell has complained that guards constantly wake her up with flashlights throughout the night and that sleep masks and earplugs do nothing to help block their intrusions.
She has also complained that the facility has a horrible stench due to overflowing toilets and that she was being served "inedible" food and brown water. She claims she has lost hair and is under near constant surveillance.
Ms Maxwell has strongly denied the accusations against her.
The jail has a rocky history even outside its association with Epstein and Ms Maxwell; in 2019, the Bureau of Prisons was criticised after offering an inadequate response to a week-long power failure during the winter that left inmates huddling for warmth in their cells.

The brother of Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged co-conspirator of deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, said his sister is being subjected to what he claims is "monstrous" treatment in a federal detention center where she awaits trial on charges of aiding Epstein's abuse of underage girls.
"It's a really ghastly experience. She's lost 20 pounds, she's losing her hair, she can't concentrate," Ian Maxwell, 64, told "Good Morning America" in an exclusive television interview. "She has a flashlight shone in her cell every 15 minutes during the night. So, she has no sleep of any real quality," he said.
Ian Maxwell's comments come as his youngest sister awaits a federal judge's decision on her third attempt to be granted bail ahead of her July trial.
The previous two attempts were rejected after the court deemed Ghislaine Maxwell, 59, a flight risk because of the seriousness of the charges, her substantial wealth and international ties.
Her latest proposal for pre-trial release, which prosecutors and the alleged victims oppose, includes an offer to place her assets of more than $20 million under the control of a monitor and to renounce her citizenship in France, where she was born, and in England, where she was raised.
"Ghislaine is an American," her brother said. "She's never been a flight risk. In the year or so between when Epstein died and when she was arrested, she was in the United States all the time. She was not running away from law enforcement."
Upon Epstein's arrest in July 2019, prosecutors vowed to continue investigating his alleged co-conspirators. After his death in prison a month later, the attention of the authorities, alleged victims and the media quickly focused on Ghislaine Maxwell, who was once a fixture on the social scene in New York with a rolodex of the rich, powerful, and politically connected. She has also faced civil lawsuits, both before and after Epstein's arrest, from alleged victims of Epstein who accused her of facilitating their abuse – allegations she has long denied.
She retreated from public life after Epstein's death, in an effort, her brother said, to protect her family from what he called a "lynch mob" mentality in the media.
"The real problem is that the media frenzy about her, which had shifted from Epstein onto her, drove her absolutely mad," he said. "She's married, has a husband. And she has two stepchildren. And she couldn't allow the terrible frenzy of the media to be brought down on their heads."
Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested last July in an FBI raid of a secluded New Hampshire estate where she had been living for several months. An FBI agent said at a news conference announcing her arrest that the government had been "discreetly keeping tabs" on her whereabouts throughout their year-long investigation.
Ghislaine Maxwell is charged with facilitating and, in some cases, participating in Epstein's alleged sexual crimes against three unnamed minor girls in the mid-1990s.
Authorities allege that she groomed the victims, befriended them and put them at ease, knowing that Epstein intended to sexually abuse them.
She has pleaded not guilty to all the charges, which also include two counts of perjury.

We tested popular cellphones for radiofrequency radiation. Now the FCC is investigating.
The Apple iPhone 7 was set to operate at full power and secured below a tub of clear liquid, specially formulated to simulate human tissue.
With the push of a button, a robotic arm swung into action, sending a pencil-thin probe dipping into the tub. For 18 minutes, it repeatedly measured the amount of radiofrequency radiation the liquid was absorbing from the cellphone.
This test, which was paid for by the Tribune and conducted according to federal guidelines at an accredited lab, produced a surprising result: Radiofrequency radiation exposure from the iPhone 7 — one of the most popular smartphones ever sold — measured over the legal safety limit and more than double what Apple reported to federal regulators from its own testing.
The Federal Communications Commission, which is responsible for regulating phones, states on its website that if a cellphone has been approved for sale, the device “will never exceed” the maximum allowable exposure limit. But this phone, in an independent lab inspection, had done exactly that.
The Tribune tested three more brand-new iPhone 7s at full power, and these phones also measured over the exposure limit. In all, 11 models from four companies were tested, with varying results.

Since Ghislaine Maxwell's arrest last summer, her family has maintained a public silence.
Her attorneys have also consistently declined to address questions from reporters, confining the defense of their client to their submissions in court. They recently filed 12 separate pre-trial motions, seeking to suppress certain evidence, dismiss some charges or to toss out the entire case.
But with her bail application pending, and her trial just four months away, her siblings decided it was time to come forward. They've also hired a family attorney, David Oscar Markus, and started a Twitter account dubbed "@GMaxFacts."
"What's going on here is what I've referred to as the Epstein effect. She's being held because of her association with Epstein from all those years ago, which is absurd. You can't hold someone in detention based on guilt by association," said Markus, a criminal defense lawyer from Miami.
Ian Maxwell's TV interview with "GMA" is his first, he said, in 30 years.
"I'm not minimizing the seriousness of the allegations, but my sister's fighting for her life, and that's pretty serious too," he said. "Ghislaine wants to confront the accusers head-on and deal with this and get on with her life. She is as convinced as she can be that she will be exonerated. We as a family are behind her, solidly behind her."
Ian Maxwell said he knew little of his sister's life in New York, where she moved in 1991, after the death of the Maxwell family patriarch, British press baron Robert Maxwell. He said he was aware of Ghislaine's friendship with Epstein but met him only once.
"I have absolutely no memory of Epstein at all," he said. "I had no knowledge of their life or the life that Ghislaine was leading in any great detail."
The last time he saw his sister in person, Maxwell said, was at a rare reunion of the seven surviving Maxwell children in London on June 10, 2019, on what would have been their father's 96th birthday.
"It was just serendipitous that we all happened to be more or less in Europe and we got together and it was a very happy, genuinely happy occasion for all of us," he said.
Less than a month later, Epstein was arrested at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, as he returned to the U.S. from his home in Paris.
"Ghislaine is married with the step-children, getting on with her life. We're all getting on with our lives. And then bang! This extraordinary development out of left field," Ian Maxwell said.
Echoing the arguments of his sister's attorneys, Ian Maxwell insisted that the prosecutors only targeted her as a substitute for Epstein after the federal government failed to keep the alleged child sex trafficker alive to face the charges against him in 2019.
"They're taking it out on my sister. Damn it, that's wrong," he said. "She is not Epstein. Epstein was guilty. He did time. And he was gonna do a hell of a lot more time. But she is not him. And I don't know how many times I have to say it. She's deserves to be treated as Ghislaine, presumed innocent, get on with the defense, tell us what you've gotta tell us, put it up, and then let the jury decide."

Maxwell's attorneys have asserted in court filings that government's "sudden zeal" to charge her based on conduct that allegedly occurred roughly 25 years ago calls into question "the strength of the government's case" and violates Maxwell's due process rights.
U.S. District Court Judge Alison Nathan, who is overseeing Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal case, could rule on the third bail application at any time. In rejecting the second request in December, Nathan cited Ghislaine Maxwell's initial "lack of candor" about the identity of her spouse and information about the couple's assets as among the reasons she would not grant bail.
In opposition to the latest bail proposal, prosecutors argue the court "should hesitate before trusting the defendant to be transparent" about her finances and that she "continues to pose an extreme risk of flight, and the additional bail conditions proposed by the defendant do not justify reversal of the Court's prior findings that no combination of conditions could ensure her appearance."
The family's attorney claimed the government's arguments are a smokescreen.
"The real reason she's not being granted bail is not because of any real risk of flight. No one's afraid she's going to really run," Markus said. "The government wants to keep her in custody to torture her, to break her down."
The government has also disputed defense lawyers' contentions that Maxwell is being treated punitively as a result of Epstein's death in custody.
Prosecutors stated in court filings that she has more time than any other detainee in the facility to review documents from her case. The flashlight searches, the government said, are "required to confirm that the defendant is not in distress every fifteen minutes. To do so, staff point a flashlight to the ceiling of the defendant's cell to illuminate the cell sufficiently to confirm that the defendant is breathing," prosecutors wrote.

The White House dismissed Tara Reade’s, one of President Joe Biden’s accusers, claims of unwanted touching as “heavily litigated during the campaign,” while saying Biden has “been clear and outspoken about the importance of women.”
Reade responded to a clip on Twitter showing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki responding to questions from a reporter asking if the White House would support an “independent investigation of allegations into the president” from a female Secret Service agent, Reade, and others.
The reporter mentioned there was an investigation into New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) allegations.

Psaki dismissed the idea of any type of investigation. She said the allegations against the president were “heavily litigated” during Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.
She also tried to reassure everyone in the room that Biden “has been clear and outspoken about the importance of women being respected and having their voices heard and being allowed to tell their stories and people treating them with respect.”

A key power in devolution crucial for self-government is the authority of a regional or local government to (1) adopt and collect its own sources of revenue (e.g., levy sales, income, or property taxes), (2) set its own tax rules and rates, (3) borrow funds, and (4) expend its revenues for locally determined purposes.
A leading example of devolution was the delegation in 1998 and 1999 of substantial powers and authority in the United Kingdom to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The reopening under devolution of Scotland’s parliament after a more than 300-year hiatus symbolized the restoration of significant autonomous self-government for Scotland. There have also been substantial devolutions of power from Spain’s central government to such regions as the Basque Country, Catalonia, and Galicia. These examples indicate that devolution can be asymmetrical; that is, some regions or localities are granted, or entitled to receive, more powers than other regions. These examples indicate, as well, that devolution is sometimes a response to demands for autonomy by territorially based ethnic, national, religious, linguistic, and/or religious groups.
Usually, devolution, like decentralization, implies that the national or central government can unilaterally revoke acts of devolution and, thus, take back devolved powers. This happened in the United Kingdom in 1972 when Britain abolished Northern Ireland’s parliament. In some cases, however, there are constitutional guarantees of devolution that protect against revocation; in other cases, the political imperatives of devolution might be sufficient to prevent revocation.
In the United States, the term “devolution” gained some currency when, in 1953, the American Municipal Association proposed a devolution-of-powers approach to municipal home rule. Under this approach, adopted by about 12 states, a state government devolves all powers capable of delegation to local governments for purposes of autonomous self-government. A local government is thereby free to exercise any appropriate power that is not expressly limited or prohibited by the state’s constitution, the local government’s charter, or a general state statute. For example, the Missouri and Pennsylvania Constitutions state that “a municipality which has a home-rule charter may exercise any power or perform any function not denied by this Constitution, by its home-rule charter, or by the General Assembly at any time.” Under this approach, the state legislature is the principal determinant of the degree of autonomous local self-government because the legislature retains complete statutory authority to adjust the boundary between state and local powers.

Nixon also decentralized various grant-in-aid and regulatory functions to federal regional offices. However, GRS, enacted in 1972, was terminated for states in 1980 and for local governments in 1986. In addition, GRS and block grants together never accounted for more than 18 percent of all federal aid to state and local governments. Some observers also described President Ronald Reagan’s New Federalism as devolutionary, but his major New Federalism proposals were not enacted, he abolished the functions of federal regional offices established by Nixon, and he supported the final termination of GRS in 1986. Although Reagan convinced Congress to enact new block grants (i.e., nine new block grants in 1981), block grants again never accounted for more than 18 percent of all federal aid. Meanwhile, Reagan signed more bills preempting state powers than any previous president; he also approved major conditions attached to aid, such as the 21-year-old drinking age condition attached to federal highway aid in 1984. In the mid-1980's, the U.S. Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations proposed devolving various programs to state and local governments; however, the Commission referred to its proposals as “turnbacks,” namely, restorations to state and local governments of functions for which those governments were once entirely responsible prior to federal intervention. None of the proposed programs were turned back to states and localities.
The 1996 welfare reform law—the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA)—enacted during Bill Clinton’s presidency was deemed devolutionary by some observers because PRWORA created a new block grant, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and allowed states considerable discretion in implementing PRWORA. However, PRWORA is encumbered with conditions; states must achieve very specific federal objectives; states face fiscal and civil penalties for failures to meet the federal objectives; and TANF’s funding is dwarfed by other categorical grant welfare programs, especially Medicaid, a highly conditioned categorical grant program that accounts for nearly 45 percent of all federal aid to state and local governments. Congress’s failure to reauthorize PRWORA in 2002 and for several years thereafter because of disagreements over policy objectives further indicated that PRWORA is not an example of devolution but merely of federal delegation of administrative discretion to the states to select the means by which they achieve mandated federal objectives.

The problem was THE RAID ON THE CAPITOL BUILDING.
It made everything politically untenable for Trump.

Devolution is the US military running the country under seven separate plans that are put into action when the civilian federal government ceases to exist.
So I think we're in a hybrid state of devolution AND a shadow presidency.
The military is making NO policy decisions, and Trump is preserving national-security infrastructure.
Such as the economy.
I have no idea what the endgame is, but I never anticipated the current solution, which satisfies all sides AND is legal and constitutional.

Devolution happened NOT because the armed forces disagreed with a president.
It happened because our global enemies helped STEAL an election in order to install a puppet who is a de facto enemy agent.

The devolution took place because there was no constitutional line of succession.
The correct vote count changes the composition of the House and Senate, and it nullifies the Biden administration.
But there are no laws OR constitutional avenues to solve this mess.
The ONLY solution is devolution.
For now.

So my guess is that we're going to see the presentation of the theft operation.

Here are the key points of what would happen:
1. The military does NOT make policy.
2. The military is under no requirement to ANNOUNCE devolution.
3. The devolution staff is geologically scattered and compartmented.
4. No single person or unified committee is running the show.

All of this sounds crazy, but we actually did crazier things in World War II.

In the video, it is revealed that Goss allegedly solicited sexual favors from an individual he believed to be a 14-year-old boy online prior to being approached by the YouTuber in an apparent sting operation.

Ghost Change approached Goss, who was apparently sitting on a chair outside his home waiting to meet the 14-year-old. “You’re here to invite a 14-year-old to your house. That’s what you’re doing, and you chatted super graphically,” said Ghost Change. “Are you 14?” Goss nervously replied to the streamer. “You were talking to a 14-year-old, do you get that? Do you want me to call the cops, or do you want to have a conversation,” repeats the streamer.
“To be honest, um, I don’t understand where you’re coming from,” mutters Goss. “You don’t understand? So why don’t we have a conversation about it, cause I can get you some help, or I can get you locked up,” said the streamer. Ghost Change then states Goss’s full name, and explains that he “knows everything about” him. Goss replies, “So you know I work for Nancy Pelosi, I work for Hillary Clinton,” and denied any “sexual contact” during the chats apparently in the possession of Ghost Change.

Devolution is the US military running the country under seven separate plans that are put into action when the civilian federal government ceases to exist.
So I think we're in a hybrid state of devolution AND a shadow presidency.
The military is making NO policy decisions, and Trump is preserving national-security infrastructure.
Such as the economy.

Defense Secretary to announce mandatory COVID vaccinations for troops 'soon': Sources
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is expected to announce his recommendation to President Joe Biden that COVID-19 vaccines be made mandatory for troops, officials told ABC News Wednesday evening.
A senior official said the announcement will come "soon," while a separate U.S. official said an announcement is expected by the end of this week.
The president last week directed the Department of Defense to look into how and when vaccines could be mandated for service members. Austin's recommendation in response to that request is expected to be in favor of vaccine requirements, but for Austin to implement such a policy, he'll need a written waiver from Biden.
Because COVID-19 vaccines are available to the military under the Food and Drug Administration's emergency use authorization (EUA), the shot has so far been strictly voluntary.
According to the Pentagon's latest statistics, at least 70% of military personnel have received at least one dose, compared to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's reporting that 58% of the total U.S. population has received at least one dose.

To test out the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) new national emergency protocol, President Trump will send a text message to everyone in the country at 2:18 pm EST today.
The first ever "Presidential Alert" alert is similar to the Amber Alert and flood warnings you might receive in the wake of extreme weather events and the like, with one minor exception: It's the first ever to come with a "Presidential Alert" moniker. In a press release, the agency says the test will ensure "the operational readiness of alerting infrastructure" and identify any hiccups in its national emergency alert systems. It is no way a cause for alarm.
The alert will be delivered to everyone in the United States with an American cell phone number, and it's impossible to opt out of receiving the message. The alert will be two-tiered: As a means of integrating its Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alerts, FEMA will send the text at 2:18 pm EST. After that, at 2:20 pm, the message will spread to broadcast systems where it will play over radio and television. (The latter will mark the fourth time a WEA broadcast across commandeered American networks).

Deceit and Lies at Inland Empire Safe Schools
The Gaslighting Continues
As I reported yesterday, I attended an Inland Empire Safe Schools Webinar, during which I submitted two questions. I was surprised that they read my question, though they only answered one of mu questions. I was not surprised they lied. The common theme of elected and unelected policy makers in California continues to be gaslighting. The full video is here—my question is answered at 48:17.
My questions:
Note that while they posted both questions, they only read out and answered the first question. So take a look at that— did I not clearly state that the latest CDC study used to justify masks was rejected by peer review? Did I not clearly ask for what Peer Reviewed studies were being used to justify the government trying to give us all (especially our kids) Bacterial Pneumonia? As we discussed yesterday, and as can be seen in that RealClearPolitics link, there are NO peer reviewed studies. None. Zip. Nada. So how did Dr. Naomi Bardach, the head honcho from Safe Schools, choose to answer? She bullshitted us like she was a high school sophomore faking a book report. There is no excuse at being this ignorant, and I don’t believe Dr. Bardach is. The logical conclusion then, is that Dr. Bardach just assumed the community was dumbed down enough by propaganda to accept this utter nonsense.
Shall we parse this out? Silly Rabbit, of course we shall! What do we get for an answer? Surely the highly qualified Dr. Bardach will speak to the recent study that was mentioned? No. Well, then surely Dr. Bardach will give the newest and latest studies regarding masks? No, and don’t call her Shirley. So, what does she give us? Two non-peer reviewed studies from 2020! Are you kidding me? They are going to require our schools to mask up and this is the best that they can come up with?
The first study that Dr. Bardach cites is the “Hair Salon Study” from July 14, 2020. Don’t get excited, not the Nancy Pelosi study—same time period though.

Of course, you will notice that the “study” consisted of just two hairstylist and 139 clients. This is what the CDC refers to as anecdotal, or observational evidence, and should not be relied upon to make policy. Don’t make me show you how many times these same people criticize and mock anything they don’t like for not being able to exceed these same standards, because everyone knows I can.
Next, were there any limitations to this “study”? I am so glad you asked! Yes, there were actually four limitations—take a look.
I see they relied on the 97% false positive PCR tests but look at the all of the limitations. The best this study can conclude is that face mask policy was “Likely a contributing factor”. Likely? Seriously Dr. Bardach? In addition, if you keep reading, one of the authors actually gets paid by big Pharma company Merck.
So how about the second study that the good doctor cited? Surely, that one will be more current? They had 18 months to perform a large, peer-reviewed study—and 103 years since the last time they tried to get the USA to mask up during the Spanish Flu—there should be a slew of them by this time. Alas, there is none, so we get this “Air Drop Masks to a Ship” study from June of 2020! The “observational only” caveat still applies.
This second study also has troubling limitations and was based on just 382 sailors on one ship. Keep in mind, that “peer reviewed” means that a study can be replicated and the data verified, no peer review means the opposite. I am wondering if I just buried the lede there?
So once again, Dr. Bardach proves there is no scientific evidence to mask up our schools. All she has is sloppy, conflict of interest, observational data.

Perhaps you'll appreciate this tome. I came across this at an antiques store. It was in a booth full of Kitchen stuff, cast iron mainly, but I literally walked by and glanced as I never really go in that booth. But something spun me around and led me to the back corner where I found a relative pristine hard copy of this book. Attached a PDF version.
I read it cover to cover immediately and it answered many questions I've developed over many years of research and faith. However, as with anything take it with a grain of salt. Use discernment. It is of Masonic Publishing (Macoy), but being supposedly letters from the Essene Brotherhood of Jerusalem to the Essene Brotherhood in Alexandria, Egypt, alone being enough to peak my interest. It may be completely made up, but it is a crazy rabbit-hole. If True, I respect Jesus even more so, without all the stuff requiring the suspension of disbelief and common sense.

A MAN has been dragged to death by a FedEx truck during protests in St Louis over the death of George Floyd.
Video captures the shocking moment as the 18-wheeler is surrounded by protesters while attempting to pass through the chaos on Friday.
The clip taken by witness Jared Arms shows the large white articulated truck, towing two trailers emblazoned with the FedEx logo, moving through the demonstrations over the death of Mr Floyd.
Screaming can then be heard, and a number of men surround the vehicle and begin to bang on the driver's side window.

Voices can be heard shouting "back the truck up" and people wave their arms to get the driver to move.
More screaming can then be heard as the huge vehicle starts moving forward, loudly sounding its horn.
Moments later what appears to be a man can be seen stuck between the wheels of the rear trailer as bystanders desperately try to to stop the truck.
The truck continues to move for a number of minutes before stopping further down the road as the Mr Arms gives chase shouting "this is f****d up".
Eventually the cameraman catches up with the FedEx truck.
A man in a white shirt can be seen with a torch checking what appears to be a body lying between the two trailers.
Cops then arrive on the scene to check on the victim as the awful footage draws to a close.
One witness posted on Twitter: "Me and many others tried pulling him from under the truck.
"He was under the tire for at least a minute before the truck started drive. We didn't have enough strength."
Police said the man died after being taken the hosptial and the incident is currently under investigation, reports St Louis Post-Dispatch.
In a statement to The US Sun, a spokeswoman for FedEx said: "We join all those who are grieving the events of this week.
"We are deeply saddened to learn of a tragic situation involving a demonstrator in St. Louis and one of our vehicles.
"We offer our sincerest condolences to the family of the individual involved.
"There is no higher priority for FedEx than safety, and we are cooperating fully with the investigating authorities at this time."
The incident comes as protests and violence erupts nationwide over the death of Mr Floyd in Minneapolis.
Mr Floyd - described by his family as a "gentle giant" - died after white police officer Derek Chauvin was caught on video kneeling on his neck as he pleaded "I can't breathe".
Footage shows Mr Floyd appear to go limp as Chauvin ignores his cries for help along with three other cops, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J. Alexander Kueng.
Chauvin has since been arrested for murder as outraged protesters turned to rioting and looting in Minneapolis.
Fury spread to other cities such as Atlanta, Washington DC, New York and Los Angeles as the shocking incident renews focus on police brutality and racism.

St. Louis, MO – The attorney for the family of the man killed by a FedEx big rig during a recent riot in St. Louis says the victim was physically incapable of looting.
In a recent interview with local news outlet KMOV, Nuru Witherspoon of the Witherspoon Law Group (WLG) says 29-year-old Barry Perkins III, of the Glasgow Village area, was needlessly killed by a FedEx tractor-trailer.
The deadly incident occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 30 after a group of protesters shut down Interstate 44.
Police diverted traffic from the interstate into downtown St. Louis leading to multiple attacks on big rigs along Broadway Street.
One of those attacks was on a FedEx tractor pulling doubles.
Widely circulated video shows rioters and looters pulling packages from the first of the twin trailers and tossing them to other people in the crowd and onto the ground.
Additional footage of the incident also reveals rioters jumping on the tractor and pounding on both the driver and passenger windows.
The driver and co-driver claim at least two guns were pointed at them from the passenger side of the truck as the trailer was being raided.
According to police, Perkins became stuck on the converter dolly between the dual trailers.
As the truck pulled away, authorities say Perkins was caught by one of the tires and pulled under the rig and dragged several blocks.
Witherspoon initially released a statement following the incident claiming Perkins was “peacefully protesting the death of George Floyd and was not looting when he was dragged” by the FedEx truck, thus placing the blame on the driver.
“There is no justification for running over a human being with a semi-truck,” he said.
He told KMOV the truck driver, whose identity has yet to be released, should have stopped when people began alerting him that Perkins was trapped underneath the rig.
Multiple people can be heard urging the driver to “Back up! Back up!” in an effort to save Perkins.
However, the trucker, certainly fearing for his safety and the safety of his co-driver, accelerated away from the danger.
Witherspoon says Perkins was only near the truck because he was attempting to move away from what he thought were gunshots from the crowd.
“There was some disturbance or some loud crack or boom or something that may have sounded like shots at a distance and he was trying to move away from the commotion,” Witherspoon said.

Further, Witherspoon argues Perkins was not physically capable of even participating in the looting of the big rig.
“He walks with somewhat of a limp, so he has physical limitations,” he said. “He wouldn’t even be physically capable of looting and doing those things.”
FedEx has indicated the company is fully cooperating with the investigation.
No charges have been filed against the trucker as of yet.
However, Witherspoon says he is hopeful to work out a deal with the transportation giant to keep from having to litigate the matter.
“If we have to end up in litigation and talk to a jury about the facts of the case, then that’s ultimately what we’re going to do, but if there can be some resolution then we’ll see if that’s even possible,” Witherspoon said. “For us, it is really about justice for Mr. Perkins. He left behind two children and I think that’s the tragedy in all of this.”

The widespread riots that have ensued after the killing of George Floyd have not only caused irreparable damage to property, but they've taken the lives of at least 17 Americans.
Some of the victims were either former or current law enforcement or innocent bystanders trying to get home or protect their business.
Those who have died so far during the riots:
David Dorn (77): Died protecting Lee's Pawn Jewelry from looters. He was a retired St. Louis Police officer who served the force for 38 years. He was shot in the torso by suspected rioters and died in the middle of the street.
Barry Perkins (29): Died after he was run over by a FedEx tractor-trailer in St. Louis. After being stopped by two men with guns, the driver feared for his life, honked the horn and sped away, unaware that Perkins was stuck on the converter dolly between the two trailers.
David McAtee (53): Died from a gunshot wound while serving food at his restaurant, Yaya's BBQ Shack, in Louisville. Someone in the crowd allegedly shot at National Guard officers during a protest. They returned fire, leaving McAtee dead shortly after midnight.
Dorian Murrell (18): Was shot and killed by Tyler Newby, 29, in Indianapolis. Newby was approached by Murrell and nine other men after Newby found a gas canister. The group asked him what he had found and pushed Newby to the ground. He pulled out his gun and shot Murrell, who was standing over him. Newby immediately turned himself in.
Italia Kelly (22): Was shot and killed during a protest in Iowa. Her family said she was protesting peacefully before the demonstrations devolved to violence. The shooter has not been identified.
Marquis M. Tousant (23): Was shot and killed in Iowa. Police found a semi-automatic handgun underneath Tousant's body. He was also seen in a video standing outside a jewelry store with a gun the same night he was killed.
Calvin L. Horton Jr. (43): Was fatally shot near the police department's Third Precinct in Minneapolis. He is believed to be the first death since the protests began.
James Scurlock (22): Was fatally shot by a bar owner during a physical altercation in Omaha. The shooter, Jake Gardner, was determined to have acted in self-defense.
Victor Cazares (27): Was shot and killed in Chicago during a riot. A town spokesperson said the shootings were a result of "outside agitators who were driving through Cicero seeking to cause trouble."
Patrick Underwood (53): Was gunned down by drive-by shooters reportedly targeting uniformed officers. Underwood was an officer in the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service. He was standing guard outside the U.S. Courthouse in Oakland.
Jorge Gomez (25): Was shot and killed by Las Vegas police during riots near the state's federal courthouse. Gomez, wearing body armor and armed with three weapons, raised his gun toward officers before being fatally shot.
Chris Beaty (38): Was reportedly shot and killed near his apartment building in Indianapolis, according to local media reports. Beaty was a former offensive lineman for Indiana University and a prominent businessman who owned several nightclubs.
Marvin Francois (50): Was shot and killed in Kansas City by three black men who were trying to steal his Jeep. Francois was a photographer who was documenting the protests. He was shot three times and died at the scene.
Not named yet:
A 29-year-old Chicago man was shot and killed by "outside agitators" during riots.
A male looter in his 20s was shot and killed by a gun store owner in Philadelphia.
A Philadelphia man was killed trying to blow up an ATM.
A Detroit man was shot and killed during protests. Local police are searching for a woman identified as a person of interest.
