Biden is completely wrong. First, Washington, D.C.’s Chief Medical Examiner Francisco J. Diaz determined back in April that Brian Sicknick died of natural causes, The media suggested for months that Sicknick died from injuries sustained during the riot before eventually updating their original stories. Of course, by then the damage was done, and the myth of Sicknick succumbing to injuries had become accepted as fact by this point. “These are the kind of things that the KGB and the Stasi used to do,” noted PJM’s Rick Moran after the medical examiner’s report was released. “Now Democrats are doing it here. And they’re getting a helping hand from a ‘free press’ that has stooped to licking the hands of its political masters to gain favor and wealth.”

But, you know what worse than the media’s false assumptions about the cause of Sicknick’s death? The continued perpetuation of the falsehood after it was proven wrong. Biden most certainly was briefed on the medical examiner’s report, so he’s deliberately lying about the circumstances about Sicknick’s death. Why would he do that? One might conclude that it gives the Biden administration political cover to use the power of government to crush Biden’s political enemies by perpetuating that false narrative.

FEC Rules in Favor of DNC Operative in Ukraine Collusion Investigation

Democratic commissioners tried to bury the April ruling

All three Republicans on the Federal Election Commission in April ruled in favor of a Democratic National Committee contractor accused of colluding with the Ukrainian government to hurt the Trump campaign, according to documents released Wednesday.

Ellen Weintraub, the Democratic chairwoman of the FEC, joined the three Republicans on the commission in voting to clear Ukrainian-American activist Alexandra Chalupa of violating campaign finance laws during the 2016 presidential campaign. A conservative watchdog group in 2017 accused Chalupa of colluding with the Ukrainian embassy to conduct opposition research on Trump campaign official Paul Manafort.

Republican FEC commissioners accused their Democratic counterparts of trying to keep the April ruling from going public. Weintraub broke with the Republicans by voting to keep the case file from being released. Evidence obtained in the investigation could open the Democratic Party up to charges of hypocrisy because of its contacts with Ukrainian officials. The decision could also undercut the position of FEC Democrats, who have accused the Trump campaign of accepting illegal donations from foreigners.

"The ruling hurts the Democrat position on all the cases against Trump. It hurts [Weintraub's] position to say that the DNC asking the Ukrainians for something is not a thing of value," said James Trainor, a Republican FEC commissioner.

"It's full-on Trump derangement syndrome at the Commission," Trainor told the Washington Free Beacon.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust accused Chalupa in August 2017 of working with the Ukrainian embassy to conduct opposition research on the Trump campaign and Manafort, who had been an adviser to former Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych. The allegation was based on a Jan. 11, 2017, Politico report that Chalupa solicited help from Ukrainian officials. Chalupa acknowledged that she researched Manafort but denied receiving information from the Ukrainian government.

But emails uncovered in the investigation show that DNC officials did seek contact with the Ukrainian embassy.

In one email from March 2016, DNC communications director Luis Miranda asked Chalupa to contact the Ukrainian embassy in an attempt to plant a question with ABC News at a press conference for then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko.

Chalupa contacted Ukrainian embassy official Oksana Shulyar suggesting that she arrange for Poroshenko to accept a question about Manafort. Chalupa notified Miranda that she had contacted the embassy regarding a planted question, writing in an email that "The Ambassador has the messaging."

The DNC efforts to plant a question with Poroshenko failed after handlers for the Ukrainian leader said they wanted to avoid weighing in on U.S. politics.

With its 4-2 vote, the commission overrode FEC lawyers' recommendation to find Chalupa and the DNC in violation of regulations barring solicitation of foreign help. The three Republican commissioners and Weintraub disagreed with the lawyers' assessment, saying that Chalupa did not explicitly request that Poroshenko issue a comment about Manafort.

L.A. Sheriff Says ‘Paid Activists’ Are Behind Opposition To Cleaning Up Homeless Encampments

County Sheriff Alex Villanueva on Monday lashed out at some homeless advocates he says are “paid activists” who are impeding his efforts to help transients living at Venice Beach obtain services and housing.

While he did not mention any names, Villanueva posted an image on Facebook showing Ricci Sergienko, a progressive organizer with the People’s City Council-L.A., shouting at the sheriff while disrupting his media interviews on the boardwalk last week

A LinkedIn profile in Sergienko’s name indicates he has worked as an associate strategist with the Adriel Hampton Group since January 2020. At that time, Sergienko was also an organizer for Sunrise Movement LA, an environmental advocacy organization. He co-founded the People’s City Council two months later as the pandemic emerged.

The progressive digital strategy company’s website says it “helped defeat Trump with voter education and activation programs” and specializes in “content creation and distribution strategies.” At least two members identified as part of its “team” are also organizers with the People’s City Council, including Sarah Goldzweig, who handles “planning & design, content production,” and Astrid Cota, a graphic designer..In addition to the People’s City Council, Sergienko is also part of a progressive activist alliance tied to the company called the Really Online Lefty League, recognized for “his candidate bird-dogging videos and other direct actions” that “can be seen across the social web.”

He described Villanueva’s accusations as a “blatant disregard for the truth and bullying.”

People’s City Council includes other activist groups and is allied with Black Lives Matter. The coalition has condemned the sheriff’s incremental plan to clear the Venice Beach boardwalk of homeless encampments, accusing Villanueva of ordering “an armed displacement” while using “fascist rhetoric” to “intimidate and harass unhoused people.” Sergienko and other PCC organizers suggest Villanueva is a member of a “gang” of tattooed Latino sheriff’s deputies known as the “Banditos.”

“I’m disappointed that these paid activists interrupted our important job of getting services for the homeless to demand that I ‘take off my shirt’ to prove that I don’t have tattoos,” Villanueva posted on a Facebook page promoting his re-election campaign. “I was not educated to disrespect others this way and I would expect the same from others.”

Arrest Warrant Issued for Eric Swalwell Process Server Who Allegedly Entered Mo Brooks’ Home

An Alabama arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for a process server for Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) who allegedly entered Rep. Mo Brooks’ (R-AL) home.

“My wife, Martha, was scared to death when she discovered a stranger in our home hovering over her like a hawk!” Brooks wrote in a press release. “Fortunately, the fright soon turned into anger and Martha chased Swalwell’s teammate out of our house like a stray, scalded dog. You don’t mess with Martha! I am proud as can be to have her as my wife!”

The warrant, issued for Christian Seklecki of Georgia for the Class A misdemeanor of first-degree criminal trespass, is in response to a June 6 incident when, according to surveillance video from Brooks’ home, Seklecki allegedly entered the Brooks’ home without their knowledge or permission.

“Mo and I take our security very seriously, as do all families,” Martha Brooks said. “My hope is that my actions today will cause the process server to think twice before illegally invading the sanctity of someone else’s home, and put those who would threaten our security on notice that we will pursue illegal actions to the fullest extent of the law.”

Swalwell’s team allegedly entered the Brooks’ house to serve a lawsuit to hold Brooks culpable for the January 6 riot.

“Well, Swalwell FINALLY did his job, served complaint (on my WIFE). HORRIBLE Swalwell’s team committed a CRIME by unlawfully sneaking INTO MY HOUSE & accosting my wife! Alabama Code 13A-7-2: 1st degree criminal trespass. Year in jail. $6000 fine. More to come!” he tweeted June 6.

Swalwell’s attorneys apparently had difficulty serving Brooks with the lawsuit, a necessary part of due process to begin a lawsuit.

CNN reported June 2 that Federal Judge Amit Mehta “gave the Democrat’s legal team another 60 days to get to Brooks with their formal notification” and would not “allow the US Marshals to deliver the lawsuit to the Republican congressman due to ‘separation of powers concerns.’”

During the meeting Biden asked Putin about the Colonial Pipeline cyber attack. “When I talked about the pipeline that was hit with ransomware in the United States, I looked at him and I said, ‘How would you feel if ransomware took the pipelines from your oil fields?’” Biden said. Putin noted that “it would matter.”
