Laptop from hell pics are taken in a certain area of CA. Most is under fedal ownership except a complex mosaic of
publicly and privately owned lands within the SMMNRA boundary. The properties are also mentioned in the global climate study and In 2008, Congress passed the Rim of the Valley Corridor Study Act, introduced by Congressman Adam
Schiff pertaining to this exact area… whats up with this land? Who owns it? Why is shifty, congress, and the climate accord do interested in it? Little help here…I found mtiple government bills and docs that this land has been slipped into granting it special conditions.. anyone familiar with this area have any incite?
