Okay what the fuck is Q+/POTUS waiting for? This Flynn sauga is never ending with the DC circuit of judges now throwing the case back in the hands of the corrupt judge Sullivan.

Anyone have any idea what the fuck is going on and what the fuck the supposed *plan* is? Because at this point I cannot say I know. Trust the plan, Trust the plan but what the fuck is the plan? Keeping Flynn gagged up in legal battles forever?

The only guaranteed way that Flynn goes free at this point is either a blanket pardon, or Trump is re-elected, giving this enough time to play out, possibly up to SCOTUS (plus some new DC Circuit appointments when vacant wouldn’t hurt either)

A “Biden” admin is really an Obama 3rd term. “Biden” will absolutely reverse DOJ’s position here and continue the Flynn prosecution, if only to “vindicate” Obama’s hatred of Flynn and Democrats disgust at anything Bill Barr does

Yeah they are going to try and slow roll this past the election. Flynn will never be cleared except with a pardon. DC Circuit allows Sullivan to sentence Flynn guilty. Flynn has to appeal sentence. DC Circuit upholds sentence. Flynn goes to Supreme Court. He loses 5-4 and behold the US Justice System is overthrown. Meaning, a judge can prosecute and judge at the same time. It is peak clown world. I see martial law before elections. It is the only way.

Basically I can't see how it can go further than this because there is no accusation any more and a court cannot force a plaintiff to continue charges. That's my understanding. I think this is the last hit, but I don't know. I don't think they can find him guilty because there are no charges.

"The court finds Michael Flynn guilty of 0 counts of lying to FBI, 0 counts of purjury, and 0 counts of obstruction of justice. We will hereby give you the maximum sentance of ____ per count (anything x 0 = 0)."

It just doesn't seem likely.
