Alice, the article states conducted the hack of the DNC email server ordered by Hillary Clinton who was looking for leakers (to punish) as her campaign was unraveling.

This is big news, as it would mean Seth Rich did not do the hack. What the article does not address is that if Seth Rich was identified as a leaker in the hack conducted by "Alice" than his murder was not ordered for hacking the DNC server but was ordered for leaking. (the hack was to only view, not remove any material)

Hillary was the one that ordered the hack in 2016, it would have been Hillary who was ultimately responsible for the murder of Seth Rich. This puts Podesta's statement about "making an example" in a different light as they were in 2015, much before this hack.

Alice, Irina Shevchenko is purported to be the best of the hackers. The group she was affiliated with, Shaltay Boltay, assigned names to team members from Lewis Carroll's Through The Looking Glass. The self assigned leader was "Lewis". Team member Aleksandr Filimonov was the "Mad Hatter" (MH).

They also had a registered business in Thailand: Q Property Real Estate Agency. ( I know, you can't make this shit up)

Interesting that she also worked with the group handling the information operation associated with the downed airliner MH-17. (I know, no coincidence's?)

The group are primarily Ukrainians. They were, with the exception of "Alice", lured out of Ukraine and arrested by Russian FSB and tried, convicted and sentenced for computer crimes. Their Russian colleagues were tried for treason.

Alice is involved with Konstantin Tepljako "March Hare" (also MH). They were arrested in December 2016. They were slated for trial in early 2017. There were plea bargains made resulting in sentencing agreements later in the year. So there were plea bargains going on in early 2017 that resulted in the Russians cutting a deal with the hackers in September 2017.

As they were working with many of the "Usual Suspects" named in the article: "The Obama-Biden administration, FBI, ODNI, CIA, FBI, Robert Mueller, DNC, Hillary Clinton, Team Clinton, Alexandra Chalupa, the US Embassy in Kiev, the Kerry State Department, Ukrainian government, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Ukrainian Ministry of Information Policy, SCL, IOTA-Global, Cambridge Analytica, the Atlantic Council, Crowdstrike(Alperovitch), Bellingcat, Aaron Weisburd, and a host of DNC related groups" it stands to reason that the plea bargain was an intelligence windfall for the Russians concerning the 2016 election mischief and subsequent coup's.

To top it all off, towhead Irina Shevchenko, "Alice", could easily be the "White Rabbit". I wonder what else she's been up to.

Following the timelines

Plea bargains reached by the Ukrainians in September 2017 seem to have had some immediate consequences. Russia gets an intelligence Bonanza. The reference to "signatures" could mean between the Shaltay Boltay and the Russians.

If Shatay Boltay spilled their guts as part of the plea deal ( Alice?) and the Russians shared that information with Trump either before or after some sort of deal (that we haven't heard about, yet), the Signatures wouldn't even be dry yet when Jared Kushner made his impromptu visit to SA, returning on Saturday, 10/28/2017.

It's patently obvious that the Kushner visit resulted in a far reaching agreement with consequences we're still seeing today with all of the peace deals being negotiated. We "signed" a deal with "Wonderland".

06-07/2016 Hillary ordered the "hack" to identify leakers during the campaign in 2016.

07/10/2016 Seth Rich was murdered.

Mandatory vaccines are ‘necessary in democratic society,’ don’t infringe human rights, EU court rules

Making children get jabs for common diseases is ‘necessary in democratic society’ and is in their best interests, the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Thursday in a landmark decision against anti-vaxxers.

It’s the first time the ECHR has ruled on mandatory vaccinations for children against common diseases. While the case dealt with the Czech Republic’s laws that require schoolchildren to have jabs against diseases like whooping cough, tetanus and measles, it has implications when it comes to compulsory Covid jabs.

Nicolas Hervieu, a legal expert specializing in the ECHR, said the ruling reinforces the possibility of compulsory vaccination under the current coronavirus pandemic conditions.

A panel of judges ruled 16-1 that the Czech health policy that prevented unvaccinated children from attending nurseries or schools was consistent with “the best interests” of children.

“The… measures could be regarded as being ‘necessary in a democratic society,” the court ruled.

The objective has to be that every child is protected against serious diseases, through vaccination or by virtue of herd immunity.

The judges dismissed the appeal brought by six Czech nationals who were fined for failing to comply with mandatory vaccination rules or whose children were denied admission to nursery school for the same reason. The parents had claimed that the mandatory jab rules violated their human rights.

“The objective had to be to protect every child against serious diseases,” the court ruled.

It said that the need for compulsory vaccination in the Czech Republic represented the national authorities’ answer to the pressing social need to protect individual and public health against diseases and “to guard against any downward trend in the rate of vaccination among children.”

The court said that while mandatory vaccinations raised sensitive issues, the value of social solidarity to protect the health of all members of society, particularly those who were especially vulnerable, required everyone to assume a minimum risk by having jabs.

There was no immediate reaction from the six who appealed the case to the ECHR.

A mayor in central Venezuela has become the target of a government inquiry, after he began posting red markings on homes with Covid-positive residents, apparently as a way to warn locals to stay away.

The official, Luis Duque, posted a video to social media showing himself standing in front of a white paper sign featuring a red circle with a line drawn through it plastered onto the exterior of a home.

“We are protecting our people,” he said in the clip, adding: “This indicates that there is a Covid case or a suspected Covid case, so the people are alert.”

The mayor of Sucre municipality, located in Yaracuy state, told local radio that extreme measures were needed to protect against a second wave of the virus. Those who did not comply with quarantine rules could see a cut to their state benefits, including food relief, he warned. Violators could also be slapped with high fines.

Although Duque is a member of President Nicolas Maduro’s ruling United Socialist Party, it appears that Caracas didn’t take kindly to his zealous Covid policies.

The country’s chief prosecutor, Tarek Saab, denounced the markings as “segregation” and said he would open an investigation into the matter, adding that officials were now working to remove all the offending signs.

Wyoming Governor Signs Bill Requiring Voters to Present Identification

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon this week signed into law a bill that requires voters to present photo identification in order to vote.

The Republican governor signed House Bill 75 that requires voters to present proof of valid government-issued identification before voting at a polling place or an absentee polling place. Identification could include a driver’s license, a tribal identification card, a Wyoming identification card, a U.S. passport, a U.S. military card, an ID from a university or public school within the state, or a Medicare or Medicaid insurance card.

The bill passed both chambers of the state legislature last Thursday with an overwhelming majority.

In a statement to The Epoch Times, State Rep. Chuck Gray, a Republican who sponsored the legislation, described the passage at the time as “a victory for the citizens of Wyoming.”

“It is a necessary function of our Republic to provide our citizens with confidence that our elections are secure, fair, and valid. Even though it took over 20 years for us to pass this necessary legislation, I am proud that we were able to meet this important milestone for Wyoming,” he added.

Meanwhile, some Democrats in the state have argued that the law would impose unnecessary burdens on voters, which they argue would result in “voter suppression.”

“I think when you look at how our election structure works, we need to do everything in our power to encourage (voting), especially with our young people, our new people, our people of color, and those less fortunate. This bill doesn’t encourage that,” said Rep. Andi Clifford, a Democrat who challenged the bill.

The Wyoming chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union said in a statement that it opposes the bill but did not indicate whether it would launch a challenge.

The enactment of the bill comes amid a contentious battle over voting rights and election integrity that was triggered following the expansion of absentee voting during 2020 election. Voter ID laws have long been opposed by the Democrat party, which characterizes such laws as “voter suppression.” They are concerned that some Americans do not hold any proper documentation needed to meet the requirement.

Meanwhile, voter ID laws are common in Republican-led states but usually impose the requirement for in-person voting.

US adds Chinese supercomputing entities to economic blacklist

The U.S. Commerce Department said Thursday it was adding seven Chinese supercomputing entities to a U.S. economic blacklist for assisting Chinese military efforts.

The department is adding Tianjin Phytium Information Technology, Shanghai High-Performance Integrated Circuit Design Center, Sunway Microelectronics, the National Supercomputing Center Jinan, the National Supercomputing Center Shenzhen, the National Supercomputing Center Wuxi, and the National Supercomputing Center Zhengzhou to its blacklist. The Commerce Department said the seven were "involved with building supercomputers used by China’s military actors, its destabilizing military modernization efforts, and/or weapons of mass destruction programs." The Chinese Embassy in Washington did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

"Supercomputing capabilities are vital for the development of many – perhaps almost all – modern weapons and national security systems, such as nuclear weapons and hypersonic weapons, Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said in a statement. Companies or others listed on the U.S. Entity List are required to apply for licenses from the Commerce Department that face tough scrutiny when they seek permission to receive items from U.S. suppliers. The new rules take effect immediately but do not apply to goods from U.S. suppliers already en route.

White House announces 6 ‘initial’ executive actions on gun control

Today, the Biden-Harris Administration is announcing six initial actions to address the gun violence public health epidemic. The recent high-profile mass shootings in Boulder – taking the lives of 10 individuals – and Atlanta – taking the lives of eight individuals, including six Asian American women – underscored the relentlessness of this epidemic. Gun violence takes lives and leaves a lasting legacy of trauma in communities every single day in this country, even when it is not on the nightly news. In fact, cities across the country are in the midst of a historic spike in homicides, violence that disproportionately impacts Black and brown Americans. The President is committed to taking action to reduce all forms of gun violence – community violence, mass shootings, domestic violence, and suicide by firearm.

President Biden is reiterating his call for Congress to pass legislation to reduce gun violence. Last month, a bipartisan coalition in the House passed two bills to close loopholes in the gun background check system. Congress should close those loopholes and go further, including by closing “boyfriend” and stalking loopholes that currently allow people found by the courts to be abusers to possess firearms, banning assault weapons and high capacity magazines, repealing gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability, and investing in evidence-based community violence interventions. The Justice Department, within 30 days, will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of “ghost guns.” We are experiencing a growing problem: criminals are buying kits containing nearly all of the components and directions for finishing a firearm within as little as 30 minutes and using these firearms to commit crimes. When these firearms turn up at crime scenes, they often cannot be traced by law enforcement due to the lack of a serial number. The Justice Department will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of these firearms.

The Justice Department, within 60 days, will issue a proposed rule to make clear when a device marketed as a stabilizing brace effectively turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act. The alleged shooter in the Boulder tragedy last month appears to have used a pistol with an arm brace, which can make a firearm more stable and accurate while still being concealable.

The Justice Department, within 60 days, will publish model “red flag” legislation for states. Red flag laws allow family members or law enforcement to petition for a court order temporarily barring people in crisis from accessing firearms if they present a danger to themselves or others. The President urges Congress to pass an appropriate national “red flag” law, as well as legislation incentivizing states to pass “red flag” laws of their own. In the interim, the Justice Department’s published model legislation will make it easier for states that want to adopt red flag laws to do so.

Tennessee Governor Signs Constitutional Carry Bill Into Law

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee (R) signed a constitutional carry bill, also known as the permitless carry bill, into law on Thursday.

The law goes into effect on July 1.

“I signed constitutional carry today because it shouldn’t be hard for law-abiding Tennesseans to exercise their #2A rights. Thank you members of the General Assembly and NRA for helping get this done,” Governor Lee said.

Governor Lee signed the constitutional carry bill into law as Joe Biden attacked the Second Amendment and called on Congress to take action and pass more gun control laws.

The legislation allows military members ages 18 to 20, and adults 20 and older to carry open or concealed handguns without a permit. Currently, gun owners have to take a training course before carrying a handgun.

It also increases punishments for certain gun crimes. The theft of a firearm will be increased from a misdemeanor to a felony and requires six months jail time for the offense.

While the bill was a priority this year for Gov. Lee, it has received criticism from numerous groups, including law enforcement over concerns it would increase crime. However, supporters claim they’re supporting 2nd Amendment rights.

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker Says ‘No’ to Vaccine Passports

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (R) on Wednesday voiced opposition to issuing a state-mandated vaccine passport as proof individuals have received a coronavirus vaccine.

Boston Herald reports:

“I think having a conversation about creating a barrier before people have even had an opportunity to be eligible to be vaccinated — let’s focus on getting people vaccinated,” Baker said Wednesday, replying only “no” to reporters’ questions about a state vaccine passport system.

The Republican governor’s stance came the day after two lawmakers sent a letter urging Baker and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito [R-MA] to develop a “robust framework” for vaccine verification as other states move forward with plans.

Baker’s remarks follow Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) issuing executive orders prohibiting state-directed vaccine passports over growing concerns about the curbing of civil liberties.

Abbott issued an executive order Tuesday which not only bars vaccine passports but also blocks state agencies from receiving public funds for creating such documentation.

“Texans are returning to normal life as more people get the safe and effective COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] vaccine. But as I’ve said all along, these vaccines are always voluntary and never forced,” the Texas Republican said in a statement. “Government should not require any Texan to show proof of vaccination and reveal health information just to go about their daily lives. That is why I have issued an executive order that prohibits government-mandated vaccine passports in Texas. We will continue to vaccinate more Texans and protect public health — and we will do so without treading on Texans’ personal freedoms.”

On Friday, DeSantis issued an executive order effectively banning the use of vaccine passports in Florida. The directive also prevents businesses from requiring customers to show proof of vaccination.

“There was never under discussion any mandates to take vaccines. Florida Senate Passes Bill Promoting ‘Intellectual Freedom And Viewpoint Diversity’ In Colleges

A new bill protecting “intellectual freedom and viewpoint diversity” in public colleges and universities in Florida was passed Wednesday by the Florida state Senate.

The House Bill 233 was passed on a 23-15 vote and has already been sent to Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Tampa Bay Times reported. The legislation will require post-secondary educational institutions to survey students, faculty and staff about their political views and prohibit universities from limiting speech that “may be uncomfortable, disagreeable or offensive,” according to the document.

The bill mandates Florida College System’s institutions to conduct “annual assessments of the intellectual freedom and viewpoint diversity” which should determine the “extent to which competing ideas and perspectives are presented and members of the university community… feel free to express their beliefs,” the bill reads.

The bill also bars higher educational institutions from “shielding” its students, faculty and staff “from free speech protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution” and allows students to “record video or audio of class lectures” for a variety of purposes, including using the recorded material “as evidence in, or in preparation for, a criminal or civil proceeding.”

The critics of the bill argue that granting such rights to students may result in faculty members being punished for exercising their freedom of expression in class, according to Tampa Bay Times. Democrats also fear that the bill’s protection of “uncomfortable” speech may amplify the voices of groups, such as the Ku Klux Klan and the Proud Boys, according to the report.

“I don’t think that it’s dangerous,” Republican state senator Ray Wesley Rodrigues, the sponsor of the bill, said in defense of the legislation. “Other states that have gone down this road have actually found it educational and beneficial. I think that it would be educational and beneficial in the state of Florida as well.”
