In an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller, Trump said he believes Mar-a-Lago is worth $1.8 billion and that his disclaimer clause tells anyone reviewing his data to do their own research and analysis, saying it is a non- reliance clause. Trump told the Caller he has not defrauded anyone and that the banks do not even know why they are involved.

“The banks are happy. The banks got paid fully. They had the best lawyers in the country. They got all their money. They got all their interest. The banks have stated that they are thrilled. They got paid. They don’t even know why they are being involved in this thing,” Trump told the Caller.

“I built a great company and I have a disclaimer clause in the agreement. He says that Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 million dollars when it is worth probably 100 times that, 1.8 billion dollars and there are others in there too,” he continued.

“It is a rogue judge it is a rogue AG. I have a clause that is a phenomenal clause. But this is election interference at the highest level.”

“There is no bank that was defrauded, there’s nobody was that was defrauded. There is very little money relative to my net worth. I’m very liquid, I built a great company,” he added.

The Caller asked Trump how much he thinks this will affect him and his business, to which he said he does not think a judge can allow this to happen.

“It affects New York. I can’t answer that. I can’t imagine that anybody would allow this to stay. The judge was unable to answer questions today. He was unable to, he didn’t know the answers. This is a witch hunt to the likes no one has ever seen. This is all coming out of Washington. This all has to do with this stuff. If I wasn’t running I wouldn’t have any cases,” Trump said.

Real estate insiders have questioned the judge’s ruling.

Tensions boiled over during the House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday as Democratic Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin attempted to bring former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani into the impeachment inquiry hearing.

Raskin motioned for a recorded vote to subpoena Giuliani and Lev Parnas, who both arranged interviews with former Ukraine prosecutors about Biden and his son, to testify before a committee hearing. Comer, the chairman of the Oversight Committee, pushed back against the request and told Raskin he will be provided evidence regarding President Joe Biden’s alleged influence-peddling scheme to benefit his son, Hunter, who conducted overseas business dealings.

“I’d like to ask for a recorded vote on that, Mr. Chairman. This is on a subpoena of the two key figures, Rudy Giuliani and Lev Parnas,” Raskin said.

“Key figures for what?” Comer asked.

“But in your theory about why President Biden should be impeached,” the Democrat said.

“I think this is gonna be an informative hearing for you, Mr. Raskin, because we want to present evidence,” the chairman replied.

“What evidence? There’s no evidence witness, there’s no fact witnesses,” Raskin said.

“Just sit back and let the American people see the hearing, and let the American people decide,”Comer said.

Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez then called for a “point of parliamentary inquiry.”

“No, listen!” Comer pushed back. “Everybody’s gonna get five minutes, I’m gonna present the witnesses. Everyone’s gonna get a chance, five minutes. I let the ranking member go way over time in his opening statement, but we are going to abide by the five minutes.”

“There’s a motion on the floor,” several representatives then interrupted.

The committee voted over Raskin’s motion on the floor to subpoena Giuliani and Parnas. The results of the votes were 20 in favor and 19 in opposition.

In June, Raskin released a letter including a partial transcript of questions that Giuliani and Parnas asked Burisma Energy founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who falsely said “[n]o one from Burisma ever had any contacts with VP [Joe] Biden or people working for him during Hunter Biden’s engagement” with the energy company, where Hunter served on the board of Burisma from 2014 to 2019.

An email from Hunter’s abandoned laptop indicated that then-Vice President Biden metwith Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi in 2014 at a World Food Program USA charity dinner organized by Hunter.

The Maryland representative attempted to debunk the allegations that Biden took a bribe from Zlochevsky after an FD-1023 formhanded to Republican Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley alleged that the Burisma owner paid Biden and his son $5 million each to fire Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who investigated the company for corruption.

Hunter Biden was paid $80,000 per month by Burisma, according to bank records released by House Oversight.

Comer scheduled the hearing for Thursday to examine the “constitutional and legal questions surrounding the president’s involvement in corruption and abuse of public office.”

So locals are asking: why is their school board committed to pushing a pro-transgender agenda throughout its school system?

It turns out that the woke school board decided to push the transgender agenda without following Missouri law, which caught the attention of the Missouri Attorney General who filed suit against the Wentzville school board this week.

The Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey alleges in its complaint that the faction of the school board in Wentzville illegally developed and promoted pro-transgender policies by making the policies in secret. The process was not legal, the Attorney General alleges, because the school board improperly following the open meetings law. Specifically, the complaint says they met in secret and developed a plan and strategy to push this hard-left agenda on kids without the public’s knowledge and consent.

The three conservatives on the school board are: Jen Olson, David Lewis, Renee Henke. The three leftists on the board are: President Jason Goodson, Katie Lyczak, and Julie Scott. Local activists are hopeful that Shannon Stolle will side with the pro-parents group and ends up as a swing vote but has been inconsistent.

Philadelphia rocked by second night of widespread looting as startling videos show aftermath

The City of Brotherly Love faced a second consecutive night of widespread looting, with footage showing hooded women grabbing supplies from a beauty store and the glass windows of a liquor store shattered after the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board closed all of its locations in Philadelphia.

Store security footage obtained by CBS News showed a group of women busting through the glass front door of Nat’s Beauty Supply in Mayfair early Thursday.

They could be seen indiscriminately pulling hair extensions and wigs off the shelves of the store, which owner Claudia Silmeas opened just six months ago.

“It’s just me doing everything,” she told CBS 3. “I don’t know what to think, I don’t know who to call. Everything is missing.”

Other footage posted online by Fox 29’s Steve Keeley captured Fine Wine & Good Spirits on Adams Avenue blasted apart after a group of organized thieves targeted the store.

It showed the windows smashed, with glass scattered across the parking lot.

Inside, the shelves were emptied and boxes and broken bottles lined the floor.

The thieves also made off with a safe and a lottery machine from the state-run chain store, according to the Daily Mail.

“It appears they took all they could and left a lot behind,” a source told Keely, who added that a sneaker store had also been targeted.

Two people have been taken into custody for the liquor store theft after responding officers found the pair loading up a car with merchandise around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, ABC 6 reported.

The vandalism occurred even though the state Liquor Control Board closed all 48 of its Philadelphia stores, and one in suburban Cheltenham, following similar burglaries at least 18 other locations the night before, when the city descended into chaos.

No liquor store employees were injured Tuesday night, but “some were understandably shaken,” liquor board spokesperson Shawn Kelly said in a statement.

He added that the stores were “closed in the interest of employee safety, and while we assess the damage and loss that occurred.

“We will reopen stores when it is safe to do so, and when the damage is repaired.”

As of Thursday morning, there has been no update on when that may be.

An email released Wednesday by the House Ways and Means Committee shows Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf ordered investigators in August 2020 to remove any reference to “Political Figure 1” from a search warrant. A document subsequently released showed that President Joe Biden is “Political Figure 1.”

“As a priority, someone needs to redraft attachment B,” Wolf wrote in an email. “I am not sure what this is cut and pasted from but other than the attribution location, and identity stuff at the end, none of it is appropriate and within the scope of this warrant.”

“Please focus on FARA [Foreign Agents Registration Act] evidence only. There should be nothing about Political Figure 1 in here,” she added.

A second document the committee released Wednesday showed “Political Figure 1” is “Former Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.”

The document says:

VP BIDEN is currently the Democratic Party Presidential candidate for the United States and served as the 47th officeholder for the position of the Office of the Vice President of the United States (VPOTUS) in the Barack Obama Administration from January 20, 2009 to January 20, 2017. He is the father of SUBJECT 1.

The documents were made public after the committee voted to approve more disclosures from IRS whistleblowers. Wolf is at the center of additional allegations levied by IRS whistleblowers.

The committee also released information from a May 2021 report generated by IRS investigators that noted Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Kevin Morris, could have committed campaign finance violations — which Wolf told investigators to ignore. “There may be campaign finance criminal violations based on interviews and a review of the evidence,” Wolf allegedly stated. But a Department of Justice (DOJ) official told the investigators to ignore the allegation, noting she was not “personally interested,” IRS whistleblower handwritten notes show:

IRS whistleblowers also alleged Wolf refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe Biden being “the big guy” and that the DOJ twice prevented Weiss from bringing stronger charges against Hunter Biden.

The recent revelations come as House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) held the first impeachment inquiry hearing. “At least ten times, Joe Biden lied to the American people that he never spoke to his family about their business dealings,” Comer said in his opening statement.

Georgia Senate GOP Caucus Ousts Senator for Trying to Remove Fani Willis from Office

The Georgia Senate Republican caucus voted on Thursday to remove State Sen. Colton Moore from the caucus for taking a first step in August to defund, investigate, and possibly impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who levied 13 counts against former President Donald Trump.

In a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp (R), Moore announced an initiative in August to begin an emergency session to conduct a thorough investigation into the actions undertaken by Willis. An emergency legislative special session can come about two ways in Georgia: The governor can call an emergency session, or one can be called if 3/5 of both legislative chambers sign a letter demanding it.

Kemp and State Senate Republicans apparently oppose working to investigate, defund, and impeach Willis, and instead ousted Moore. “Today’s removal is a direct result of me calling on my Republican colleagues in the Senate to do their job and sign onto an emergency session to investigate Fani Willis,” Colton said in a statement exclusively obtained by Breitbart News:

Recent Rasmussen polling shows that 82 percent of Georgia Republicans say Trump is unfairly prosecuted by Willis. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans also say they are not satisfied with tax dollars being used to prosecute Trump. Another 74 percent of Republicans support the Georgia legislature convening a special session to stop Willis from prosecuting Trump.

Despite the feasible mechanisms and polling popularity, Kemp and many state Republicans dismissed Moore’s initiative out of hand. “Let me be clear: We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior,” Kemp said in August. “Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis’ actions, or lack thereof, warrant action by the Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission.”

Trump, along with many populist Republicans, praised Moore for “doing something” against what they term “the weaponization of the justice system.” “A highly respected Georgia State Senator called Moore deserves thanks and congratulations of everyone for having the courage and conviction to fight the radical left lunatics,” Trump said in a video.

“With almost no retribution for those murders. Shockingly indicted your favorite president, me, for a perfect phone call. She is very bad for America,” he added. “She is very bad for Georgia.”

Mouthwashes contain deadly chemicals linked to HEART problems, CANCER, study finds

New research out of Turkey has found that many consumer mouthwash products currently on the market are loaded with deadly chemicals that are linked to cardiovascular disease, cancer, and more.

Turkish researchers looked at 45 mouthwash formulas used by 17 different commercial mouthwash brands sold at Istanbul's five largest chain stores – many of these brands and formulas are also used in mouthwash products in the United States, by the way.

Depending on the ingredient ratios and concentrations, some of the oral hygiene products with similar-looking labels were found to be more toxic than others, and more likely to cause the potentially life-threatening health conditions outlined in the study.

Side effects of using these toxic mouthwash products were found to range from mild to severe. Some caused minor skin irritation while others caused users to develop headaches. In a worst-case scenario, using a toxic mouthwash product could cause you to get so sick that you die.

The study determined the following concerning the 45 mouthwash formulas tested:

1) Glycerin, associated with kidney and liver deterioration, was found in 31, or more than 68 percent, of tested mouthwashes.

2) Sodium saccharin, an artificial sweetener known to cause cancer, was found in 29, or more than 64 percent, of tested mouthwashes.

3) Propylene glycol, a chemical linked to organ failure when consumed in larger amounts, was found in 28, or about 62 percent, of tested mouthwashes.

More than 15 percent of tested mouthwashes contain a chemical that causes TOOTH DECAY

Amazingly, a handful of the mouthwashes tested, seven out of 45, or just over 15 percent, were found to contain an antiseptic chemical called chlorhexidine gluconate that causes tooth decay, which kind of defeats the purpose of a mouthwash that supposedly supports oral health.

Other questionable ingredients in the mouthwash formulas tested include cetylpyridinium chloride, a plaque-reducing agent, and acid orange 7 dye, both of which can discolor and stain teeth.

"The limited array of mouthwashes found on store shelves poses a concern for both oral and public health," the study authors wrote in their paper, which was published in the International Dental Journal – you can access the full study for free at ScienceDirect.com.

State Rep. John Rogers (D) — who previously gained national attention over controversial remarks that he made about abortion — has been indicted on federal obstruction of justice, according to prosecutors.

Rogers was indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of obstruction of justice in case that centers around an alleged scheme to defraud the Jefferson County Community Service Fund.

“A 25-count superseding indictment filed this week in United States District Court charges Varrie Johnson Kindall, 58, of Chelsea, with one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, 11 counts of wire fraud, 3 counts of mail fraud, 1 count of money laundering, and 4 tax related charges,” said a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice.

“Additionally, the superseding indictment charges John Rogers, 82, and Kindall with 2 counts of obstruction of justice,” the statement continued. “These charges arise from an investigation of wrongdoing in connection with the Jefferson County Community Service Fund. In June, former Representative Fred L. Plump, Jr. pleaded guilty to conspiring with Kindall and resigned from the Alabama House of Representatives.”

Rogers made highly controversial remarks on the floor of the Alabama House of Representatives back in 2019 about abortion, saying: “Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later.”

Rogers remarks came as the Republican-controlled chamber voted overwhelmingly — 74-3 — to outlaw nearly all abortion in the state.

“Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later,” Rogers said. “You bring them in the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or you kill them later.”

“Some parents can’t handle a child with problems,” Rogers continued, according to a local media report. “It could be retarded. It might have no arms and no legs.”

Rep. Mace blasted Joe Biden for taking a $10 million bribe from Burisma.

Senator Chuck Grassley in July released the FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.

The FD-1023 form alleged then-Vice President Joe Biden FORCED Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden a total of $10 million.

According to the document, Biden’s bribery arrangement was described as “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.”

Per the FD-1023:

According to the FBI’s confidential human source, executives for Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, brought Hunter Biden on the board to “protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” At the time, Burisma was seeking to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. Regarding that investigation’s impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky reportedly said, “Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.” Zlochevsky reportedly stated that he had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he described as ‘poluchili,’ which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay,” according to the document.

Also, according to the document, Zlochevsky claims to have text messages and recordings that show he was FORCED to pay the Bidens to ensure Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.

Establishment Republican congressman Ken Buck (R-CO), who is on his way out of Congress, is once again teaming up with Democrats to push theJournalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), a bill that would funnel billions of dollars from Big Tech companies to far-left legacy media companies.

Rep. Buck, who is set to leave Congress, has been a staunch supporter of the same legacy media industry that regularly smears Republicans and Republican voters as bigots, domestic extremists, and conspiracy theorists. Backed by donations from the legacy media’s top lobbyists in DC, Rep. Buck was the lead Republican sponsor of the JCPA in the House of Representatives.

The Congressman, who presented himself to Republican primary voters as a staunch “Tea Party” conservative back in 2010, is now on his way out of Congress, and is reportedly seeking a job at leftist, Republican-hating channel CNN.

In the meantime, he’s still looking to bail out the same media industry he hopes to join, by a last-ditch effort to push the JCPA. Earlier today, the Congressman appeared on a Washington Post podcast with Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), the bill’s lead Senate sponsor, defending his decision to back a piece of corporate welfare for the media industry.

One of the first bills introduced by Democrats during their time holding the majority in the House, the JCPA allows some of the nation’s largest legacy media companies to form a legal cartel, immune from antitrust law, to pressure tech companies for special favors.

The cartel could force tech companies, through arbitration, to funnel massive amounts of ad revenue to media companies owned by the likes of Hearst and Gannett — giant corporations with billions of dollars in revenue.

Following the passage of a similar bill in Canada, Facebook and Google blocked news links across the country, with little impact on their own traffic or usage.

When it looked like the JCPA might pass through the defense bill in 2021, Facebook said it may have to do the same in the U.S.

The bill was repeatedly pushed by Democrats when they held the majority in the

House and Senate, although the party failed to pass it as a standalone bill.

The JCPA lobby was determined, though, and succeeded in attaching theprovisions of the JCPA to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in 2022— despite the fact that bailing out the media has nothing to do with national defense. Only a massive blowback by Republicans stopped the JCPA from making it into the NDAA’s final draft, preventing the media’s golden giveaway from making it into law.

The Speaker of the House, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), has said that despite Democrat efforts, the JCPA is “dead in the House.” The bill has numerous other Republican opponents, including Sens. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Steve Daines (R-MT), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Mike Lee (R-UT), Mike Braun (R-IN), Katie Britt (R-AL), and Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Steve Scalise (R-LA), and Ben Cline (R-VA).

The Georgia Senate Republican caucus voted on Thursday to remove State Sen. Colton Moore from the caucus for taking a first step in August to defund, investigate, and possibly impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who levied 13 counts against former President Donald Trump.

In a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp (R), Moore announced an initiative in August to begin an emergency session to conduct a thorough investigation into the actions undertaken by Willis. An emergency legislative special session can come about two ways in Georgia: The governor can call an emergency session, or one can be called if 3/5 of both legislative chambers sign a letter demanding it.

Kemp and State Senate Republicans apparently oppose working to investigate, defund, and impeach Willis, and instead ousted Moore. “Today’s removal is a direct result of me calling on my Republican colleagues in the Senate to do their job and sign onto an emergency session to investigate Fani Willis,” Colton said in a statement exclusively obtained by Breitbart News:

The Georgia Constitution clearly outlines the legislature’s power to call an emergency session to investigate a judicial officer. After urging my Republican Senate colleagues to join me — they responded by acting like children and throwing me out of the caucus. I stand by my Republican principles. I stand by the Republican platform. I will continue to serve as a Republican Senator from the great state of Georgia. Unfortunately, now I will be forced to refer to my colleagues, who ran on being “Trump conservatives,” as the RINO caucus.

The people of Georgia are 100 percent with me. This is the fight of our lifetime, and I will continue to double down to defend the rule of law and do what is right.

Recent Rasmussen polling shows that 82 percent of Georgia Republicans say Trump is unfairly prosecuted by Willis. Seventy-seven percent of Republicans also say they are not satisfied with tax dollars being used to prosecute Trump. Another 74 percent of Republicans support the Georgia legislature convening a special session to stop Willis from prosecuting Trump.

Despite the feasible mechanisms and polling popularity, Kemp and many state Republicans dismissed Moore’s initiative out of hand. “Let me be clear: We have a law in the state of Georgia that clearly outlines the legal steps that can be taken if constituents believe their local prosecutors are violating their oath by engaging in unethical or illegal behavior,” Kemp said in August. “Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that DA Willis’ actions, or lack thereof, warrant action by the Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission.”

Trump, along with many populist Republicans, praised Moore for “doing something” against what they term “the weaponization of the justice system.” “A highly respected Georgia State Senator called Moore deserves thanks and congratulations of everyone for having the courage and conviction to fight the radical left lunatics,” Trump said in a video.

“With almost no retribution for those murders. Shockingly indicted your favorite president, me, for a perfect phone call. She is very bad for America,” he added.

“She is very bad for Georgia.”

Ukraine suffering ‘big problems’ with improvised hardware – Forbes

Makeshift infantry fighting vehicles are reportedly so slow that one was hit with a Russian aerial bomb

Ukraine’s attempt to create a cheap-and-quick infantry fighting vehicle to compensate for losses in the fight against Russia has so far produced an unreliable, slow product that has reportedly cost some Ukrainian soldiers their lives.

The vehicle, which is called BMP-1LB, was first unveiled in June. On Tuesday, the Ukrainian defense news outlet Militarnyi reported details about the platform and its performance, obtained from a source involved in the manufacturing process. The account prompted Forbes to say on Wednesday that “the ersatz IFV has some big problems.”

According to the account, BMP-1LB is a modified MT-LB, aSoviet-designed armored tractornicknamed Motolyga, which is normally used to tow heavy pieces of equipment and as a transporter outside of combat.

Ukrainian designers have added additional armor plating and a remote-controlled turretand modified the interior to accommodate seven to eight troops in addition to three crew members.

The idea was to design as swiftly as possible a vehicle that can be rolled out en masse at a minimal cost, using resources available to Ukraine. The country had produced MT-LBs up until the early 2000s and presumably has hundreds in store.

The project was undermined by the poor quality of the refurbishment of the old tractors, according to the source.Workers didn’t bother to clean rust out before repainting the interior, while one vehicle had a track one segment that was too long, necessitating repair in the field.

The design flaws have also proven to be significant.The platform was never designed for the extra weight, so the overhauled engines and transmissions of BMP-1LBs often break within a run distance of 100km (62 miles), the report said.

Maneuverability suffered too. On an even road, the BMP-1LB can drive up to 50 km/h (31 mph). Difficult forest terrain reduced the speed so much that on some occasions soldiers could keep up on foot.

The sluggishness may have resulted in the destruction of one such vehicle, which was hit by a Russian aerial bomb in early June, the outlet reported, sharing a video of the piece.

The turret is problematic too. Produced somewhere outside of Ukraine, it has a single 14.5mm machine gun that is prone to jamming in a dirty environment. The module accounts for roughly half of the BMP-1LBs estimated cost of $380,000.

Forbes suggested that the vehicle “might be better than nothing” when supplies are running low. Kiev has blamed a shortage of Western weapons for the underwhelming results of its summer counteroffensive, claiming that it had to slow down to save soldiers’ lives.

The Ukrainian army has lost more than 2,700 pieces of heavy weaponry and over 17,000 troops this month alone in its push, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu reported earlier this week.

The National Security Agency is getting an artificial intelligence makeover.

Army Gen. Paul Nakasone, NSA director, said Thursday that the spy agency is forming a new unit to tackle cybersecurity challenges from AI.

The NSA’s forthcoming AI Security Center will be the agency’s main hub for scrutinizing and testing AI to promote the safe design and adoption of AI tools for the national security community to use, he said.

“The AI Security Center will also help industry understand the threats against their intellectual property and collaborate to help prevent and eradicate threats,” Gen. Nakasone said at the National Press Club. “The AI Security Center will work closely with U.S. industry, national labs, academia, across the IC and Department of Defense and select foreign partners.”

The new AI team will be housed within the NSA’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, which America’s codemaking and codebreaking spy agency uses to team with private companies to fight foreign cyber threats.

The Cybersecurity Collaboration Center enabled the NSA and private cyber analysts to stop known Chinese government hackers from breaching an entity in the U.S. defense industrial base last year, according to Gen. Nakasone.

AI makers are increasingly worried about China and other foreign adversaries stealing their research and using it for bad purposes.

Google DeepMind, the company’s AI research team, told House lawmakers at a private meeting in May it was rethinking how it publishes and shares its work over security concerns involving China.

Google was looking to make the AI research more closely held and feared China may use the information for military purposes, according to a source close to the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party.

As China and private enterprises work to get their hands on the latest AI technology, the U.S. intelligence community is preparing for a world where all of its spies use AI.

America’s spy services have adopted an “AI-first” approach to spycraft and want everyone in their agencies to use AI, said Rachel Grunspan of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

As the leader overseeing how the intelligence community uses AI, Ms. Grunspan said in July she expects AI to be used for hybrid war games and simulations among many other things.

“Anything that is getting AI in the hands of individual officers regardless of their job, regardless of their role, regardless of their background, technical or not, and just maximizing the capacity of the entire workforce,” Ms. Grunspan said at the Intelligence and National Security Summit. “That’s where I see us going.”

The precise AI tools the spies will use remains to be determined but Booz Allen Hamilton’s Patrick Biltgen said he foresaw the nearest-term application of AI being in the form of an assistant to all intelligence officers.

Mr. Biltgen, a contractor with U.S. agencies on AI projects, said at the July conference that he envisioned the AI assistant would resemble how the fictional character J.A.R.V.I.S. assists Tony Stark in the popular superhero story “Iron Man.”

Millions Of Federal Dollars Funneled To Planned Parenthood In Tennessee Despite State Opposition

Millions of dollars of federal funding is being funneled to Planned Parenthood in Tennessee in the latest conflict between the state and the Biden administration.

Earlier this year, the Biden administration disqualified Tennessee from being eligible for Title X “family planning” funding because the state had blocked the money from going toward counseling for abortion. According to a new report, $3.9 million of federal money will be sent from the Virginia League for Planned Parenthood to the Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi.

“The federal government withheld critical funding from TN families, so they could funnel taxpayer dollars to a radical political organization. Some things should simply rise above politics — especially resources that TN mothers, children & families have counted on for decades,” Governor Bill Lee said.

“This is wrong on many levels, & the federal government should correct their mistake. In the meantime, TN will continue to fill the void & ensure families across our state receive the resources they need,” Lee added.

The federal government withheld critical funding from TN families, so they could funnel taxpayer dollars to a radical political organization.

The Department of Health and Human Services yanked Title X funding from Tennessee because the state’s Department of Health would not advise women to get abortions. Tennessee’s Title X guidelines stipulated that facilities receiving the funding had to provide “information and counseling regarding all options that are legal in the State of Tennessee.”

In response to the policy, DHS told Tennessee that the “inclusion of ‘legal in the state of Tennessee’ is not an acceptable addition to your policy.”

Tennessee has some of the strongest pro-life laws in the country, not allowing abortions except to “prevent the death of the pregnant woman or to prevent serious risk of substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.”

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi celebrated the news, with CEO Ashley Coffield claiming that Lee had “refused to comply with Title X requirements for unbiased patient information.”

“This funding does not cover the cost of our navigation services or the money that we provide to patients to travel out of state for their travel needs … Our donors will continue to support those services,” Coffield said.

Conservative groups criticized the move, saying that it was a move to go after Tennessee’s sovereignty.

“The Biden Administration, unhappy with Tennessee’s status as perhaps the most Pro-Child state in the country, is continuing its war on Tennessee’s sovereignty by sending previously denied Title X funds to Planned Parenthood,” the Tennessee Faith and Freedom Coalition said in a statement. “It is also egregious to note that the Biden Administration ignores and enables the evil history and practices of Planned Parenthood by giving them more taxpayer dollars, as their founder Margaret Sanger demonstrated in her writings and speeches, as evidenced in their targeting of minority communities, and their sick practices involving the tissue of dead children.”

The funding for Planned Parenthood is just the latest example of a clash between Tennessee and the Biden administration. The Department of Justice sued the state over its law banning sex change procedures on children, and state lawmakers recently announced that they would look to reject federal education funding.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg spoke to CNN on Wednesday where he said the aforementioned quiet part out loud following a question on whether the Biden regime is concerned about Americans — specifically union workers — unwillingness to fully get on board the electric vehicle train.

The politics of this, particularly in this subset — union workers — that I think both parties have been fighting over. You ran in 2020. You know how this works,” “CNN This Morning” co-host Phil Mattingly said before asking his question. “Do you that it resonates? Do you think it’s a problem for the administration?”

The problem is when people like Buttigieg — who ironically plays politics almost out of habit — want said technology without giving people the choice of what they want instead of being limited to what the government mandates.

He’s basically saying, ‘It doesn’t matter what any of you want. We’re invested in and have huge contracts with lobbyists and friends to force things on you whether you like it or not.’

Georgia GOP Rep. Andrew Clyde slammed his Republican colleagues in a statement Thursday, exclusively shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation, for allowing continued funding of an agency that censors speech.

The Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA) is tasked with flagging “disinformation concerns” on social media platforms to combat mis-, dis- and malinformation (MDM) largely related to elections and the COVID-19 pandemic. Clyde, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, took aim at the 109 House Republicans who voted against his amendment Wednesday evening that would cut CISA’s funding by 25%, he told the DCNF in a statement.

“I’m deeply disappointed that 109 of my Republican colleagues voted against my amendment to cut CISA funding by 25 percent,” Clyde told the DCNF in a statement. “The Biden Administration has dangerously weaponized this agency to collude with Big Tech and other intermediaries to censor Americans’ online speech and interfere in our elections — brazenly violating the First Amendment for nefarious political purposes. The country gave us the majority to save our nation from the Left’s destructive policies that continue to erode our constitutional rights, not continue the status quo and subsidize government abuse.”

“Yet by taking down my amendment, these Republicans shamelessly voted with Democrats to fully fund CISA’s unconstitutional practice of muzzling the American people’s speech. Despite this regrettable outcome, I remain committed to eliminating all forms of taxpayer-funded government-by-proxy censorship,” Clyde added.

CISA advanced “switchboards” during the 2020 election to enable state and local election officials to flag “misinformation” to remove from social media platforms. A report released by the House Judiciary Committee in late June suggested that CISA also used private entities for censorship during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Republicans voted with 211 House Democrats to tank Clyde’s amendment to the homeland security appropriations bill, according to the House Clerk.

Congress has until Saturday at 11:59 p.m. to pass all 12 appropriations bills or a continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown. The House has passed only one, the veteran affairs spending bill, and is currently working to advance appropriations for homeland security, agriculture, defense and state-foreign operations.

Hearing witness and legal scholar Jonathan Turley appeared to support Mace’s comment. Monetary benefits to Biden family members are benefits to Joe Biden and therefore implicate him in wrongdoing, Turley said:

As I point out in the testimony, courts have found that various benefits to family members can be attributed as a benefit to the principal. That has included everything from throwing a golf contest in the favor of a son of a politician to paying for gifts.

The House Oversight Committee has unveiled several tranches of Biden business bank records. Those showed the Biden business received at least $20 million from business schemes in Romania, China, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.

In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

I attended today's first impeachment inquiry hearing in person for

The public was presented with significant and persuasive evidence, based mostly on bank documents and contemporaneous emails/texts, of Joe Biden's helping run an international racketeering operation (using gov't resources) that raked in tens of millions of dollars for his and his family's benefit. Democrats responded with irrelevant talking points on on the "shutdown!" and "Trump!" and fake complaints about "evidence!" (Democrats even attacked a witness for sharing a social media post criticizing the Biden border invasion.) There was no real defense offered in the face of shocking evidence of Joe Biden corruption. Again, there has never been so much evidence about so much corruption against a president in American history.

Since assuming our Republican majority in January, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee has uncovered a mountain of evidence revealing how Joe Biden abused his public office for his family’s financial gain.

For years, President Biden has lied to the American people about his knowledge of and participation in his family’s corrupt business schemes.

At least ten times, Joe Biden lied to the American people that he never spoke to his family about their business dealings.

He lied by telling the American people that there was an “absolute wall” between his official government duties and his personal life.

Let’s be clear: there was no wall. The door was wide open to those who purchased what a business associate described as “The Biden Brand.”

Evidence reveals that then-Vice President Joe Biden spoke, dined, and developed relationships with his family’s foreign business targets. These business targets include foreign oligarchs who sent millions of dollars to his family. It also includes a Chinese national who wired a quarter of a million dollars to his son.

Joe Biden also lied to the American people about his family making money in China. He has continued to lie about it even when the House Oversight Committee uncovered bank wires revealing how the Bidens received millions from Chinese companies with significant ties to the Chinese intelligence and the Chinese Communist Party.

Just this week, we uncovered two additional wires sent to Hunter Biden that originated in Beijing from Chinese nationals. This happened when Joe Biden was running for President of the United States. And Joe Biden’s home is listed as the beneficiary address.

To date, the House Oversight Committee has uncovered how the Bidens and their associates created over 20 shell companies – most of which were created when Joe Biden was Vice President – and raked in over $24 million dollars between 2014-2019.

We’ve also identified nine members of the Biden family who have participated in or benefited from these business schemes.

What were the Bidens selling to make all this money?

Joe Biden himself.

Joe Biden is “The Brand.” And Joe Biden showed up at least two dozen times with business targets and associates sending signals of access, influence, and power to those prepared to pay for it.

The American people demand accountability for this culture of corruption.

They demand to know how these schemes have compromised President Biden and threaten our national security.

They demand safeguards to be put in place to prevent public officials from selling access to their public office for private gain.

Under the leadership of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, House Republicans have now opened an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

By opening an impeachment inquiry, our investigation is now focused on whether President Biden engaged in impeachable offenses under the U.S. Constitution.

It empowers Congress, elected by The People, to continue providing the answers, transparency, and accountability that the American people demand and deserve.

In recent history, Democrats inflicted much damage on the credibility of congressional investigations by peddling the Russia Collusion Hoax.

But this Committee, under this majority, will not pursue such witch hunts based on manufactured allegations, innuendo, and no real evidence.

Today, the House Oversight Committee will examine over two dozen pieces of evidence revealing Joe Biden’s corruption and abuse of public office. This includes e-mails, text messages, bank records, and testimony of Biden business associates.

We will hear from legal and financial experts about this evidence and crimes that may have been committed as Joe Biden was sold around the world.

The House Oversight Committee, along with the Committees on the Judiciary and Ways and Means, will continue to follow the money and the evidence to provide accountability so that Americans know their public offices are not for sale.

Canadian university ‘regrets’ fund named after Ukrainian Nazi

The University of Alberta has closed an endowment amid controversy over a Waffen SS fighter who was honored in Ottawa’s parliament

Fallout over the Canadian parliament’s veneration of a Ukrainian veteran of the Waffen SS has spread to the University of Alberta, which apologized and shut down an endowment fund named after the Nazi collaborator just hours after Russian diplomats exposed his connection to the school.

The university admitted on Wednesday night that it had an endowment named after Yaroslav Hunka, the 98-year-old Ukraine native who was given standing ovations by Canadian lawmakers during Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s visit to parliament on Friday. The incident became an international embarrassment for Ottawa, leading to the resignation of House Speaker Anthony Rota, after it was revealed that Hunka fought on the side of the Nazis during World War II.

Hunka’s family donated $30,000 in 2019 to establish an endowment, named after him and his wife, at the University of Alberta’s Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies. Russia’s ambassador to Canada, Oleg Stepanov, told RIA Novosti that the embassy discovered Hunka’s link to the university and publicized the odious connection on social media. A few hours later, the school announced the cancellation.

“After careful consideration of the complexities, experiences, and circumstances of those impacted by the situation, we have made the decision to close the endowment and return the funds to the donor,” university provost Verna Yiu said in a statement. “The university recognizes and regrets the unintended harm caused.”

The school is now in the process of revising its general naming policies and procedures, including those for endowments, “to ensure alignment with our values,” Yiu added.

The Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center (FSWC) welcomed the announcement that the Hunka endowment was being shut down. “Unfortunately, this is only one example of endowments at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies named after members of the Waffen SS,” FSWC official Dan Panneton said.

Hunka was a volunteer in the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, a Ukrainian unit that committed atrocities against Jews and Poles on the Eastern Front. Russia may request extradition of Hunka, based on an investigation of his potential involvement in war crimes, Stepanov said on Wednesday. Thousands of Ukrainian Nazi fighters were allowed to emigrate to the UK and Canada after World War II, despite their possible participation in atrocities.
