Executive Summary
SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 disease and pandemic, was made in a laboratory in China as part of its biowarfare program. After two years from the start of the pandemic, no natural source of SARS-CoV-2 has been identified. In contrast, structures within the virus itself have been identified that prove its laboratory origin.
It remains unclear how SARS-CoV-2 was released and when. It could have occurred either as a laboratory accident or as a deliberate open-air test by China’s People’s Liberation Army. There is circumstantial evidence that the virus began circulating in China as early as August 2019, but more likely the earliest cases occurred between mid-October and mid-November 2019.
From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, officials and scientists both in China and the United States have actively engaged in a cover-up of its origin and attempted to suppress any discussion that SARS-CoV-2 was not a natural disease transmission from animals to humans. Many of those engaged in the scientific censorship could be considered culpable for assisting in the laboratory creation of SARS-CoV-2 and, at least indirectly, contributing to China’s biowarfare program.
Since the 2002-2004 SARS-CoV-1 pandemic, the Chinese military augmented its traditional biowarfare program to include weapons based on biotechnology. To achieve that end, China has fused military and civilian research and implemented a program of massive “scientific chain migration,” whereby Chinese scientists obtain positions in the United States and access American knowledge, skills, technology and research funding. The products from all of that effort is fed back into China’s biowarfare program. Thus, U.S. research laboratories have become little more than Chinese colonies, extensions of China’s fused military-civilian research program and fully-funded by the U.S. taxpayer. As of today, the U.S. government has done little or nothing to slow the massive infiltration of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and People’s Liberation Army (PLA) scientists into U.S. research programs.

Black Lives Matter's Louisville chapter told WHAS11's Rachel Droze that they're bailing out the suspect in the attempted murder of mayoral candidate, Craig Greenberg.
As the Washington Examiner noted earlier today, BLM filings reveal that the organization's leadership now includes prominent Democratic lawyer Marc Elias and another longtime ally of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who have taken on key roles in the 'charity' amid scrutiny over mismanaged finances to the tune of $60 million.
Elias, best known for his funding of British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s discredited anti-Trump dossier while he served as Clinton’s 2016 campaign general counsel, appears to be representing the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation through his recently formed Elias Law Group. BLM’s national organization repeatedly lists the Elias firm as one of its addresses and states in its short-year 2020 Form 990 that its books were now in the care of the Elias Law Group.
Additionally, Minyon Moore, a longtime top ally of both Bill and Hillary Clinton, is now listed as part of BLM’s board of directors in the charity's filings.
It's not clear when BLM's relationships with Elias Law Group and Moore began.
In short, the sitting US Vice President actively helped to bail out BLM rioters while Trump was in office, while Clintonworld-controlled BLM itself is now bailing out suspected murderers.

If anyone knows scandals, it’s Hillary Clinton.
The former first lady, senator, secretary of state and two-time Democratic presidential candidate finally responded Wednesday to last week’s court filing by special counsel John Durham alleging that her 2016 presidential campaign paid for computer research to link then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia.
“Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones,” Clinton said on Twitter. “So it’s a day that ends in Y. The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie.
“For those interested in reality, here’s a good debunking of their latest nonsense,” she concluded the post, attaching a link to a Vanity Fair article titled: “You’ll never believe it but Hillary Clinton did not, in fact, spy on Trump’s White House.”
Clinton broke her silence one day after she ignored questions from The Post about Durham’s claims after she and her daughter, Chelsea, were at a Queens restaurant.
Durham filed court papers Friday in which he alleged that a Clinton campaign lawyer enlisted a tech executive to help “mine” internet data from locations including Trump Tower and the White House “to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia.”

Digital World Acquisition (NASDAQ:DWAC) stock is trending higher today on news that former president Donald Trump has made his first official post on the Truth Social app.

DWAC stock is up 4% today and trending on Twitter after Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo to his Instagram declaring that his father had posted on Truth Social. The post reads “Get ready! Your favorite president will see you soon!”
Digital World Acquisition is the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that is expected to take Trump Media and Technology Group public later this year. DWAC stock is up 63% year to date on enthusiasm for the launch of Trump’s new social media app.
What Happened With DWAC Stock
The Truth Social app was originally supposed to launch on Feb. 21, but has been delayed for unspecified reasons. That delay caused the price of DWAC stock to plunge 18% in a single day of trading, although the shares have since recovered. News that Trump has now made a post to Truth Social has sparked renewed excitement.
However, it is not clear if Trump’s first post indicates that Truth Social is now live for everyone to begin using or if its official launch is still to come. Devin Nunes, CEO of the Trump Media and Technology Group, said earlier this month that the social media app still needs to finish ongoing beta testing before the official launch. He did not give a timing for when the beta tests would be completed. Investors should note that the App store listing for Truth Social still includes Feb. 21 as the launch date.
Why It Matters
Donald Trump has been banned from Twitter and other social media platforms following the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Trump Media and Technology Group has formed to give the former president and his supporters a platform heading into the 2024 presidential election. Currently, Trump is the frontrunner to represent the Republican Party in the next race.
DWAC stock has been rising this year on excitement for the launch of the Truth Social platform. Indications that the social media app’s launch is getting closer now has the stock moving higher once again.
What’s Next for Digital World and Truth Social
DWAC stock gets a nice bounce today on excitement that Trump has sent a message via the Truth Social app. However, many questions remain concerning the new social media platform and the timing of when Trump Media and Technology Group will begin life as a public company. Any further delays in the launch of Truth Social or the SPAC deal and DWAC stock could fall steeply. Investors should proceed with caution.

The National Institutes of Health has repeatedly failed to comply with congressional requests for documents related to its involvement with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, instead forcing agency personnel to “shred notes and other documents” referencing the Chinese Communist Party-run lab and its work with the U.S. government during the Obama administration.
Members of the Republican House Committee on Oversight and Reform wrote a letter to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Director Xavier Becerra urging the release of the documents, which could prove highly relevant to the origins of COVID-19.
“Rather than be transparent with Committee Republicans, HHS and NIH have chosen to hide, obfuscate, and shield the truth,” argues the letter.
The letter reveals that an NIH advisor was “forced by NIH to shred notes and other documents pertaining to the WIV grants as early as 2014.” An email from an individual, whose name has been redacted, to a committee staff member on November 5th, 2021 revealed the following:
“I signed a confidentiality agreement in which I agreed not to discuss any grant with anyone except with other members of the study section, and – once the meeting was over – that I would destroy any notes that I had taken during the meeting (we did this by tossing them in shred box in the meeting room)).”
The letter outlines how, “to date, HHS and NIH have refused to produce any responsive documents or information.” The congressional committee requested documents from former NIH Director Francis Collins surrounding a 2014, Obama-era grant awarded from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to EcoHealth Alliance and the WIV in May and July of 2021.
Despite Republican committee staff repeatedly amending their requests, making them broader in scope and easier for the federal agency to fulfill, both federal agencies have refused to turn over any documents.
“Since our July 15, 2021, request invoking §2954, Republican Committee staff have provided the following accommodations to HHS and NIH: time extensions, reducing the scope of the request, prioritizing certain documents, and engaging in in camera review of certain documents. Throughout this time, Republican Committee staff made clear to HHS staff that Committee Republicans may, at a later date, request full, unredacted copies of the documents reviewed in camera and all other documents responsive to the Requests,” explains the letter.

This year was supposed to finally be calm for the world’s helium users. But a fire at the new Russian helium plant and prolonged technical problems at the US Federal Helium Reserve have plunged the market into what some analysts are calling Helium Shortage 4.0.
The Russian state-owned oil and gas company Gazprom started producing helium at its Amur Gas Processing Plant in September 2021 with great fanfare. With an eventual capacity of 60 million m3 per year, Amur was expected to end more than 15 years of unsettled market conditions caused largely by the US government’s decision to privatize its helium resources.
However, an October fire in Amur’s attached natural gas facilities paused production, and a second fire in early January has caused additional damage and delays. At the same time, maintenance that started in July 2021 at the US helium reserve in Texas has gone on months longer than expected.
Writing for the industrial gas website Gasworld, helium consultant Phil Kornbluth says several industrial gas companies are back to rationing supplies. Kornbluth says the market will likely remain troubled throughout 2022, though supplies of the noble gas should be ample by 2024 when Amur is fully operational and new resources come online in Qatar.
This latest shortage illustrates the risks of privatizing essential resources such as helium, says John Kutsch, an expert in rare element markets who is with the Thorium Energy Alliance.
“A for-profit utility, like helium is becoming, will always experience super disruptive cycles of funding, bankruptcy, and supply failures,” he says. “The for-profit model feasts off of uncertainty and erratic undependable supplies, scarcity.”

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has triggered domestic travel restrictions against Canadian citizens in an effort to stop protests against his authoritarian government.
In a handout today, by Ottawa officials, it is noted that any travel deemed destined for “any regulated specified area” is now under federal control. Specifically, anyone coming into Ottawa to protest against the government is now “breaking the law.”
At the same time, Justin Trudeau’s Covid Compliance Minister, Marco Mendicino, said today that any Canadians joining convoy protests in Ottawa or traveling to the area for support of the ongoing protests, risk being defined as domestic extremists connected to “dangerous criminal activity.”
According to the ministers carrying out the Emergency War Measures Act, any Canadian citizen who travels into a restricted zone, as defined by the Canadian government, will face a fine of up to $500 on summary conviction, or imprisonment for six months for their noncompliance. An indictment against a dissident subversive comes with a $5,000 fine and up to five years in jail.
Additionally, the Canadian federal government has announced they will seize the children of any citizen who travels with a minor child for the purposes of entering one of the federally defined no-go zones. Reunification will be dependent on re-education at one of the jails, compounds or institutions of incarceration.
According to Canadian State Media:“To those who may be thinking to come to Ottawa this weekend — don’t,” said Mendicino. “At best, the residents of the city have made it clear that this is not the time. And at worst, you may be tying yourself to dangerous criminal activity.”
The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa put out a statement Wednesday urging parents at the demonstration to make alternate care arrangements “should they become unable to care for their children following potential police action.”
“CASO has a mandate to protect a child when their parent becomes unavailable to exercise their custodial rights over the child and the parent has not made adequate provision for the child’s care and custody,” said the statement.
“If parents and children are separated following police efforts in ending the demonstration in the downtown core, CASO will work to reunite families as soon as possible.”
The new measures came into effect Monday and prohibited public assemblies that disrupt the movement of people, goods and trade, or that support the “threat or use of acts of serious violence against persons or property.”
The temporary measures also include:
Fines amounting to thousands of dollars or jail time for those bringing children under the age of 18 to participate in an unlawful assembly.
The same penalties for anyone who participates in the blockades or brings aid — such as food or fuel — to people involved.
A ban on foreign nationals entering Canada to participate in or facilitate an illegal assembly.
Authorization for the RCMP to enforce municipal and provincial laws.
Authorization for banks and insurance companies to freeze participants’ accounts and cancel their vehicle insurance.
Those in violation could face a fine of up to $500 on summary conviction, or imprisonment for six months. An indictment comes with a $5,000 fine or up to five years in jail.

America's Largest Landlord Just Got Even Bigger: Blackstone Buys 12,000 Sunbelt Apartments For $5.8 Billion
Wall Street won't rest until it become the biggest - and perhaps only - landlord in the US.
On Wednesday, Blackstone cemented its position as America's largest residential and commercial landlord by buying apartment owner Preferred Apartment Communities in a deal valued at $5.8 billion, demonstrating the unstoppable investor demand for multifamily - i.e., rental - properties in Sunbelt states.
According to the WSJ, Blackstone will pay for $25 a share in cash for the Atlanta-based real estate investment trust, according to a statement Wednesday. That represents a premium of roughly 39% over the closing price on Feb. 9, the day before Bloomberg News reported the REIT was exploring options including a sale.
The company is being acquired by Blackstone’s nontraded REIT, Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust Inc. The deal also includes two office properties, according to the statement.
The deal includes more than 40 rental apartment properties including 12,000 units in states including Florida, Tennessee and Georgia. Preferred Apartment also owns 54 grocery-anchored shopping centers anchored by grocery stores. About 70% of the deal’s value is in its rental apartments.

Police to investigate Prince Charles' charity

The Metropolitan Police is to investigate claims Prince Charles' charity offered honours help to a Saudi citizen.
The force said it is investigating alleged offences under the Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act 1925.
There have been no arrests or interviews under caution, the Met said.
The Prince's Foundation said it would be "inappropriate to comment on an ongoing investigation".
It is understood to be continuing to offer its full co-operation to the Metropolitan Police.
Clarence House reiterated its previous insistence that Prince Charles had "no knowledge of the alleged offer of honours or British citizenship on the basis of donation to his charities".
He is president of the foundation but is not involved with its governance, with the charity's trustees overseeing its day-to-day activities.
The Met's decision to investigate follows its assessment of a letter it received last September relating to media reports that Prince Charles' former valet Michael Fawcett allegedly offered to help secure an honour for a Saudi citizen.
Anti-monarchy pressure group Republic reported the heir to the throne and Mr Fawcett to the police last September.
Its chief executive Graham Smith said: "We hope the investigation will be carried out without fear or favour and be as thorough as it needs to be."
After the allegations emerged, Mr Fawcett temporarily stepped back as chief executive of The Prince's Foundation, before resigning in November. The charity announced an investigation into the allegations.

The Wisconsin Election Commission reported today that it will not all for individuals to drop off ballots for other people in the upcoming April election.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission voted unanimously Wednesday to retract its guidance that allowed for multiple absentee ballot boxes and for people other than the voter to return absentee ballots, in compliance with a state Supreme Court order.
The bipartisan commission met Wednesday morning, less than 12 hours after polls closed in the state’s spring primary Tuesday night.
The Supreme Court last week ruled that current guidance on drop boxes and delivering absentee ballots could remain in place only through Tuesday’s primary. It rejected the elections commission’s request to keep current guidance in place through the April 5 general election.
Of course, none of the absentee ballot activities noted above are allowed for in the state because none of this was put in place by the legislature, which the state’s Constitution requires. This leaves the courts to make decisions because of a lack of action from the legislature.
Unfortunately, the state has in place Speaker, Robin Vos who was behind drop boxes in Wisconsin as well as across the country. Recent reports are that Vos wants even more drop boxes for the upcoming election.
If this doesn’t get fixed in this state and others, the Republicans better get ready for a very disappointing election in November.

Why would the banner still word it as within the scope of the Emergency Use Authorization or Biologics License Application for the particular vaccine.
Why would they want an EUA product used over a FDA 'Approved' product? With an approved drug wouldn't the 'emergency need' for the non approved drugs be gone?
Drugs granted only an EUA, don't have approval yet are still being given while there are 'approved' drugs…. I don't know why but that bothers me.
Could it be that FDA approved or EUA, all the vaccines have an identical additive included in the dose vials so that it doesn't matter which brand you get-yourGOT.
At least to me, that would explain why EUA's are still in place with existing approved "vaccines" ending the emergency need for EUA's.
