Former Kansas Attorney General Phillip Kline joined Laura Ingraham on Thursday night on The Ingraham Angle.
Phillip is a member of the Trump Campaign’s legal team.
Phillip Kline rattled off several irregularities and lawlessness by Democrat operatives across the country.
Kline told Laura that a prosecutor in Philadelphia has threatened the president with jail if he sent in “uncertified” poll watchers.
Currently in Philadelphia election officials are allowing NO GOP OBSERVERS while they steal away President Trump’s 700,000 vote election night lead.
Another prosecutor in a neighboring community has threatened to arrest the person who was hired to put the video cameras above the drop boxes.

Thailand's Digital Economy and Society Minister Buddhipongse Punnakanta, did the unthinkable Monday, he banned Pornhub and 190 URL addresses of porn sites, prompting outrage among the younger generation Tuesday, reported Reuters.
Punnakanta ordered internet service providers and mobile phone operators to ban porn sites for violating Thailand's Computer Crime Act.

In a Nov. 5 response, the Maricopa County Attorney's office explained that the manufacturer of the county's vote tabulation machines suggests using Sharpie markers to fill out ballots.
"Furthermore, Maricopa County's ballots are designed in such a way that any 'bleed through' caused by the ink cannot create false votes or cause a voter's intended vote to be miscounted," the response says. "Specifically, the ovals in the front of the ballot are staggered from those on the back of the ballot so that even if bleed through should occur, there is no impact on any race."
"No ballots were rejected at voting centers, for over-votes or any other reason," the response noted. "The vote tabulation machines are programmed to alert voters when their ballots contain over-votes or stray marks that might lead to their votes for certain contests not being tabulated. Those voters are then provided the opportunity to spoil their ballot and vote a new one."

Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 index hit a 29-year high on Friday, reflecting a relaxed reaction across Asia to the emerging outcome of the U.S. election, with Joe Biden strongly favored to win the presidency in spite of President Donald Trump's accusations of fraud during a press conference in the morning.
The Nikkei opened the session lower but quickly swung to positive territory, temporarily hitting its highest level since November 1991. Other Asian markets have been buoyed as a Biden win has appeared within reach. South Korea's stock market moved cautiously on Friday after rallying the previous day on expectations that Biden was close to a win. The benchmark Kospi index rose 0.15% after jumping 2.4% on Thursday. Samsung Electronics lost 0.66% on Friday morning, a slight setback after rising 3.08% on Thursday. SK Hynix is up 0.12%, after jumping 3.49%.
Hanwha Solutions, which produces solar energy panels, is up 0.63% in the morning as it soared 12.3% in the previous day on hopes that Biden would push a green energy policy. The Philippine Stock Exchange index opened 0.62% higher but quickly pared gains as trading ensued. China's CSI 300 Index, which represents the biggest stocks listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen, nudged up 0.2% on Friday and is up 2.5% so far this week. The index was driven by gains for consumer durables maker Midea Group, Ping An Insurance and spirits maker Kweichow Moutai. Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index nudged up 0.1% with gains for financials such as Ping An Insurance, AIA and smartphone maker Xiaomi offsetting losses in the technology sector. The index surged 3.25% on Thursday, its biggest single-day gain since July with traders attributing the gains to billions earmarked for the abruptly cancelled Ant Group initial public offering seeking other investments.
In Japan, the Nikkei's gains which still leave it well short of all-time highs came despite a stronger Japanese yen against the U.S. dollar, which squeezes margins of export-driven companies. Shares of Toyota Motor rose more than 1% ahead of the release of second quarter earnings results on Friday amid hopes of a recovery in demand in the U.S. and China.
Gold, which is limited in supply and seen as a hedge against inflation in an era of ultra-loose monetary and fiscal policies, eased slightly to $1,942 per ounce after jumping over 2% overnight. Oil prices were sluggish after a bout of profit-taking in early trade. Brent crude was down 1.73% at $40.22 a barrel. Even gold, a traditional safe-haven asset, rallied overnight as investors looked forward to the conclusion of the U.S. election as a precursor to more fiscal stimulus in the world’s largest economy.

BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Brandon Wilson, 27, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with delay or destruction of mail. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
“This Office is committed not only to ensuring the integrity of the mails but also of individuals’ rights to vote in a free and fair election,” stated U.S. Attorney Kennedy. “The criminal conduct with which this defendant is alleged to have engaged, undermined both of those interests.”
Assistant U.S. Attorney Laura A. Higgins, who is handling the case, stated that according to the complaint, on November 3, 2020, at approximately 7:34 p.m., Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officers encountered the defendant, an employee of the United States Postal Service (USPS), at the Peace Bridge Port of Entry. As part of a standard CBP vehicle sweep, Wilson opened the trunk of his vehicle for CBP Officers. A USPS mail bin containing numerous mail pieces was observed by a CBP officer inside the trunk. CBP officers also observed multiple USPS uniform items bearing the USPS logo along with a USPS identification badge with the defendant’s name. Wilson stated the mail belonged to him and his mother. However, the defendant could not account for additional names printed on the mail pieces. Wilson further stated that he had intended to deliver the mail and had forgotten to return the mail pieces to the post office.
The United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General, was called to retrieve the recovered mail pieces. A subsequent inventory of the recovered mail pieces revealed three absentee ballots sent to two Buffalo, NY, addresses from the Erie County, NY Board of Elections, 106 political mailings, 220 first class mailings, and 484 standard mailings for an approximate total of 813 mail pieces. The first-class letter mailings were destined for zip codes 14227, 14211, 14214, with the majority destined for 14215. Cancellation dates showed seven dates between September 16 and October 26, 2020.
The complaint is the result of an investigation by the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Kenneth Cleevely, Eastern Area Field Office, Pittsburgh, PA, and Customs and Border Protection, under the direction of Director of Field Operations, Rose Brophy.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Origins in HIV Screening Program
The serum collection currently maintained in the DoDSR and managed
by AMSA started in 1985 as part of the Army’s HTLV-III screening program
(ASD(HA), December 5, 1985), which began in response to the spread of a
new human virus subsequently known as the Human Immunodeficiency Virus
(HIV). DoD instituted mandatory collection of blood specimens for
screening of all civilian applicants going through Military Entrance
Processing Stations.6
Actual collection and storage of remnant serum
occurred as part of contracts between DoD and commercial testing
laboratories in which all non-reactive serologic specimens were ordered
to remain in frozen storage for the duration of the contract. Although
these disparate collections of serum, which would ultimately seed the
DoDSR inventory, were stored by the DoD contractors, a specified purpose for their future use had not been officially articulated. In 1989, a
maintenance and management contract was awarded to McKesson to begin
consolidating and storing in a single facility the serum specimens that
were stored by testing contractors, who had been conducting HIV
screening for the DoD since 1985. Under the authority of WRAIR
Retrovirology, this contract gave way to the establishment of the
Army/Navy Serum Repository, the predecessor to the DoDSR. By 1990, the
contractor processing the HIV specimens had collected and stored over
six million serum specimens.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Citing “horror stories,” President Donald Trump unleashed a torrent of fabricated accusations Thursday in an audacious attempt to undermine the legitimacy of the U.S. election.
Standing behind the presidential seal, Trump used a White House setting symbolizing the power of his office to assail an election he portrayed as rife with fraud and corruption. One allegation after another had no basis in fact, such as his accusation that election officials in Pennsylvania and Detroit tried to ban election observers from polling stations.
A look at his remarks, coming as Democrat Joe Biden made progress toward the electoral votes needed to claim the presidency.
TRUMP: “We’re hearing stories that are horror stories. … We think there is going to be a lot of litigation because we have so much evidence and so much proof.”
THE FACTS: Trump has produced no evidence of systemic problems in voting or counting. In fact, the ballot-counting process across the country has been running smoothly for the most part, even with the U.S. in the throes of the coronavirus pandemic.
One of his main complaints, that counting spilled over past Election Day, is meritless. No presidential election has had all the votes counted the same day, and there is no law or even expectation that that should be the case. The surge in mailed ballots and the high turnout have made the process slower than usual in some, but not all, cases.
PENNSYLVANIA
TRUMP: “In Pennsylvania partisan Democrats have allowed ballots in the state to be received three days after the election and we think much more than that and they are counting those without any postmarks or any identification whatsoever.”
THE FACTS: “Partisan Democrats” didn’t ordain this. It was the state Supreme Court that ruled ballots filled out before the end of Election Day could be received up to three days later and still be counted. The U.S. Supreme Court examined the case and did not stand in the way of the three-day timeframe. It may review the matter again later.
A number of other states have also made accommodations for the crush of mailed ballots.
TRUMP: “Pennsylvania Democrats have gone to the state Supreme Court to try and ban our election observers. … They don’t want anybody in there. They don’t want anybody watching them while they are counting the ballots.”
THE FACTS: That’s false. He is wholly misrepresenting a court case in the state. No one tried to ban poll watchers representing each side in the election. Democrats did not try to stop Republican representatives from being able to observe the process.
The main issue in the case was how close observers representing the parties could get to election workers who are processing mail-in ballots in Philadelphia. The Trump campaign sued to allow the observers to get closer than the guidelines had allowed. A court ruled in favor of that request.
MICHIGAN
TRUMP: “Our campaign has been denied access to observe any counting in Detroit.”
THE FACTS: That’s false.
Absentee ballots were counted at a downtown convention center, where some 134 counting boards were set up. Each party was allowed one poll watcher per board, said City Clerk Janice Winfrey.
She said she was not aware of any Republican poll watchers being removed but noted some had been “very aggressive, trying to intimidate the poll workers and processors.”
Mark Brewer, former chairman of the Michigan Democratic Party, said he was inside the convention center and access was cut off to some people from both sides at one point because of capacity restrictions related to the pandemic.
GEORGIA
TRUMP: “The election apparatus in Georgia is run by Democrats.”
THE FACTS: No, the state’s elections are overseen by a Republican, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
TRUMP: “The 11th Circuit ruled that in Georgia the votes have to be in by Election Day, that they should be in by Election Day. And they weren’t. Votes are coming in after Election Day.”
THE FACTS: That’s not an accurate description of the ruling in question or what happened in the election in Georgia.
Although the court ruled that votes must be in by 7 p.m. Election Day for them to count, an exception was made for ballots from the members of U.S. Military serving overseas. Those can be received until 5 p.m. Friday and still count. Election officials in Georgia are still counting votes, but they are votes that have been lawfully received.
