Scott Jennings Shuts Down CNN Panelist Trying to Blame Trump for Biden Pardoning Hunter
This is the mic drop moment of the day.
“We are sitting on the biggest cover-up of who knows what crimes, and Biden knows exactly when it started. He’s leaving office in disgrace—a liar. There’s no spinning this. It has nothing to do with Trump and everything to do with the character of Joe Biden.”

Pro-Western Georgian president must go – PM
According to the constitution, Salome Zourabichvili has only a few weeks before her term ends, Irakli Kobakhidze has insisted
Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili will be expected to leave her post later this month when her term ends, the nation’s prime minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, has announced. Zourabichvili has rebuffed calls to leave, alleging that recent parliamentary elections were marred by fraud and labeling the current government “illegitimate.”
In a video address released Saturday, the French-born president declared, “I remain your President! There is no legitimate parliament that will elect a new president. My mandate continues until there is a legitimately elected parliament that will legitimately elect a president who will replace me!”
Zourabichvili was elected via direct popular vote. However, a 2017 constitutional reform mandates that the next president be chosen by an electoral college composed of members of parliament and regional representatives. Thevote is scheduled for mid-December, with the victor expected to be inaugurated before the end of the month.
Addressing reporters on Sunday, Kobakhidze acknowledged Zourabichvili’s “emotional state” but emphasized thatby December 29, “she will have to leave her residence and cede the building to a legitimately elected president.”
The prime minister also confirmed the establishment of a new government following the parliamentary election. He said that Tbilisi has no intention of holding a do-over despite opposition claims of unfairness.
Kobakhidze further pledged thatTbilisi would prevent a scenario akin to the Ukrainian Maidan, referencing the 2014 Western-backed uprising in Kiev that ignited prolonged turmoil.
According to official results, the ruling Georgian Dream party, which advocates pragmatic relations with Russia, secured approximately 54% of the vote.
The results have prompted allegations of electoral fraud and Russian interference – charges that Moscow has denied – leading to significant pro-Western protests that at times have escalated into violence. The unrest has been exacerbated by the government’s decision to postpone EU membership negotiations until 2028.Tbilisi has accused Brussels of using the EU membership issue to interfere in the nation’s domestic affairs.

Macron to blame for France’s failures in Africa – MEP
Paris has lost almost all of its footholds on the continent, Thierry Mariani has said
Chad’s termination of a military agreement with France and Senegal’s impending expulsion of French troops is a “catastrophe” for President Emmanuel Macron’s foreign policy, Thierry Mariani, a member of the European Parliament, has said in an interview with RIA Novosti on Monday.
Mariani stated that Paris has lost almost all of its footholds in Africa during the seven years of “illusory influencer” Macron’s presidency.
“No one has done as much damage in the last 40 years as Macron. If he wants to do France a favor, he should resign as soon as possible”, the French politician said.
Last week,Chadian Foreign Minister Abderaman Koulamallah announced the Central African nation’s decision to cancel a defense cooperation treaty signed with France in 2019. The decision came just hours after Koulamallah met with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot in the landlocked state’s capital, N’Djamena.
On Sunday, Chad’s president, Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, told reporters that the agreement, which had sought to strengthen security ties between the two countries, had become “completely obsolete.”
“It no longer corresponded to the security, geopolitical, and strategic realities of our time, nor to our legitimate expectations regarding the full expression of our sovereignty,” Mahamat Deby said in a speech published by local outlet Alwihda Info.
The move makes Chad the latest African state to end military partnership with Paris amid a wave of anti-French sentiment in former colonies in recent years. Its neighborsBurkina Faso, Mali, and Niger have expelled French troops for allegedly failing to quell a deadly jihadist insurgency in the Sahel region.
The three West African states have sought alternative alliances, including forging closer security tieswith Russia. Chadian political analyst Evariste N’Garlem Tolde previously told RT that the French army has failed in combating rebel groups responsible for violence in the country. Paris already has a base in the country with around 1,000 troops.
Senegal’s government is also seeking the closure of all French army bases. On Thursday, Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye stated in an interview with Le Monde that“there will soon be no more French troops in Senegal” without specifying when the withdrawal will take place.
He is also cited as telling AFP thatthe French army bases are “incompatible” with the West African country’s sovereignty. France currently has 350 soldiers stationed in Senegal but plans to reduce the contingent to 100 as part of a broader military reconfiguration.
According to Thierry Mariani,“what happened with Chad is tragic; it’s 50 years of friendship that are over.
The same with Senegal. It is a disaster for our foreign policy, and it is Macron’s fault. He has shown endless contempt for African leaders”.
Last year, a group of French lawmakers wrote to Macron expressing their dissatisfaction with France’s African policy failures, which they claim have resulted in deteriorating relations between former colonies.

Zelensky dismisses idea of territory for NATO deal
The arrangement would require Ukraine to recognize Russian gains, the country’s leader says
Ukraine will not relinquish its claim to Russian territories that belonged to Kiev before 2014 as a precondition for joining NATO, Vladimir Zelensky has said.
Speaking at a joint press conference with new EU Council President Antonio Costa on Sunday, Zelensky reiterated that Kiev would “never legally recognize any occupation of our lands” by Russia. He was referring to Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye, which voted to join the country in a series of referendums.
This means that “there cannot be a NATO invitation that excludes parts of Ukraine’s territory,” he added.
“Such an invitation would be an automatic acknowledgment that all other [lost] territories are not just at risk, but also not Ukrainian. Ukraine will never agree to this. If there’s an invitation, it must include all territories,” he stated.
Kiev also understands that Article 5 of the NATO Treaty – which stipulates that an attack on a bloc’s member is an attack on all of them – “cannot fully operate during a war across Ukraine’s entire territory because countries fear being dragged into the conflict,” according to Zelensky.
“Ukraine has never involved anyone else in this war – by which I mean the armies of NATO member states,” he added. As for potential security guarantees for Ukraine, Zelensky claimed that it had not received any specific offers from its backers.
Ukraine first identified NATO membership as a strategic goal in 2019. This had been a red line for Moscow, which for years had expressed concerns about the bloc’s creeping expansion towards its borders. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Kiev’s NATO ambitions were the key reason behind the current conflict.
Zelensky’s comments come after he signaled last week that Kiev may be willing to agree to a ceasefire with Moscow without recapturing Ukrainian-claimed territory. He has also acknowledged that Ukraine’s army is too weak to retake its lost territories by force, adding that his country must rely on diplomacy to achieve that goal.
Moscow has said it is ready for dialogue over Ukraine but insisted that any settlement must recognize the territorial reality on the ground. It has also ruled out freezing the conflict, arguing that all the goals of its military operation – including Ukrainian neutrality, denazification, and demilitarization – must be achieved.
(Zelensky better accept something before he has to meet with Trump and team, because guaranteed, he will not have this arrogant thought he makes the decisions. He is definitely running out of good will from the EU and the US soon.)

@VivekGRamaswamy
The Supreme Court this year overturned “Chevron deference” in its Loper Bright ruling, which deals a seismic blow to federal bureaucracy. Under the old standard, federal courts deferred to agency interpretations of law when a statute was deemed ambiguous. That’s no longer the case & here are some facts on the scope of its impact:
Lower federal courts relied upon Chevron somewhere between 17,000 - 19,000 judicial opinions.
A 2022 study found that federal appellate courts applied Chevron in ~85% of cases in which an agency interpretation is at stake. In ~60% of these cases, the court concluded the statute was ambiguous (Chevron Step One) and proceeded to determine whether the agency’s interpretation was reasonable (Chevron Step Two), at which point they sided with the agency 77% of the time.
A separate study evaluated more than 1,300 courts of appeals cases from 2003 to 2013 and found 94% deference to the agencies’ position at Chevron Step Two.
Overturning Chevron deference, combined with the Major Questions Doctrine codified in West Virginia vs EPA, paves the way for not a slight but a *drastic* reduction in the scope of the federal regulatory state. It’s coming.

France’s government is on the brink of collapse after right- and left-wing parties united on Dec. 2 to say they would back a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Michel Barnier, following his decision to push a budget through parliament.
Barnier, an ally of President Emmanuel Macron, invoked a special constitutional tool on Monday to push through the controversial 2025 social security budget without a parliamentary vote, following a last-minute concession that failed to gain support from Marine Le Pen’s right-wing Rassemblement National (RN).
The RN leader said that her party planned to table a no-confidence motion but would also support any similar motion proposed by others.
“The French have had enough,” Le Pen said. “Maybe they thought with Michel Barnier things would get better, but they were even worse.”
Mathilde Panot, from the left-wing party France Unbowed, said: “Faced with this umpteenth denial of democracy, we will censure the government. … We are living in political chaos because of Michel Barnier’s government and Emmanuel Macron’s presidency.”
If RN members of parliament vote with their left-wing colleagues to support the motion, the government will not survive.
Opposition parties now have 24 hours to submit a no-confidence motion, with a vote potentially taking place as early as Wednesday. No government has been forced out of power in Paris in such fashion for 62 years.
Barnier called on the parliament not to pursue a no-confidence vote.
“We are at a moment of truth,” he told lawmakers. “The French will not forgive us for putting the interests of individuals before the future of the country.”
Macron appointed Barnier in September, but his austerity budget—featuring 40 billion euros ($42 billion) in cuts and 20 billion euros ($21 billion) in tax hikes—has been widely criticized, escalating tensions in the parliament.
Opposition leaders argue that Barnier’s concessions, including scrapping an electricity tax hike, did not go far enough to address their concerns.
Both Barnier’s and Le Pen’s camps blamed each other for the impasse, claiming they had done everything possible to reach a deal and had been open to dialogue.
A collapse of the government in Paris would mean two of the European Union’s largest economies, with Germany also in election mode, would be in a state of flux simultaneously.
If the no-confidence motion succeeds, Macron will remain president but will need to appoint a new prime minister.
The development has already unsettled financial markets, with borrowing costs rising sharply amid fears of instability and the euro weakening against the dollar.

What is "Chevron deference" …???
Looks like it's all about what the manufacturing industry regulations consider to be a SAUCE of pollution, specifically air pollution. So, this goes to the core of the CO2 argument.
Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., 467 U.S. 837 (1984), was a landmark decision of the United States Supreme Court that set forth the legal test for when U.S. federal courts must defer to a government agency's interpretation of a law or statute.[1] The decision articulated a doctrine now known as "Chevron deference".[2] Chevron deference consists of a two-part test that is deferential to government agencies: first, whether Congress has spoken directly to the precise issue at question, and second, "whether the agency's answer is based on a permissible construction of the statute."
The decision involved a legal challenge to a change in the U.S. government's interpretation of the word "source" in the Clean Air Act of 1963. The Act did not precisely define what constituted a "source" of air pollution. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) initially defined "source" to cover essentially any significant change or addition to a plant or factory. In 1981, the EPA changed its definition to be mean only an entire plant or factory. This allowed companies to build new projects without going through the EPA's lengthy new review process if they simultaneously modified other parts of their plant to reduce emissions so that the overall change in the plant's emissions was zero. Natural Resources Defense Council, an environmentalist advocacy group, successfully challenged the legality of the EPA's new definition.[3]
Chevron is one of the most important decisions in U.S. administrative law. It has been cited in thousands of cases since its issuance in 1984.[4]
Thirty-nine years later, in May 2023, the Supreme Court granted certiorari to reevaluate Chevron. Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, No. 22-451. A decision is expected in the first half of 2024.[5]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevron_U.S.A.,_Inc._v._Natural_Resources_Defense_Council,_Inc.
The case will be coming up before the Supreme Court mid 2024. Look out for this one, I suspect if Q called it out, it's because it's going to be a lose for Deep State/WEF pundits and a big win for western manufacturing. We will see, but this looks BIGLY…

For Want of an Oiler: The Fragile State of America’s Afloat Logistics Fleet
Salvatore R. Mercogliano, Ph.D. December 2, 2024
Part One
The Navy oiler – a tanker designed to refuel other ships while at sea – shuddered from the hit. Almost immediately, water began to flood into the engine room and at least one of the ship’s rudders was out of service. The damage and flow of water proved challenging for the crew. As the only US Navy fuel ship in the area capable of supporting a carrier strike group came to a stop, the vulnerability of the thin lifeline of American afloat logistics became apparent. How would an entire carrier strike group remain operational without fuel for its planes and escorts? With one stroke, the hitting power of a substantial portion of the U.S. Navy was reduced.
Four score and two years earlier, in January 1942, the United States Pacific Fleet went on the offensive following the attack on Pearl Harbor the month before. The new commander of the fleet, Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, dispatched his three carriers – USS Enterprise, Yorktown, and Lexington – on a series of strikes to disrupt the Japanese offensive. Enterprise and Yorktown, after escorting US Marines to Samoa, struck the Gilbert and Marshall Islands. Lexington aimed for the recently captured American base at Wake Island.
The former attack went off without issues. Enterprise and Yorktown achieved surprise and disrupted Japanese logistics in the region, supported by the new fast oilers USS Platte and Sabine. Lexington‘s strike failed to achieve its aims because of a decisive and devastating strike by the Japanese that forced an entire carrier strike group to abort its mission. Early in the morning of January 23, 1942, the Japanese submarine I-72 spotted a lone American ship on the horizon. Making its approach under low clouds at night, the sub fired a single torpedo that struck the ship on the starboard side at 0310, but it proved a dud. Continuing its approach, it fired again, scoring a successful hit nine minutes later. The ship came to a halt as the engine room flooded.
I-72 circled its victim and at 0328 fired a third torpedo that detonated against the port side forward. With flooding fore and aft on both sides, the ship was finished. The commanding officer, Commander William Bartlett Fletcher, Jr., ordered the crew to abandon ship 120 miles west of Pearl Harbor. The ship sank an hour later taking 57 men with it, leaving 126 to be rescued. The ship was a lowly auxiliary vessel of the U.S. Navy, USS Neches. While not a glamorous command, Neches, the Navy’s fifth oiler, contained the fuel necessary for USS Lexington, its aircraft, and supporting task force to reach Wake Island and return. Its loss meant Vice Admiral Wilson Brown could not execute Nimitz’s order.
In much the same way Neches was lost to Lexington, on September 23, 2024, USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) was returning from an underway replenishment operation with the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group. Big Horn had been performing double duty in the Arabian Sea supporting not just Lincoln, but the USS Theodore Roosevelt‘s strike group. The Kaiser-class oiler, crewed by civilian merchant mariners of the Military Sealift Command (MSC), had become the standard method of refueling US Navy ships at sea. With the Houthis attacking shipping in the Red Sea/Bab el-Mandeb region and the Iranians making threats against Israel due to their incursion into Gaza, the US carriers were sailing on deterrence patrols.
Roosevelt‘s group departed the area in September, leaving Big Horn to provide fuel for Lincoln. The high pace of supporting two carrier strike groups and then shuttling to port to reload placed a heavy premium on the hard-stretched Military Sealift Command crew. The commander of the organization, Rear Admiral (lower half) Philip Sobek, just announced a plan to shift the crews of 17 support vessels to prioritize the replacement of personnel on forward deployed ships like Big Horn. A series of accidents, including the grounding of USNS Alan Shepard & Herschel “Woody” Williams, along with crewing issues, raised readiness concerns for the logistic fleet of the US Navy operated by Military Sealift Command, with twenty percent of the battle force crewed by merchant mariners.
As Big Horn returned to the port of Duqm, Oman, the ship passed over Shib Kudun (San Carlos) Bank and grounded. Based on videos released, the ship suffered flooding of the engine room and damage to at least one of its rudders necessitating the ship being towed into port. The damage to Big Horn left Lincoln and its strike group with insufficient at-sea fueling capability. There were two dry stores/ammunition ships in the area – USNS Amelia Earhart and Alan Shepard– but they each only carried a seventh of Big Horn‘s fuel and transferred it at a much slower rate.

Part Two
The mission loss of Big Horn meant that the US 5th Fleet had to modify its operations, specifically the ability to sustain Lincoln and its escorts in the region. This necessitated the dispatch of most of Lincoln’s escorts into the Red Sea to be closer to fueling sources in Saudi Arabia. On September 27, the destroyers Spruance and Stockdale, along with the Littoral Combat Ship Indianapolis, sailed through the Bab el-Mandeb and came under attack from Houthis. They failed to hit the ship, but they remained in the Red Sea until November 11. Lincoln and its diminished escorts maintained their presence in the Arabian Sea, supported by the two hard-working AKEs and two eventual reinforcements.
The first was a commercial tanker chartered by Military Sealift Command. The ship was modified to receive underway replenishment rigs from vessels and was intended to serve as consolidation platforms for oilers. The concept was that commercial tankers go into port, load, and then meet the underway replenishment oiler at sea, allowing them to maintain their forward presence. The Navy had ended this practice following the peace dividend with the conclusion of the Cold War. With the rise of potential threats at sea, MSC rekindled this concept. But this marks the first time an aircraft carrier has conducted such an operation with a commercial tanker in decades.
Second, the 7th Fleet dispatched Big Horn‘s sistership USNS Rappahannock, one of four oilers deployed to the western Pacific, to the 5th Fleet to take over and support Lincoln. This deprived the western Pacific of one of its crucial logistical elements and it took weeks before Rappahannock arrived on station to relieve Big Horn. She did not transit the Straits of Malacca until mid-October. The deployment was brief as the group departed in November.
The loss of Neches in 1942 and damage to Big Horn in 2024 highlights the vulnerability of American forward naval presence in the world. For decades, the United States survived due to the uncontested nature of logistics on the world’s oceans. As such, the Navy undertook the process, starting in 1972, to transfer the at-sea logistics and auxiliary forces from Navy-manning to that of the Military Sealift Command. As of 2010, all auxiliary ships in the US Navy have merchant mariner crews on board. Additionally, to save money, the concept of station (forward deployed logistic ships) and shuttle commercial vessels has given way to single ships providing dual services from forward logistic bases. The shift to civilian crewing has also reduced the crews on board and removed nearly all defenses for the ships, making them vulnerable to attack.
As a new national security team prepares to take the helm in the second Trump Administration, the logistic shortfalls of the Department of Defense should be high on their list of issues. Not only does the US Navy lack depth in its at-sea refueling capability, but there are other concerns. The sealift ships needed to deploy U.S. forces abroad average 44 years old and are below the required readiness level. The U.S. Army and Marine Corps have substantially degraded their afloat prepositioning capability. The Army watercraft fleet demonstrated its vulnerabilities in the recent operation off Gaza, and the U.S. merchant marine is woefully unprepared to face a situation akin to that faced by Admiral Nimitz and the United States in the Pacific in 1942.
The underpinning of American naval success since the deployment of the first destroyers across the Atlantic in 1917 to Europe has been the ability of the US Navy to provide the logistics needed to sail and maintain their forces forward deployed. Today, potential adversaries of the US are making note of these issues with massive studies being done by the Chinese on past, present, and future American logistical operations. These vulnerabilities need to be addressed by getting to the root of the issue with rebuilding the American maritime industry and sector so that we can build, maintain ships, recruit, and retain mariners to sail them during peace and war. Without these, the United States is a sea power with a finite window of operations in much the same way that the Japanese went to war over eight decades ago and was defeated by a nation that embraced the true Alfred T. Mahan theory of sea power.
To paraphrase a famous proverb, For Want of an Oiler the Battle May be Lost. That was proven when Neches went down in 1942, and Lexington abandoned its raid on Wake Island. It was affirmed again when Big Horn was damaged in 2024 and Lincoln found itself without sufficient fuel to maintain its strike group.

Has the resignation been poasted yet?
Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger reportedly forced out from flailing chipmaker after board loses faith
Intel boss Pat Gelsinger was forced out after the board lost faith in his ability to execute a much-needed turnaround as rivals like Nvidia overshadow the once-dominant chipmaker, according to multiple reports Monday.
Gelsinger, who was named CEO less than four years ago and has spent four decades at the company, abruptly resigned Sunday after tensions boiled over at a board meeting last week, according to Reuters, which cited a person familiar with the matter.
He was given the choice to retire or be removed, and he chose to resign, multiple sources told Bloomberg, which first broke the circumstances behind his exit.
Intel declined to comment.
Gelsinger’s ouster comes after Intel was awarded nearly $8 billion in federal grants from President Biden’s CHIPS Act last week. The grants were announced earlier this year. Just months later, the company cut 15% of its 110,000 workforce as part of a cost-cutting move.
David Zinsner and Michelle Johnston Holthaus have been named interim co-CEOs as the board searches for a new chief executive. Zinsner is executive vice president and chief financial officer at the company. Holthaus is the chief executive of Intel Products, which encompasses client computing and artificial intelligence groups.
Intel shares were flat in midday trading on Monday.
As part of his turnaround plan for the chipmaking giant, Gelsinger wanted to expand Intel’s factory network and make chips for other companies – something it had never done before.
The chief executive laid out plans for an expensive new facility in Ohio, which received a large chunk of the Chips Act funds.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said he hoped to speak with the new interim CEOs to discuss moving forward with the facility.
“Billions of dollars have been invested at the Ohio One site in Licking County, including multiple loads of equipment coming north from the Ohio River to the site,” DeWine said in a statement on Monday. “Now that the CHIPS Act funding has been announced, we anticipate the project will continue to move ahead quickly.”
Just last month, Gelsinger said he had a “lot of energy and passion” moving forward with the project, as well as the support of the board.
On Monday, the 63-year-old changed his tune.
“Today is, of course, bittersweet as this company has been my life for the bulk of my working career,” Gelsinger said in a statement. “I can look back with pride at all that we have accomplished together. It has been a challenging year for all of us as we have made tough but necessary decisions to position Intel for the current market dynamics.”
Frank Yeary, the board’s independent chair, will serve as interim executive chair as the company seeks a new leader.
“On behalf of the board, I want to thank Pat for his many years of service and dedication to Intel across a long career in technology leadership,” Yeary said in a statement. “Pat spent his formative years at Intel, then returned at a critical time for the company in 2021.”

In his statement, Yeary emphasized that the company knows it still has work left to restore investor confidence and deliver on advancements in its product group.
One of Intel’s main challenges has been operating in Nvidia’s shadow as Jensen Huang’s company leads the artificial intelligence chipmaker race. Nvidia has carved out a huge share of the market, taking tens of billions of dollars that would have gone to Intel in years past – becoming the world’s most valuable publicly traded company with a market capitalization of $3.4 trillion.
Meanwhile, Intel’s stock has plunged 49.7% so far this year and hit a new 10-year low in September.
Last month, Intel reported a massive third-quarter loss of $16.6 billion – a far cry from the net profit of $300 million reported in the year-ago period.
The CHIPS Act set aside $39 billion in grants, $75 billion in loans and loan guarantees and 25% tax credits to bring manufacturing jobs to the US and boost the country’s chipmaking efforts.
President-elect Donald Trump has slammed the program and its massive spending in the past.

Jill Biden’s White House Christmas Decorations Are Predictably Ghastly.
The Biden family has unleashed all kinds of aesthetic hell on the White House over the past few years, from “tits”-out transgender garden parties to some of the most horrendous outfits ever seen on a First Lady in America’s history.
Naturally, the family’s final Christmas at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue was likely to be equally gauche, and Jill Biden appears to have met those expectations perfectly.
A “first look” at the latest attempts to besmirch Christmas reveals some kind of angular, plastic monstrosity flanked by two more traditional trees. The White House website claims: “The first Christmas tree display featured on the White House tour is dedicated to Gold Star Families. This year’s Gold Star Tree exhibit is constructed of six oversized and stacked stars, representing all six branches of the military. Names of fallen service members are written on gold star ornaments on the four accompanying Christmas trees. The Gold Star Trees honor the heroic men and women of our Nation’s military who have laid down their lives for our country, those who are Missing in Action, and the families who carry on their legacies. May God bless our troops and their families.”
Flatly, if I were a Gold Star family member, I’d be insulted by it.
Moving on through the White House, there are moments of decency, but not in thelibrary, which presents a hollow, plasticky, hodge-podge of Christmas trees with almost no rhyme nor reason:
Next is the Vermeil Room, which is decorated with the portraits of first ladies, including Mamie Eisenhower, Claudia “Lady Bird” Johnson, Jacqueline Kennedy, and, uh, not much more. They’ve stuck a tree in the corner and a garland on the fireplace and called it a day:
Then there’s the China Room, which appears to be decorated with fake loaves of bread and a few random trees in the corner. Again, there isno rhyme or reason, and the White House website describes this as “Food is love. A baker’s bench and artisanal breads set the scene in this room, reminding guests of the peaceful, patient, and loving process of baking bread.”
I’m not sure what that has to do with Christmas, but okay, let’s move on to thepiece de repugnance: the official White House Christmas tree in the Blue Room.
Yes, they’ve wrapped the tree in a carousel, perhaps as a nod to what a circus the Biden government has been:
Now, as I say, there are some parts of the White House thathaven’t been vomited all over by Jill Biden’s fever dreams, but for the most part, it’s a fitting exit for a flop of a president and an embarrassment of a First Lady.

(compare this to Melania's decorations, I think it's apparent Jill picks decorations like she picks her clothes, gauche.)
