Abstract

An iontophoretic system for promoting tissue healing processes and inducing regeneration. The system includes a device and a method, a composition, and methods for making the composition in vitro and in vivo. The system is implemented by placing a flexible, silver-containing anode in contact with the wound, placing a cathode on intact skin near the anode, and applying a wound-specific DC voltage between the anode and the cathode. Electrically-generated silver ions from the anode penetrate into the adjacent tissues and undergo a sequence of reactions leading to formation of a silver-collagen complex. This complex acts as a biological inducer to cause the formation in vivo of an adequate blastema to support regeneration.

[Photos shows a severed finger that was regenerated by applying a particular microcurrent frequency through silver, and you have to have silver as the electrode. It would activate the stem cell activity and they show you over a period of a few months them regrowing the entire finger back.]

Trump-Vance Campaign Fights Illegal Election Administration in Georgia

The Trump-Vance Campaign, RNC, and Georgia GOP have filed lawsuits in state and federal court challenging several Georgia counties that are illegally remaining open over the weekend to receive absentee ballots after early voting ended.

Early voting was required to end statewide on Friday, November 1. At the last minute several heavily Democrat counties announced they would open their offices over the weekend to receive mail ballots. This is illegal, so we immediately filed a state court lawsuit. In a win for election integrity, the counties retreated from plans to keep drop boxes open over the weekend, but we continue to fight the illegal re-opening of the centers in state and federal court.

This is a clear, partisan violation of the law intended to boost Democrat efforts in Georgia. With just two days until our country's most important election, it is critical for officials to follow the law and run the election in a fair and transparent manner.

These actions by some Georgia counties do nothing but undermine the security of our elections and drive up mistrust in the process. Georgia must take immediate action to protect the vote.

RFK Jr. Says Trump Would Push to End Adding Fluoride to Drinking Water

Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that former President Donald Trump will seek to end public water fluoridation if he’s elected president.

“On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy, who Trump said will be part of his administration if he wins on Nov. 5, wrote in a post on social media platform X over the weekend.

Kennedy then made reference to a landmark September ruling from a U.S. district judge who directed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to address concerns about whether fluoridation can lead to lower IQ in children. The American Dental Association and related medical groups said they disagreed with the ruling and repeated their recommendation that fluoride be added to drinking water supplies.

“Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease,” Kennedy wrote on X.

Since 1945, U.S. municipalities have added fluoride to tap water in a bid to combat tooth decay. The U.S. Public Health Service recommends that water systems have a fluoride level of 0.7 milligrams per liter.

A report issued early this year by the National Toxicology Program, an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, found that high levels of fluoride in other countries could be tied to lower IQ levels in children. The agency found that drinking water levels with 1.5 milligrams of fluoride per liter could pose a problem in children.

For the past five decades, the recommended upper range has been 1.2 milligrams per liter. The World Health Organization has set a safe limit for fluoride in drinking water of 1.5 milligrams.

Biden judge rules that Iowa can check ballots of potential noncitizens in case brought by ACLU

A federal judge ruled Sunday that hundreds of ballots from potential noncitizens can have their validity challenged, while critics say that it will threaten the voting rights of recently naturalized citizens.

The case was brought by the American Civil Liberties Union in Des Moines, the capital of Iowa, on behalf of the League of Latin American Citizens of Iowa and four recently naturalized citizens who were on the state's list of questionable registrations to be challenged by local elections officials.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Locher, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, sided with the state, according to Fox News. The state's representatives argued that the process of investigating and possibly removing 2,000 names could prevent illegal voting by noncitizens.

In his ruling, Locher cited a U.S. Supreme Court decision from earlier in the week which allowed Virginia to resume its process of removing names of potentially noncitizen voters from its rolls. He said that this effort by the state doesn’t actually remove anyone from the voter rolls, but instead requires some voters to use provisional ballots.

DOJ invokes Civil War-era law in warning federal agents not to respond to polling places with guns

Agents told they could face felony under a law passed in 1865 even if responding to a fake threat at polling places. At least one retired FBI agent blasted the memo for treating "street agents like children."

In recent days, federal law enforcement agents across the government received a jarring communication from the Justice Department: a warning they could be prosecuted under a Civil War-era law if they respond to an election polling place with guns, even for a fake report of a crime.

The memo from Corey R. Amundson, the chief of DOJ’s Public Integrity Section that oversees election crimes, was dated Oct. 15 and states it was prompted by inquiries about how the government might respond to Election Day violence.

It was brought to the attention of Just the News by a senior law enforcement official and confirmed by multiple federal agents, some who said their immediate bosses offered additional guidance.

“In our role overseeing federal prosecutorial efforts against election crime, the Public Integrity Section, through our Election Crimes Branch, has received inquiries about the legality of having armed federal law enforcement agents at polling places,” Amundson wrote. “Given the potential relevance of this issue to federal law enforcement agencies and the Department of Defense. we thought it prudent to bring to your attention Title 18, United States Code, Section 592."

“This statute which has been on existence since 1864 makes it a felony for a federal official to send armed personnel to an operational polling place for crowd control or other purposes,” the memo added.

DOJ officials and retired agents told Just the News similar communications about the Civil War-era law have been sent out in prior elections, but this year’s memo has gotten more attention internally because of a recent Election Day ISIS terror plot that was thwarted a few weeks ago in Oklahoma and more recent fire bombings of ballot collection boxes in the Northwest.

The current memo cautioned agents that bad actors might try to trick agents into an armed respond to a polling place with a false report of violence.

“Be aware that an individual or group may seek to entice an armed federal response to a polling place in violation of the statute by making a false report of a bomb threat or active shooter,” the memo cautioned. “Coordination with your state and local law enforcement partners is essential.”

The memo stated there are two exceptions to the law:

“The statute does not prevent federal law enforcement personnel from carrying their service weapon when visiting a polling place to vote in their personal capacity.”

“The statute does not prevent an armed federal response when a polling place ceases operations since it is no longer covered by the statute under those circumstances. This may occur due to an emergency, such as a bomb threat or active shooter.”

Federal agents said the memo created some confusion and consternation within the agency. “If we get a report of a terror attack and respond like we should quickly and we get there and find it is fake and the polling place is still operating, I guess we go to prison,” one agent said, speaking only on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to news media.

Jeff Danik, a retired FBI supervisory special agent, told Just the News that this election year memo felt ham-handed and that there was probably a better way to communicate to agents. "It really is a routine notification," Danik said. "DOJ should have just said there’s a prior approval process for a large federal response to a polling location which, absent a public safety emergency, requires specific notifications and approval."

"Instead, being the typical weak leaders at DOJ, they can’t help themselves but to threaten rather than communicate to street agents like children," he added.

The statute at hand dates to the Civil War and the contemporaneous fears that soldiers might have tried to disrupt the election in which Abraham Lincoln won a second term amid intense fighting between Union and Confederate soldiers.

Former USAID Mission Director Admitted to Soliciting and Paying Commercial Sex Workers

USAID’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) initiated an investigation into an allegation that a former USAID mission director was the client of a commercial sex ring. OIG worked with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) to investigate the allegations.

OIG and DS found evidence showing that the former mission director posted online reviews of over 40 sex workers located in the United States and overseas. He told OIG and DS special agents that he’d solicited and paid sex workers while on temporary duty assignments and while he was posted overseas as a USAID foreign service officer.

The U.S. Department of Justice declined to pursue Federal criminal charges against the former mission director– a retired Senior Foreign Service Officer. OIG provided a report to USAID for action.

In case you have not been paying attention – leftist groups around the country have been caught corrupting our elections by dumping tens of thousands of bogus ballot registrations into our voter rolls. This is taking place in state after state.

PENNSYLVANIA

Lancaster County, Pennsylvania city officials announced eight days ago that they were investigating a massive fraudulent voter registration operation investigation involving thousands of fraudulent voter registrations. At least 2,500 ballot registrations were in question.

On Saturday, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania announced that they were also investigating hundreds of fake ballot registrations that were turned in recently by a questionable voter registration group. Lancaster, Monroe and York Counties in Pennsylvania have reported similar criminal acts and they are investigating. At least two counties reported that Field+Media Corps was behind the thousands of fraudulent registrations. The ballot registration harvesting group is based in Arizona.

MICHIGAN

The Gateway Pundit reported extensively about the leftist group GBI Strategies, a Democrat-linked group that received funding from Joe Biden and the Democrat Senatorial Campaign, that was caught dumping thousands of fraudulent ballots into the 2020 election in Michigan. GBI Strategies had “canvassers” working in several black-majority cities in Michigan, including Flint, Benton Harbor, Ypsilanti, Inkster, Southfield, Muskegon, Lansing, and Saginaw.

The FBI took over the GBI investigation in where it went to die.

An official with GBI, Brianna Hawkins, admitted to police that the group turned in hundreds of fake registrations and was operating in several states and Washington DC.



According to a Michigan police report, GBI Strategies was operating in Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Washington DC.

OHIO

In August 2024, The Hamilton County Ohio Board of Elections turned over several suspicious voter registration applications Ohio Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Division. According to Hamilton County Board of Elections members, the voter registrations in question were recently turned in by the self-described “progressive” voter registration organization Black Fork Strategies. Hamilton County Director of Elections Sherry Poland held up a large stack of voter registrations during a local meeting about an inch thick to show how many registrations one canvasser from Black Fork Strategies turned in with that all appeared to have the same handwriting. The investigation was turned over to the Secretary of State.

ARIZONA

This now leads us to Arizona. According to the far-left media outlet, Arizona Central, Maricopa County officials reported that 90,000 registration forms were turned in by a third-party group on the last day of voter registration (October 27) in the state. This tends to be a similar practice to other leftist registration harvesting groups – dumping thousands on state clerks around the cut off date for registering to vote.

According to the Arizona Republic 40,000 of the registrations or almost half of the total were damaged or incomplete and could not be used.

Maricopa Spokesperson Taylor Kinnerup said many forms were dated weeks prior. Arizona state law mandates that third-party groups submit registration forms to election officials “within five days” of collecting the forms from voters. So this was another infraction by the group.

The Arizona Central reported:

Officials said up to 90,000 forms were submitted by third-party groups on the last day of voter registration before the upcoming election, far more than Recorder’s Office staff expected. Since then, about 50,000 forms have been processed, although some were incomplete and require voters to provide additional information.

But the remainder — an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 forms — were entirely unusable because they were torn, wet or otherwise damaged…

…Voters who didn’t completely fill out their registration form or who filled out a form that ended up damaged may have to cast a provisional ballot on Election Day.

The third-party group that dumped the thousands of registrations on the final day of registering pays their employees by the number of ballots the turn in. So they are incentivizing the fraud.

It should be clear at this point that this is how Democrats are finding their new voters. It appears the majority of these “new voters” may be fake registrations.
