In 2023 alone, Charles and William’s “private fiefdoms,” the Duchy of Lancaster and the Duchy of Cornwall - raised £27.4 million (over $35 million) and £23.6 million ($30 million) respectively for the British royal family, the newspaper found as part of a joint investigation with Channel 4’s Dispatches program.
The paper said Saturday that they used the royal addresses to uncover their business contracts and discovered how the duchies are making money “via a series of commercial rents and feudal levies on land largely seized by medieval monarchs.”
Dubbed “Duchy Files,” the investigation claims to have found that King Charles and Prince William “charge for the right to cross rivers, offload cargo onto the shore, run cables under their beaches, operate schools and charities, and even dig graves.”
“They earn revenue from toll bridges, ferries, sewage pipes, churches, village halls, pubs, distilleries, gas pipelines, boat moorings, opencast and underground mines, car parks, rental homes and wind turbines,” The Times claims.
Some 5,410 landholdings and properties are held by the royal duchies, the investigation claims.
For instance, a deal with an NHS foundation trust will reportedly pay the King’s Duchy of Lancaster £11 million ($14 million) over 15 years to rent a warehouse for ambulances.
Prince William’s Duchy of Cornwall receives £1.5 million ($1.9 million) a year from the Ministry of Justice for using Dartmoor Prison, The Times claims. The duchy of the King’s eldest son, the Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps, also charges the military “for the right to train” on its 67,500 acres of land in Dartmoor. The sum it gets has not been revealed.
The estates also rent out over 900 residential homes and farms to tenants, according to the report.

We interrupt today's important election coverage for a story that could have impacts even longer-lasting than President Kamala Harris's first ten-trillion-dollar budget.
I'll wash my keyboard out with soap later for typing the phrase "President Kamala Harris."
When the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine was hacked in early October, it looked at first like just another email-and-password smash-and-grab. But that was followed up by repeated Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks that crippled the service. The Internet Archive was hit again on Oct. 20, "this time with the threat actors gaining access to their Zendesk support email system."
The Wayback Machine came back but as a read-only service.
What that means is, while you can search archived webpages from before the attacks, "you can’t currently capture an existing web page into the archive."
That matters bigly. When the New York Times, Washington Post, or anyone else stealth-edits a news report to hide the truth, you could still find the original on the Wayback Machine. That's no longer true. "For the first time in 30 years, we have gone a long swath of time – since October 8-10 – since this service has chronicled the life of the Internet in real time," the Brownstone Institute reported this week.
As of this writing, fully three weeks of web content have not been archived. What we are missing and what has changed is anyone’s guess. And we have no idea when the service will come back. It is entirely possible that it will not come back, that the only real history to which we can take recourse will be pre-October 8, 2024, the date on which everything changed.
But it gets worse.
Google killed off its cache feature — similar to the Wayback Machine — right around the time the Internet Archive got hacked. Coincidence? Probably. But I'm making a tinfoil hat, just in case.
The White House just got caught altering Presidentish Joe Biden's "garbage" remarks. "Nothing to see here," Sean Davis quipped, "just the Biden-Harris administration deliberately falsifying federal records."
They got caught this time, and sources like X still have the original video. But what happens next time, when some politician or MSM editor waits until the furor dies down before making their stealth edit — and there's no Wayback Machine to catch them?
Wikipedia is the defacto internet encyclopedia but has proven time and again to be biased at best and subject to stealth edits at worst.
More people are using AI to perform their web searches and summaries for them, but the large language models are scraping data from sources increasingly subject to manipulation.

A federal judge appointed by Barack Obama ruled that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes must release records pertaining to over 1.2 million “inactive” voters on Arizona’s voter rolls.
The decision comes amid concerns that Arizona’s voter rolls may contain numerous inactive or ineligible registrations, that would impact the accuracy of the state’s voter database.
Judge Logan served 26 years in the Marine Corps and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal while stationed in Iraq.
Barack Obama nominated Judge Logan to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2013.
On Saturday, Judge Steven P. Logan ordered Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to turn over records regarding 1.2 million potentially ineligible voters listed as “inactive” on Arizona’s voter rolls.
The case was initiated by the 1789 Foundation, known as Citizen AG, a Florida nonprofit, along with Arizona resident Lindsey Graham. They filed a lawsuit arguing that Arizona’s voter rolls were not properly maintained and included up to 1.2 million inactive voters who had failed to respond to confirmation notices and did not vote in recent elections, a potential violation of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
On October 4, 2024, Citizen AG submitted a formal request for records, which the Secretary of State’s office initially denied, stating that “individual counties may have the information requested.”
In response, Citizen AG argued that this denial blocked their right to inspect public records on voter list maintenance, which they claimed frustrated their organizational mission of ensuring fair elections.
Following a November 1, 2024, hearing, U.S. District Judge Steven P. Logan granted Citizen AG’s request, ordering Fontes to release the records of inactive voters. However, Judge Logan allowed Fontes until December 2, 2024, to comply.
“Even if the 1.2 million statistic is true, this Court does not have the authority to issue an injunction ordering the Secretary to strike 1.2 million voters from the rolls on the eve of the election, given the NVRA’s 90-day provision,” according to the court ruling reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
“Neither Citizen AG nor Ms. Graham have established they have standing to bring this claim, as their arguments based on organizational standing and vote dilution are insufficient to satisfy the strictures of Article III. However, even if the Plaintiffs did have standing to bring this claim, it would once again fail on the grounds that it is, at this preliminary stage, wholly speculative,” it added.
Tucson.com reported:
Attorney Alexander Kolodin, who represents Citizen AG, said the ruling is still a victory.
He said once the records are produced — the judge gave Fontes until Dec. 2 to comply — that will give his client a chance to prove the merits of its assertion of poorly maintained voter rolls. And that, said Kolodin, could provide the basis for a future challenge to the rolls, even if that can’t occur until after next week’s election.
“We are pleased that the court ordered the records the secretary has been unlawfully withholding released so that Citizen AG will have the documents it needs to ensure that Arizona’s voter rolls are cleaned up,’’ he told Capitol Media Services.
But Kolodin, a Republican state representative from Scottsdale, also took a political swat at Fontes, a Democrat.
“It is obviously difficult to prove a claim when the secretary has been withholding just those records which reveal the depths of his incompetence and malfeasance,’’ he said.
A spokesman for Fontes would not comment on the ruling but said that the office would comply.

Ahead of potential civil unrest due to Tuesday’s presidential election, the National Guard is on standby as a precaution in several states, including Washington state and Oregon, where hundreds of ballots were damaged or destroyed after at least three ballot drop boxes were recently set on fire, officials say.
Almost all the ballots set ablaze on Monday were in a drop box in Vancouver, Washington, while most ballots in a drop box in Portland, Oregon, survived a fire set the same day, election officials said. The incidents are believed to be connected to a third fire on October 8, also in Vancouver. Portland police released a physical description of a suspect but said they’ve not identified him.

Some Arizona voters say they’re being turned away at their polling location, with election workers informing them that their voter registration has been suspended and that they cannot cast their ballot. The registration issue, brought to light by America First Legal, stems from a data transfer error that flagged 218,000 people on the state’s voter roll as not having proof of citizenship.
While a portion of the voters impacted by the error are potentially noncitizens who cannot legally vote in federal elections, the Arizona Secretary of State’s office acknowledges that many are legal voters. On Friday, a state judge ruled that Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) must produce a complete list of the impacted voters to county election officials by Monday.

Big Tech platforms had shockingly frank internal conversations about their efforts to sway the 2020 presidential election, even stating explicitly they wanted to be on the good side of a Biden-Harris administration, according to communications released by the House Judiciary Committee days before an election in which mainstream media are promoting censorship of conservative voices.
The Republican-led Weaponization of the Federal Government Subcommittee published an 82-page interim staff report Wednesday on how the FBI "prebunked" allegations about Biden family "corruption," and 641-page version with the full communications, providing the clearest evidence yet that tech platforms understood their role inevitably paved the way for the Democratic ticket.

The Pentagon Fails to Send Absentee Ballots to Active Military Service Members
Republican lawmakers demand answers from the Pentagon after military service members complained that they have not received enough absentee ballots to vote before Election Day.
GOP Reps. Brian Mast (R-FL), Bill Huizenga (R-MI), and Mike Waltz (R-FL) sent a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin citing their “grave concern over deficiencies in the Defense Department’s protocols” for the U.S. military because they said the absentee ballot stockpile has been “depleted and had not been replenished.”
“Our nation’s brave men and women in uniform brought to our attention that there has been inadequate education at the administrative level on how to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and fill in a federal write-in absentee ballot if their state-issued ballot does not arrive in time," the letter reads. “Other service members also stated that when a request for a federal write-in absentee ballot was made, they were told the base’s stockpile of such ballots was depleted and had not been replenished."
The lawmakers also wrote that the Pentagon offered “inadequate education” on how service members can vote while deployed.
The Republicans demanded that the Pentagon take extraordinary measures to ensure that the nation’s "elite warriors" have an opportunity to cast their vote in the upcoming election. However, with only three days until Election Day, lawmakers fear the government has not yet taken action.
Mast called it unacceptable that the Biden-Harris Administration took no further steps to consider the country’s service members, and instead, it was an afterthought.
“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have mobilized federal manpower, resources, and tax dollars to block state-level election integrity measures, including in Georgia and Virginia, through lawsuits and smears,” Mast said in a press release. “They claim to care about democracy and the right to vote, yet they’ve failed to plan accordingly to facilitate the right to vote for every single one of our nation’s brave men and women in uniform. Our nation’s elite warriors deserve to have every opportunity to vote for the next commander-in-chief, especially since that person will be making life-and-death decisions for our troops.”
The incident comes after President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have refused to acknowledge that U.S. military members are serving overseas in combat. During a debate, Harris claimed that no active service members were on the battlefield.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is suing several counties in Georgia, citing a simultaneous decision to accept ballots over the weekend - thenblock Republican poll watchers in defiance of guidance issued by the Secretary of State.
"Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties decided at the last minute to accept ballots over the weekend — which disregards the law," wrote RNC Chairman Michael Whatley on X.
Democrat officials in Georgia are playing fast and loose with election law.

Georgia GOP Chairman Josh McKoon condemned the decision, writing on X:
"Emboldened by the failure of our judicial branch to stop their changing election rules days before Election Day, Georgia Democrats and their allies in Fulton County are banning poll watchers from observing their “special” weekend operations to try to bank more Democrat absentee ballots."
We all know what is going on — Democrats are panicked by the incredible Republican turnout in early voting and will do anything to try to catch up even if it means doing it under the cover of darkness and stiff arming any independent observationof whatever the hell is going on in their four “special voting locations” open today with no notice or approval by anyone authorized to oversee elections administration.
Georgia Republicans are calling on our elected officials and elections administrators to stop this madness which is doing incalculable and irreversible damage to confidence in this election.”
McKoon posted what appears to be an internal, yet unverified (by ZeroHedge) email which reads: "Good Morning Team! FYI - There are NO WATCHERS approved for the ballot drop off!Do not let them in the building. If they want to observe from the parking lot, you can't stop that but they are not allowed to sit in the building."
In response, Georgia state Senator Greg Dolezal said "I am in communication with the Secretary of State's office and my Senate colleagues about this. The Secretary has sent investigators to all four locations and the outside monitoring teams (which were assigned specifically to observe Fulton for prior issues) are also deploying people to each location."
