Harris campaign operatives were caught soliciting foreign participation in the 2024 election, even going so far as to tell non-citizens how to fund electioneering activities and how to skirt campaign finance laws against foreign donations.

In the previous installments of this investigation into how the Harris-Walz presidential campaign is dishonestly manipulating online platforms, I noted the existence of a Discord server where campaign employees coordinate with a volunteer army to flood social media sites with campaign propaganda. The volunteers also vote en masse on social media to artificially boost Harris-Walz content or downvote content that is harmful to their campaign. Not only is this deceptive and misleading to voters, it’s a clear violation of these websites’ Terms of Service.

In part one and part two of the investigation, I noted this strategy had been successful at manipulating both Reddit and X. Over the past month, one out of every eight of the top stories in the eight-million-member Politics subreddit was planted by the campaign. On X, the campaign appears to have successfully voted down Community Notes accurately calling out the Harris campaign for tweeting out brazen lies.

But one activity I found on the Discord server was particularly concerning. After years of Democrats erroneously insisting that Donald Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election and otherwise warning of foreign election manipulation, the Harris-Walz campaign is actively recruiting foreigners to work on the campaign and is even encouraging them to donate to American political causes.

There appears to be no vetting, and given that the Harris-Walz campaign’s Discord community overtly engaged in disinformation campaigns, it was ripe for infiltration and abuse by foreign intelligence and other bad actors attempting to influence the election — although I saw no concrete proof of that.

However, my research found multiple foreign nationals actively volunteering for the Harris-Walz campaign. This activity, while permitted by the FEC, raises questions about whether foreigners should be allowed to volunteer for official U.S. political campaigns. Their comments ranged from showing excitement at how they could volunteer to “save democracy”…

… to Canadians sharing their plans to make road trips to Michigan, where they aim to go door-to-door canvassing …

…and asking how they, as foreigners, could donate money to “help fund the Harris-Walz campaign” using a legal donation loophole …

… which was praised by the server’s moderators, who went on to distribute the link to other channels (chats) in the Discord server.

The server’s moderators embraced the foreigners with open arms. Moderators are powerful users in Discord communities — they have the power to delete messages, ban users, and make announcements that reach the entire server’s user base (35,000 individual people at the time of writing). They were overjoyed to see non-American support, and eager to help foreigners learn how they could make a meaningful impact in the upcoming presidential election.

On Oct. 20, 2024, the campaign pinged the abroad group, desperately urging foreigners to spam call Wisconsin voters. Their goal was to reach 5 million telemarketing calls on Kamala’s birthday.

When one foreign user expressed concern about “meddling in US elections,” a moderator quickly assured him this was perfectly legal, and urged him to phone bank for Kamala.

While the Federal Election Commission does prohibit foreign nationals from making monetary donations and contributions to U.S. campaigns directly, it does explicitly allow foreign nationals to volunteer for campaigns as long as they are uncompensated. Unfortunately, the FEC does not account for donation loopholes, which are currently being propagated throughout the Harris-Walz Discord server.

The Harris-Walz staff are clearly teaching foreigners how to skirt FEC regulations. This may not be illegal, but it is enticing foreign nationals to influence American elections — something that Democrats have spent years warning is a serious threat to democracy.

Whether this directly violates election laws is also beside the point for many Americans, who believe foreign nationals should not be allowed to volunteer for U.S. presidential campaigns. American elections should be for Americans, and the Harris-Walz campaign is actively inviting foreign influences into their campaign.

Whether individually or as an entire crew, they dress up in sometimes spooky, sometimes scary, but always creative costumes, often designed from materials available aboard the space station.

A massive number of Georgians who did not participate in the 2020 presidential election recently voted early as former President Donald Trump (R) and Vice President Kamala Harris (D) battle for the White House, an analysis shows.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) and GeorgiaVotes.com found that over half a million of the people living in the state who did not vote in 2020 have already cast their ballot, the outlet reported on Wednesday.

The article continued:

As of Wednesday morning, those 613,000 voters include new residents, Georgians who weren’t old enough to vote four years ago, as well as residents who have moved back after a time living in other states and voters who were registered for decades but just skipped 2020.

“We think of the electorate as being really static,” said Bernard Fraga, a political scientist at Emory University, referring to conversations about candidates winning back voters, “when the much bigger pool of people is not folks who are switching (parties), it’s folks who couldn’t have voted, didn’t vote or couldn’t have voted in previous years.”

In a social media post on Thursday, AJC political reporter Greg Bluestein pointed out, “The highest early voting turnout in Georgia isn’t in Democratic strongholds such as DeKalb County or the fiercely contested suburbs that surround metro Atlanta.”

“It’s in sparsely populated rural counties where Republicans dominate,” he added.

The AJC’s final survey before the election showed Trump was leading Harris with 47 percent of the vote while she had 43 percent support, Breitbart News reported on October 22.

“Technically, that four-point difference is outside of the survey’s +/- 3.1 percent margin of error,” the article noted, adding, “However, eight percent of voters in the Peach State, according to this survey, have indicated that they are undecided. If that’s true, that is more than enough to swing the race in either direction.”

Breitbart News reported on Friday that Americans had already cast 30 million votes in the first weeks since early voting began, the University of Florida’s Election Lab found.

“Delta 4 has fervently designed and deployed GADP across all 13 assigned units with a unique flair for each, yet united with a standardized purpose,” Chief Master Sgt. Kyle Mullen, Delta 4 senior enlisted leader.

“In the proven high-speed and award-winning nature of DEL4, senior NCOs across our formations have produced impressive and impactful programs that resonate with their members and have yielded positive results at their locations.”

The organization has identified 24 Foundational Knowledge Areas inherent to noncommissioned officers as effective communicators and leaders.

These FKAs are building blocks and will be delivered in both delta-wide and in unit-specific forums to allow maximum accessibility, scale and relevance based on the covered topic and personnel availability.

The first five FKAs developed and implemented in the third quarter of 2024 are: Profession of Arms, Fundamental Leadership Skills, Professional Military Education, Opportunities and Feedback, Basic Supervision Techniques and Competence to assess and select resources.

Master Sgt. Eric Mistrot, 2nd Space Warning Squadron senior enlisted leader, is one of the leaders who has brought DEL4's GADP to life.

Mistrot and his team have built foundational training aids, mentored, inspired and fostered organizational climates where operational requirements and professional characteristics are not distinct differences but inherently complementary and dependent upon one another.

"GADP is not intended to be a one-size-fits-all solution. The unit I work in, 2nd SWS, shares significant overlap with other units across the Space Force," Mistrot emphasized.

"However, the subtle differences that make each unit unique allow senior enlisted leaders and supervisors to tailor the messaging to fit their formations.

This approach enables units to conduct professional development impactfully for their specific needs while staying true to the overall vision."

The 2nd SWS has already begun its rollout of the GADP, with the curriculum aligned with the desired end state.

This includes lessons on the profession of arms, performance review fundamentals, and strategies for correcting deficient behavior.

The program comprises hard and soft skills, including addressing dress and appearance, as well as mentoring young officers and NCOs.

Elon Musk’s misinformation megaphone has created a “huge problem” for election officials in key battleground states who told CNN they’re struggling to combat the wave of falsehoods coming from the tech billionaire and spreading wildly on his X platform.

Election officials in pivotal battleground states including Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona have all tried – and largely failed – to fact-check Musk in real time. At least one has tried passing along personal notes asking he stop spreading baseless claims likely to mislead voters.

“I’ve had my friends hand-deliver stuff to him,” said Stephen Richer, a top election official in Arizona’s Maricopa County, a Republican who has faced violent threats for saying the 2020 election was secure.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign has paid millions for social media influencers to boost her candidacy among young voters, but many who use one of the most popular platforms with that cohort, TikTok, are less likely to even show up at the polls, survey data shows.

Cygnal pollster Brent Buchanan told The Post Wednesday that his firm’s surveys show Harris’ support is flat from Joe Biden’s in 2020 among voters younger than 30, many of whom are not inclined to get out and vote on Nov. 5.

“They’re lower-income, lower-education, younger — these are all factors that go into less voter participation,” Buchanan said, pointing to an Oct. 24-26 poll by his firm that shows they are also 68% female, another dominant Harris demographic.Many who use TikTok are less likely to even show up at the polls, data shows. “They’re the hardest people to get to turn out,”he added.

The Harris campaign and the Democratic National Committee have shelled out $4.5 million to talent agenciessince March 2023 that developed social media influencer campaigns, according to a Washington Post analysis.

Influencerswere not paid directly by Harris’ team or the DNC, but rather through a network of other liberal PACs.

Still, four of the top 10 trending posts since Oct. 1 have been Donald Trump campaign content— with two of those showing clips from his Oct. 20 drive-thru operator shift at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s franchise. “I could do this all day,” the 78-year-old ex-president beamed in the most-watched of the four trending posts, which garnered 65.6 million views. “I like this job.”

The only trending clip that touched on the VP’s campaignwas a TikTok reel of former President Barack Obama rapping Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” at a Detroit rally for Harris, which ranked as the sixth-most-watched clip.

“Elections are about turnout, not persuasion,”Buchanan also said. “All the money they put into paying influencers as part of the campaign has come to what? Unless those people are now getting their followers to turn out, it’s really irrelevant.”

Harris and the White House have also courted influencers to promote their administration’s agenda on social media.That funding hasn’t necessarily boosted views, though, according to data from the social media intelligence firm CredoIQ.

Between Oct. 1 and Oct. 30, the top 10 topics covered onTikTok posts in terms of viewership have been Donald Trump (5.4 billion), Kamala Harris (3.1 billion), general news (1.8 billion), the conflict in the Middle East (1.3 billion), US politics (973.4 million), Republicans (769.6 million), US elections (765.6 million), Democrats (611.5 million), JD Vance (571.3 million) and Tim Walz (455.4 million).

Chinese National Charged With Voting Illegally In Michigan

Michigan officials have charged a Chinese national for illegally voting in the 2024 US election at an early voting site in Ann Arbor on Oct. 27.

"Only U.S. citizens can register and vote in our elections. It is illegal to lie on any registration forms or voting applications about one’s citizenship status. Doing so is a felony," said the office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Washtenaw County Prosecutor Eli Savit on Oct. 30.
